They have a great Dec 26 sale where the holiday products and gift boxes are 50%! They still had a bunch of bath bombs and shower gels 3 days later. I picked up some cute bath bombs. Tried a pink bath bomb out and immediately the water is vibrant and colorful. Smells really good too. For the regular price, I don't think I can buy sadly, it's a lot especially in this economy.

The lady in front asked another worker to look for the item. She looked it up on their device and she said nope, don't have it. So I continued to walk around some more until Lillian came in. You can tell she had just clocked in to work/showed up and she was right off the bat asking if I've been helped, can she help me, perfumes she recommended as she's putting her purse away. I even asked again about the item the other ladies said was out of stock and Lillian opened the drawers and went to the back to actually look for the product. Her customer service went above and beyond. They definitely should hire more ladies that actually want to help other ladies out. A small interaction can leave a big impact. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to the celebrity lashes as these are the only ones that can be filled, so I did. The rep sent me a text message stating that the price was $15. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I didn't get seen until 2pm. The woman at the desk who advised she was the "manager", was very unprofessional and advised that the previous person before me had a problem and could never remember anything. She trash talked her. When I got in with the technician (who was very friendly) told me it would be $20 to upgrade to the celebrity set. I told her that I was quoted $15 and showed her the text message. She went to speak with the manager who advised her " just tell her its 20!". I went to speak to her myself and told her that she should honor the 15.00 due to the mistake on their part. She said no, she wouldn't. When I offered to show her the text message, she advised " I have the same text". I asked her to put her name down on their business card and her response was "Are you getting your lashes done or not!" I said yes, she then advised "well you need to hurry up because you are going to have the next person late" I told her it only takes a few seconds to write her name down. While she said her name was "Kim" I don't believe that is accurate. If I didn't have a trip to go to, I would've cancelled on the spot. I will never go back to this place. The funny thing is, it wasn't about the money, because I upgraded and paid an additional $35 to my original price, it was the principal. I will never deal with a business with this type of moral or service. My appointment ran 30 minutes late, if anything, something should've been offered for that! All I got was a unauthentic "Sorry". Before the technician was done, this Kim entered into our room and opened the door and left it opened for the service. Im glad she was just brushing my lashes at that point but she was passive aggressively rushing her. This Kim made me wait in my car but she allowed the person after me to wait in the office. Beyond Lashes, you are doing yourself a disservice if this is who you have representing your company!

Here's a few things you should know. *If you purchase online you still have to book appointment *Appointments are usually a week in advance *If you used online services your online purchased will be processed within 24hrs of appointment *If you should need to cancel do it before 24hrs of your appointment *You will have to sign forms about products being used from latex and adhesive along with other items This was my first time here and it's been about 2 hours since I left and so far so good. I love the outcome of the work I got. My technician took her time and did a very good job and I'm absolutely in LOVE with the results. I was advised to not wear eyeliner or mascara and it takes up to about 24hrs for he adhesive to completely dry to my natural lashes. If anything chances within the next few days I shall add to my review but if you don't see anything after this for an update then know everything went very well.
