Ok I've never left any review at any restaurant before but this time i have to. I came to the Campbell location on Thursday May 30th to pick up my food after i ordered over the phone. After i got home i realized it wasn't what i ordered. I drove back to the restaurant to ask if they could help me with my order and it was an awful experience. The female cashier was furious with me when i asked her. I'm pretty sure she was the one who took my order over the phone because when i called to place my order, a female voice answered the phone, and she was the only female employee that night. All the other employees were male. She was arguing with me about how i ordered what she gave me on the phone and then i wanted to change it. Well I'm sorry but if she could listen properly when she was taking my order, we wouldn't be here having this conversation. After a few minutes, she just left me at the counter and another employee with glasses who was making drinks saw what was going on and came to talk to me. He was very nice and helpful. So i explained to him about what happened and told him i just wanted plain noodles with spicy broth. I wish things would just stop there. But no, the female cashier who was putting vegetables into takeout boxes, dropped everything she was doing, and came to intervene the nice and calm conversation i was having (again). Another employee had to jump in and do her job while she was ranting about how i was in the wrong. She wouldn't let me or the employee with glasses talk at all. At one point, that guy had to beg her to stop arguing with me and let him solve the problem. She then said something in her language and gave an attitude. How rude is that? What is the matter that makes her want to win the argument with me so bad? I'm a customer, can't you just fix the order for me? The way she talked to me it's like she was ready to fight me. Is she new to America where things are civilized? I'm not even sure if she understands and speak English properly. If she could hear me right over the phone and took my order correctly, we wouldn't have any issue from the beginning. Anyway, i hope someone in charge could read this review and do something about it. The cashier seriously has some issues mentally and emotionally. I went to the Miss Saigon location on Wednesday morning, February 7th, 2024. It was a busy morning, but I was very disappointed. The food was okay but below average. I wanted to talk to the manager about the understaffing issue. My server, a young guy with glasses and twist tattoo, was working tirelessly despite being visibly tired due to the constant flow of customers. He was running all over the restaurant, single-handedly taking orders, bringing three bowls of soup simultaneously, and even making drinks by himself. What kind of system is this? Where are the other servers? Despite the chaos, this hardworking guy managed to keep things afloat. However, our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, which significantly detracted from our dining experience. I'm giving it three stars mainly because of the exceptional effort put in by that glasses-wearing server to keep the front house running smoothly. He deserves more recognition for his hard work. Like what, this was all @830! I felt super uncomfortable and not welcomed because @830 they were stacking chairs hella loud and sweeping by my feet why tf are you sweeping by my feet? I ordered the veggie & tofu pho (about $7) along with the spring roll appetizer (about $4). I am a big eater and left very full. I cannot say enough just how tasty this simple food was. Food was great! The decoration pleasant, but not at all a vietnamese theme. The atmosphere is casual. Diverse mix of patrons- couples, singles, small groups. Near university, so plenty of 18-25 year olds. Prices very reasonable, portions large and simple menu. Dining alone, time can move slowly if service is poor- no such problem here. Less than 5 minutes after ordering the appetizer was on the table. Almost the moment I finished appetizer, the entree arrived. Service was so good it truly had no room for improvement. This place is great! If you like Vietnamese food, Miss Saigon is an absolutely can't miss place. read more

Before you hand over your card or cash, review your bill first! I ordered a lunch dish that was priced at $12.99 and ordered nothing else. The meal was good. However, when I went up to pay and my server handed me the pay slip to sign, that's when things went bad! He handed me a slip with a price of over $32.00! So I say, "Wait! I ordered a dish that cost $12.99." At that point, a young woman took over and my server disappeared, without saying a word. The young woman apologized and fixed the price. But not even an "I'm sorry" from the server. I have to say that I'm a little suspicious now of how my transaction was handled. There are other very good Vietnamese restaurants nearby. This was not our first visit to this location but it will be our last. What a waist of time. We waited to be seated for 30 minutes and I didn't mind the wait but then once we were seated or told to just head over to the other room and sit down. Our menu was brought to us and that was it. No one came to take our order for 15 minutes. At this point we get up and walk out. On our way out the waiter tells us "Thanks guys"..yeah thanks for nothing. I should also mention that two groups who arrived after us were seated first and orders taken and food delivered while we were waiting for our order to be taken. Loved it loved it loved it. Came in as a small group last night. Great atmosphere near the college district and the main hospital. Tried the pho ga or chicken pho....delicious. I dated a Vietnamese gorgeous girl a while ago and she told me the pho ga will heal any ailment you may have. She was right...I was feeling a little under the weather and bang I'm fine now. My friends had an assortment of egg rolls chicken sticks and other finger dFood, they also agreed it was great. The place was crowded so it took a little while to get th food but the waitress was super nice, she was hot too. Their food is great, but I hate this location. All it is is a bunch of college kids. They're loud and rude. As far as the actual customer service goes, it's good. Not amazing, but good. The food is always fantastic. But I wouldn't go to this location again just because of the type of people that go there. If you're young and don't mind, by all means go here.
