This is my absolute favorite thrift store in all of Rockford area. It's very small, and so they…read morekeep a really tightly curated collection which means that you're browsing all good stuff and no crap. The prices are always really reasonable, and regular sales mean you're often getting a deal on that. The woman who runs the store is just so sweet and so friendly, and even though there's usually some kind of Jesus radio playing in the background and I get the impression that she's really religious, she's the nice kind of Christian. I've been to other Christian thrift stores that feel uncomfortable, judgmental, and pushy but this place is just really professional and fun.

She was about 20 mins late, snobbish/snotty, and didn't even due a full walk through. She walked in and saw the living/dining room, family room and stopped at kitchen. Said it was not going to work as there is too much stuff and too much cleaning needs to happen. Was here for about 10 mins and left. Very unprofessional!

It's located downtown rockford, the do have street parking available, as well as some reserved spots to the left of the building. All the trinkets and furniture is from the rockford rescue mission thrift store and is refurbished by the Women's life Recovery program and some local 815 artists. The best part? 100% of the proceeds go to the Rockford Rescue Mission. The furniture that i saw today was SO nicely done, and honestly a fraction of the price of most places I've been in the area. There's picture frame, kitchen utensils, pillows, jewelry, baskets, something for everyone's taste and it's all hand remade! I LOVE the concept, the staff was SO friendly and eager to explain everything to us. They are currently working on a couple more tables and other furniture pieces i cannot wait to see what they put out next. If you love refurbished items and your not a DIY type person this is your place ! Check it out.
