I know the self-checkout isn't new here, but it has changed everything; it's fast and efficient, leaving the staff able to focus on helping the customers. Their tenure is evident by the sheer volume of things they have, and to their credit, their stock is extremely varied and large. Quite easy to lose two hours here. But I found the service hot and cold: they'd sometimes follow me around, but respond coldly when I asked questions. The pricing structure and service just made this a really unpleasant experience that was not at all offset by their large stock. I will skip this when I'm in the area and won't be recommending to friends.

Party City's pop-up inside Staples offers balloon services and would be a much better option based on my experience. The biggest issue wasn't simply that a mistake happened--it was the refusal to correct an incorrectly fulfilled balloon order. I would not rely on this location for balloons or time-sensitive party supplies.
