I came here strictly because it was recommended and to…read morego to a specific technician ( Louie ) he was with a customer but I informed him I was more than willing to wait for him and I also explained the color I wanted and that I wanted gel polish, yet I was abruptly handed off to another technician ( lady with short hair with glasses) who was visibly irritated about having to help me. From the moment she started, her attitude was rude, cold, and unprofessional. No greeting, no communication, nothing. She was extremely rough with my feet, scrubbing so hard that it actually hurt my heel. This was not a "thorough" pedicure it was careless and painful. When she finished, she simply said "Okay, I'm done," got up, and immediately went to another customer. What made this even worse was watching her completely change her behavior for the next client greeting them warmly, asking how they were doing, and discussing color options. Clearly...courtesy only applies to certain customers. As a new customer, this was a terrible first impression. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. This place clearly does not value new clients, and the lack of professionalism was shocking. I would absolutely NOT recommend this salon, especially if it's your first time. I will not be returning, and I do not want that kind of negative energy touching me again.

They made a few jokes I didn't fully hear, but by then my feelings were already hurt and I just wanted to leave. The vibes were so off already. She started running my water, but I said I needed to grab my medication from home so I could exit the situation gracefully. She gave me extreme attitude and asked when I'd be back, but the answer is N E V E R. Her response was so disrespectful and condescending that I wouldn't return even if it were free. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. Maybe some clients don't mind nasty attitudes, but I did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Apparently just wanting simple polish was enough. If this is how they treat people who come in anxious and shy, I can't imagine how they'd act if there were an actual issue. Maybe their regulars are people who spend $100+ a visit, but I didn't realize it was unwelcome to want a basic pedicure. Not everyone can afford the luxury options; some of us just want to feel a little better after a long day. I'm so disappointed and hurt.

I got here early in the afternoon and it was completely dead (which probably isn't a good sign to begin with-- but what the heck-- it was a Wednesday-- how many people are out getting their nails done at noon? Hmm.. should have taken the hint there eh? Anyhow, I got in, took off the shoes and put my feet into the bowl where a woman who clearly didn't know what she was doing-- proceeded to start on my pedicure. About 5 minutes into the pedi a gentleman asked me what color polish and what treatment(s) I was interested in getting. Of course I went for the gel mani and pedi-- as much as I lovvvvvveeee getting a mani and pedi, I try to make mine last as long as humanly possible and with that-- gel is ALWAYS the way to go-- usually lasts a minimum of 3-4 weeks on my grubby paws; and toes too! So... where was I? This chick continues for about 5 minutes when a guy comes over and starts trying to show her how to correctly trim my toe's cuticles-- no bueno-- I look up on the wall and she clearly has no posted license--- no bueno x2. Who cares-- whatever-- I think the guy saw me looking at the licenses or something because he told her to go do something else and he continued my pedicure (unfortunately after she had already done an awful job with the callus pumice rock-- darn it-- that's my fav part!) Anyway, the guy continues for about 15-20 minutes and the woman comes back over at his beckoning and begins my manicure. She got about 10 minutes into it, cut all my cuticles and everything and the guy (now finished with the light sequence on my gel pedi) called me over to a table where he finished my gel mani. All finished... completely boring experience... not even an offer of a 10 minute back rub for $10... booo. So I meander up to the cash register where the guy asks me plastic or paper--- I opt for the paper and ask for the damage-- guess how much....no really-- think of a number in your head... $75.00!!!! Are you Kidding me?! I pay less for a gel mani and pedi in Beverly than here in Henderson Nevada?! I was completely bewildered-- Definitely did NOT have that ridiculous price posted. With tip and everything it cost around $100!! Three days later-- I have bleeding hangnails on every nail-- the gel nail polish was so flippin' awful it was like having a 5 year old's Hello Kitty peel off nail polish! If my fingers touched anything it peeled-- lasted 1/2 day on all fingers, and by the time 3 days had past... well... look at the photos-- no polish, bleeding cuticles, and a disgruntled customer. my toes-- which had been in tennis shoes the entire time in NV-- once I got home, the 1st day home-- in sandals-- my big toe just randomly starts peeling off. Awful, awful, awful, awful manicure and pedicure. I can't believe my fingers are bleeding like a brooding, angst ridden 14 year old girl's. Anyway-- save your cash and go somewhere where you won't pay through the nose for the worst mani/pedi known to man.

The staff was polite and efficient and my nails looked and felt great! The fingernail polish lasted about a week, which is longer than normal for me and my toe nail polish has lasted the past 3 weeks wonderfully. They have three levels of pedicure, all very similar with little add-ons and $10 more. I went with the basic and it even included exfoliating scrub, which isn't a basic amenity elsewhere.
