As a chiropractic virgin patient, for the first time in my life, I visited Dekeyrel Chiropratic to get adjusted for a pain on my left pelvic area where the femur meets the joint in the pelvic bone. Met Serena who warmed me with a massage apparatus on the back. Dr Dekeyrel came in and asked questions about the pain. I have been in pain for a little over a year sporadically. Recently, I went on vacation and visited an area that required ascending and descending 247 steps to reach the promontory for a scenic view. While descending the stairs, I applied a lot of pressure on the left foot which affected the joint on my left pelvic bone. Consequently, I experienced a sharp bone to bone pain. Hence, my first appointment with the doctor who adjusted my left and right legs, applied massaging techniques to release the tension on the left tendon of the left pelvic area where it meets the femur. I can't imagine my world without Kym in it. Adam...... I don't know why I haven't found him sooner . I was seeing another person for my back problems and they did a good job but Adam is doing a great great job on what I need to have fixed on me. I've been coming to Dekeyrel Chiropractic for a few months now for my frequent migraines and can honestly say I went from having 1-2 week long migraines every month to having maybe 1..1 day migraine a month. The staff who work here are great and super friendly. It a very comfortable environment. I initially came for my chronic migraines, but I am also an extreme sport athlete who rides motocross. Dr. Adam was awesome! I was a bit skeptical, "chiropractor" = the sound of bones cracking! I'm a 50 year old women, I work out at the gym and run 3-5 times a week so muscle aches are regular but having prolonged soreness was not normal. Thank goodness I was referred to Dr. Adam! - hip problem, low range of motion, deep muscle pain keeping me up at night and feeling of bad circulation, really tight, sore calves, they were so tight I couldn't run a mile without stopping. Dr. Adam found the problem that caused me so much pain for the last 4 months. I will be honest the saying "no pain, no gain" applies to his technique BUT it WORKS! Can't say enough about Dr. Dekeyrel. As a former bike racer, chiropractic care was always an important part of maintaining a healthy body. I've had experience with quite a few chiropractors and while many have been competent, none compare with the Dr. D. One incident in particular sticks out. I was having lower-back pains and went to see the good doc expecting to be adjusted. Instead he started massaging the back of my knee! I thought the old boy had tipped a few too many at lunch, but after about five minutes the back pain was gone, not to be felt again to this day. That was over three years ago. I was impressed, to say the least. Plus the fact that he's just a good all-around person. Very concerned about YOUR health and well-being. I had been going to this place since December of 2008. Dr. Dekeyrel is one of the reason why I walked on my wedding on December 27, 2008. I suffered a slip disc for over a month and was told by my regular Doctors that there is nothing they can do, but to take some pain medication and steroids. But, that did not work one bit the pain keeps getting worse. Finally, we saw a Priest who had a therapy with Dr. Dekeyrel and highly recommended him. So I booked an appointment right away two days before my wedding. He looked at my MRI and said ok lets do it. He made me 50% better on my first visit by just doing some back adjustments. Then he booked me again for the next day to do more adjustment and made me 70% better a day before my wedding. 70% because my sciatic nerve was still swollen from my slip disc.
