The service here is horrible. I booked a service through Groupon. I contacted Beyond Lashes to make my appointment. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to the celebrity lashes as these are the only ones that can be filled, so I did. The rep sent me a text message stating that the price was $15. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I didn't get seen until 2pm. The woman at the desk who advised she was the "manager", was very unprofessional and advised that the previous person before me had a problem and could never remember anything. She trash talked her. When I got in with the technician (who was very friendly) told me it would be $20 to upgrade to the celebrity set. I told her that I was quoted $15 and showed her the text message. She went to speak with the manager who advised her " just tell her its 20!". I went to speak to her myself and told her that she should honor the 15.00 due to the mistake on their part. She said no, she wouldn't. When I offered to show her the text message, she advised " I have the same text". I asked her to put her name down on their business card and her response was "Are you getting your lashes done or not!" I said yes, she then advised "well you need to hurry up because you are going to have the next person late" I told her it only takes a few seconds to write her name down. While she said her name was "Kim" I don't believe that is accurate. If I didn't have a trip to go to, I would've cancelled on the spot. I will never go back to this place. The funny thing is, it wasn't about the money, because I upgraded and paid an additional $35 to my original price, it was the principal. I will never deal with a business with this type of moral or service. My appointment ran 30 minutes late, if anything, something should've been offered for that! All I got was a unauthentic "Sorry". Before the technician was done, this Kim entered into our room and opened the door and left it opened for the service. Im glad she was just brushing my lashes at that point but she was passive aggressively rushing her. This Kim made me wait in my car but she allowed the person after me to wait in the office. Read a lot of bad reviews about this place so I thought I'd give it a chance because sometime people who write reviews are just bitter old crabs . Here's a few things you should know. *If you purchase online you still have to book appointment *Appointments are usually a week in advance *If you used online services your online purchased will be processed within 24hrs of appointment *If you should need to cancel do it before 24hrs of your appointment *You will have to sign forms about products being used from latex and adhesive along with other items This was my first time here and it's been about 2 hours since I left and so far so good. I love the outcome of the work I got. My technician took her time and did a very good job and I'm absolutely in LOVE with the results. I was advised to not wear eyeliner or mascara and it takes up to about 24hrs for he adhesive to completely dry to my natural lashes. I have tried a few lash places before but Beyond Beauty Lashes is far better that ANYONE who has done my lashes before!!! Not only is the salon so pretty and very clean the technicians are wonderful! They definitely listened to my needs before starting but they did exactly what I wanted! My lashes are gorgeous and they lasted for weeks!!!! Very little fall out unlike the other places where I would wake up the next day and there were 5-10 lashes on my pillow! That absolutely never happens here!!! I'm in my 50's and was worried I might look like a hooker or I'd look fake. That so did not happen. I could never go back now. I wake up every morning and off I can go with beautiful eyes. I told her how she made me feel and she laughed lightly then hung up on me. I tried to call back to speak to someone else and she kept hanging up on me. A danger to their clients! I had my lashes done yesterday and woke up this morning with swollen red eyes. I clearly had an allergic reaction. My old lash technician (retired) said if they are using substandard or cheap products, that could happen. In all the time Thanh did my lashes (3 yrs) this NEVER happened. I called them today and they said they were totally booked and had nothing until tomorrow at 5:00. I was told that I could take off my own lashes with a steam bath and olive oil - WTF?? Got my eyelash extensions done here with a groupon and I love them! The man at the front desk was really nice and the aesthetician was really helpful in picking out which lashes I wanted. When you go into the room, they have big plush la-z-boy type chairs with fluffy covers (and sanitary paper covering them). I totally fell asleep both during my eyelash application and removal. I docked a star because I think my eye got poked by an errant eyelash during the application process, causing a small scratch that took a few days to heal. My usual go to lash lady went out of town, but I needed my lashes done, bad. I found this place through yelp, and so glad I did! Upon arrival, I signed a few forms and checked it. They had all kinds of refreshments for their customer, so I helped myself to come Belgian cookies (which were delicious). I was taken in right at my appointment time, and was worked on by Jenny. Jenny is FANTASTIC!!! She brought out all the different types of lashes, and explained each different lash they offered. She allowed me to chose my preferred length, thickness and curl. I was FAR more careful than any of my friends and family members who have lash extensions. And they have had far better results. My first time coming here but my second time getting professional individual lashes. Appointment was easy to make. I didn't know the days they were open so I accidentally called on a day they were closed YET they called me back the next day that they were open! Plus! They worked around my schedule. Plus! They accepted Groupon and scheduled me with Jenny per my request I came in and didn't have to wait long at all for my appointment. Jenny did my celebrity lashes and I loved them. The place was nice and clean, comfy cushion when getting the lashes done, and very professional. I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I wanted lashes that would have a thicker appearance (artificial lashes) and when my eye is open, I wanted the lashes to end right below my eyebrows without touching my eyebrows. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half. Allowing the glue to completely dry with your eye closed helps with the eye burning sensation It'll be a whole month on next week since I've gotten them done. Refill is $55. I'll probably get a refill in a week or so because it saves me so much time vs putting on mascara. ORRRR If I find somewhere cheaper, I'll get them done there. read more

One was I had a reaction to the eye pads they use. My lower eyes were red for two days and swollen. I had to take benedryl and eye drops to ease it. I knew it was the eye pads because I had a minor reaction at another shop to them, but not as bad as this time. So next time I have to request surgical tape! They make you sign a consent, so that you are aware of the risks of reactions. The other complaint is the front desk person was not very professional with how she talked to some customers. I'd been back 2 other times. I had Xuan everytime as my lash technician, I started to request her after my first time. She's the best! They actually last a long time if you brush them once a day in the morning. Don't rub them or don't get them wet often. Especially no oil product. Can't wait to get my next appointment. I purchased a groupon to get a full new set of lash extensions. When I arrived the staff was pretty nice. I was escorted into a stale white room. The man who did my extensions was very polite and quiet. When he was applying my lashes a few times my eye was burning and to be honest it felt like torture because my eyes were taped close. Not just on the bottom lid but the top too. They looked really pretty when I left. I followed their care instructions to the T. I didn't want to ruin the investment of time and money. With in a week they were crossing each other and going sideways and falling out. I had bald spots throughout my lash line. I just paid $180 to have them redone at another eyelash lounge and my lash artist told me they were applied in wrong directions and there were 3 lashes to every 1 eyelash which causes your lashes to fall out quicker because of the weight. When I was finished my lashes were long but not thick and the right eye had more than the left. I feel I was over charged at $175. Obviously they're bothered by my review because they're having their friends message to harass me on Yelp. I tell it like it is and if you don't like it, too bad. Everyone that saw my lashes from BBL saw the problem and the artist that took them off was disgusted. Go to this place at your own risk. They were so bad I couldn't make it up.
