Between Dr Bourget's claims that "no other chiropractor has probably bothered to check" [various safety concerns ever other chiro has done on the first visit for me]; the generally disparaging comments about George Floyd ("these sort of things wouldn't happen if people would just do what they're told"); trying to set up a treatment plan before he'd even examined me; ignoring my questions about his findings; and the $350-ish bill for a 40 minute appointment ... First time visiting and my regular place didn't have an opening while I needed to absolutely get the pain in my back dealt with, I came here. First impressions of this place, it looked like it was fit for the 80's, paperwork still had to be filled out and not sent via email or computer when you arrive. For the amount of technology we have, they are pretty outdated with their customer forms. My initial examination wasn't typical to my other chiropractors I've had in the past for a first examination. Questions were asked that did not pretain to my pain or my body anatomy, which started to make me feel real uncomfortable. As we proceed into the adjustment, the ems treatment was placed. He was saying I was supposed to be charged for this, but said he would cover this charge. My adjustment wasn't the full body adjustment that I needed. Some things were treated for my back and I left not feeling relieved. I went in with a pain level of 5 and left feeling 3. It was the first time I left a chiropractor feeling disappointed and that I hadn't had my pain issues addressed. The time spent on the "small personal talk" I deem could have been spent more on assessing on treatment and care. I made sure to call and gave my insurance information to make sure I was covered for their location. 3 weeks after the treatment and I get emailed with a balance due. read more

Dr. Bourget saw me years ago and helped with my hand issues, specifically Trigger Finger. I had a cervical neck fusion in 2019 due to a spinal injury. When I needed help with headaches, I knew to get help from Dr. B. He is the only chiropractor I trusted enough to deal with my neck, and not injure me. He got rid of my migraine, and also helped. With pain in my lower back. I've recommended a friend see him with his lower back and trigger finger issues. I've also recommended another friend to see Dr. B for his hip problems. Followed by electro stimulation and some deep tissue work to release the muscles that were contributing to my mis-alignment and consequent pain. Chiropractic care is part of my self-care regiment. I also have opportunity to refer clients, especially those with sports injuries! JP is the kind of chiropractor who will "treat you and street you." What I mean by that is, he will treat the issue and send you on your way. Love Dr. Arnone; he is thoughtful and careful with his patients (you can totally tell - and I have had the best experience for sure) and it's evident he loves what he does. He knows his stuff! BE VERY CAREFUL with Dr. Bourget! The session ended with me telling him he had to stop touching my 15 year old daughter the way he was. All 3 of us were in shock and uncomfortable and could not get out of there fast enough. My 2 daughters and I scheduled an appt. with Mission Chiro we were told that only Dr. Bourget takes our insurances ~ Kaiser and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our appt. was for 9:30am. At 9:30 exactly, Dr. Bourget called me and said you had an appt. at 9am and you're not here yet. I said our appt was for 9:30 and he said that's not what he had. Upon arrival the first thing he asked us what type of music we like, we said anything EXCEPT country ~ he said ok here's some country for you to try ~ Tennessee Whiskey... he then told us he is security at Shoreline and if my 15 year old had tickets to that nights concert he could get her backstage and watch him and the band hang out and drink beer. I should have left at that point, but this was the beginning of 90 minutes of him non-stop talking. I mean non-stop. He told us his entire life story. His wife is in Canada, and we should not attempt long distance relationships and he has to work hard and not getting in trouble, and she's 100% Native American, he's half, they had to get married in Mexico because it's illegal here. Then he told us about all the girlfriends he's had and 3 of them had miscarriages. He told my 15 year old daughter she looks Maori and that he dated a Maori girl He must have said 3 times how beautiful children of mixed races are. He looked at all 3 of our "date of last menstrual cycle dates" and asked why mine hadn't synced with my daughters yet??? He said he's 48 and will probably be dead within 5 years because his brother died at 49 and his dad at 54. He said he's almost died 7 times already but believed he's has 9 lives. He told us the another chiropractor used to share the office with him but he told him to leave due to s difference of opinions sand the guy is 2 doors down. He said that guy was doing stuff with his massage therapist and also had patients write bad things about him on Yelp and he had some of them removed but there is still a bad one from a woman (that woman's post reads it was removed and she reposted) He also complained that my Kaiser coverage only pays him about $20 plus my whopping $5 copay is really not even worth his time! This is only a sample of all the talking he did! He made a comment to my older daughter that he really doesn't understand the whole #metoo movement and why is all that necessary. He picked lint off of my teenagers rear end (yoga pants) while she laid on the table face down. That was the beginning of her starting to feel uncomfortable. He then made her drape her entire body over his shoulder as he was on his knees while he massaged her thighs and buttocks. He told he was going to have to go skin on skin and he put his hand inside her yoga pants to massage her hip bone. He then touched his own pubic bone and told her to find hers and began massaging her pubic bone with his hand over her yoga pants. We all felt an overwhelming uncomfortableness and I told him to stop! He immediately began explaining that by massaging the pubic bone it alleviates tightness in the back and that he works with the olympics! Did he really just say that?? I have been just sickened by this whole exchange. A person who works with peoples bodies as a profession should conduct themselves above reproach and I would NEVER recommend Dr. Bourget especially to females. At the end of the appointment he couldn't remember if he had ran my card for the $5 copay because he was too busy babbling on and on. I'm sure I'm forgetting so much because he did not stop talking the entire 90 minutes, but hopefully I've said enough. It will be interesting to see if he tries to remove my review. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. A!! I was in desperate need of an adjustment and total body rework and within 10 minutes of talking with Yuri (one of their fabulous front desk staff) I had a same day appointment. Dr. A is warm, knowledgeable and takes the time to hear what your concerns and pains are, and then works healing magic! I suffered from headahces/migraines from neck tension as well as the dreaded shoulder hump from hours spent over a computer or notes for school and am now living a much more comfortable (and headache-free) life. He recommended that I come in 3x a week for the first 2 weeks and then taper off from there to 2x and then 1x a week until I felt well enough to make intermittent appointments. The point of this is to get the adjustments to actually stick and set, which actually creates better long term health and less future appointments. I'm now down to seeing him once every other week and always look forward to it. Another love I have for the office is how dog-friendly they are! I usually try to get an early morning walk for my pup, and Dr. A's office is a convenient distance from my place. Whenever we come it's greeted by smiles and a doggie treat from Dr. A. And yet *another* perk of this office is the flexibility of appointment times and the absolute ease of getting them! Dr. A starts his day around 5:30-6am which makes it a whole lot easier on us who have 8-5 jobs to get an adjustment without having to rush on lunch break or go through rush hour traffic. Thanks to his efficiency, I'm usually out of there within 15-20 minutes feeling more relaxed, aligned, and content. I've never had an issue getting a next-day appointment or any type of appointment with the exception of Adrian. Adrian is one of the massage therapists there and has the skills of a 1,000 masseurs. Dr. A has a free half-hour special for the first massage to see if it is something you want before shelling out some money (which as a poor college student made a world of difference for me). However, you might find yourself booking weekly hour sessions because he is *that* good at pinpointing tension and problem spots. So while my wallet hurts a little more, it is so worth it for a pain-free back and neck. Overall, this office is the bomb.com. Set it (crack) and forget it (ahhh). I've gone to Mission Chiropractic 4 times now over the course of 1.5 months and I will continue to do so. I've never experienced "professional joint cracking" before and i'm constantly reminded that I wish I had done it sooner! There are serveral doctors at this facility however the only person I have dealt with is Dr. Dekeyrel. He does a pretty darn good job of popping all the required joints to help relieve my back pains as well as deep tissue rub those very annoying knots that are constantly reoccuring for me. I do my best to hold back the tears but in the end, it is very well worth it. The insurance company of the driver who rear ended me denied my claims, but doctor Bourget made sure I not burden by the cost of the bill. That was too early and I asked if you accept my insurance and what is the co-pay, he literally shouted at me saying it's not my job to tell you, you should know the co-pay and other details.
