On April 20, 2026, I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey to Mississauga Honda for a seasonal tire change. During that visit, I also purchased and paid for a wheel alignment service and a Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) service. The service package included a complimentary brake inspection. The total amount charged was $857.91. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the tire pressure warning light remained illuminated on the dashboard. I contacted the service department and was instructed to return the vehicle for further inspection. As a result, I had to take additional time off from work and make a second trip to the dealership. During this follow-up visit, I was informed that the TPM service had not been properly completed during the original appointment. The TPM service was subsequently performed, at no cost to me, which resolved the tire pressure warning issue. Unfortunately, additional problems became apparent after the April 20, 2026, service. I noticed that the vehicle was pulling to the right while driving, indicating a potential wheel alignment issue. I also experienced significant steering wheel vibration when braking at speeds above approximately 50 km/h. Concerned about these issues, I returned to Mississauga Honda today, June 18, 2026, for another inspection. I was advised that I would first need to pay $69.99 for a brake inspection before any diagnosis could be performed. After the inspection, the service advisor contacted me and advised that the vehicle required a wheel alignment. This recommendation was surprising, as I had already paid for a wheel alignment less than two months earlier during my April 20, 2026, service visit. The alignment-related symptoms had existed since that service was performed and had never been resolved. Given that the TPM service was also omitted during the original visit, I have serious concerns about whether the wheel alignment service for which I was charged was actually completed, since I was not provided any wheel alignment service chart. I requested that the service advisor discuss my concerns with the Service Manager and consider performing the wheel alignment at no charge, given the circumstances. I also requested consideration regarding the brake inspection fee, as it was performed on April 20, 2026, but it seems that it was not done properly. However, I was informed that no accommodation would be provided and that I would be required to pay an additional $254.23. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the response I received from Mississauga Honda. I believe that customers are entitled to receive the services for which they have paid and that legitimate concerns should be addressed fairly and professionally. In this case, the dealership acknowledged that one paid service (TPM) was not completed during the original visit, yet declined to consider the possibility that another paid service (wheel alignment), for which not wheel-alignment chart was provided to me, may likewise not have been properly performed. I respectfully request that Mississauga Honda review this matter, investigate the services performed during my April 20, 2026 visit, and provide an appropriate resolution. I would also encourage customers to carefully verify that all services billed by the dealership have actually been completed and get the evidence of the service, particularly during peak seasonal tire change periods. They should return to the dealership immediately if they notice any anomaly. read more

My sales person was Victor Grant and he was great and I penned a deal with him to lease a 2019 EXL accord. However, dealing with their finance person Nicole Lyons was an absolute nightmare. Nicole was extremely hard to reach by phone. When I would call the dealership and ask for her it would go straight through to voice mail without her phone ringing once! I probably got hold of her once out of the 20 times that I tried calling. When I told her she was hard to reach she insisted that we communicate through email. But I am sorry I don't want to write a friggin essay and wait for the response every time I needed to reach her!! I am your dealerships customer and you make it as convenient as possible for your customer. Not the other way around! On one occasion I called and was told she had already finished her shift and left home. I went to the dealership an hour later to drop some paper work and guess who was sitting in her office chatting up other staff. When questioned about this she said "well I was suppose to get off an hour ago". Even if she wasn't on the job and was there just doing whatever you don't make your reception lie and say "she is gone". A customer like me can walk in anytime and see it wasn't true and leave with a bad impression. I canceled my deal after being irked by her nonchalant attitude and having to wait about two weeks without finalizing the deal. One of the worst places to go for any kind of service. They just try to ROB you for your hard earned money. Honda has extended warranty for all 2016 to 2018 models for AC due to some leakage AC will stop working. It should have been done free but they charged me diagnostic fee and asked me to replace both AC lines condenser etc and cost to do that all is 1900$ Paid the diagnostic fee took my car to my mechanic costed me 50$ for AC Gas fill up and its working fine since then. Great service here! I'm a proud Honda Civic owner and I have no complaints with the service here - it's always great. Every time I come here for an oil change, I experience great service and the oil changes never take longer than what they say - I would say I wait an hour or sometimes shorter. The lounge is very clean and fully equipped with working wifi, a coffee and tea station, and vending machines with snacks. No complaints! Keep up the good work Honda. read more

They are the most deceiving people I have ever dealt with. I was there this morning doing my B oil change. The service manager said if I did not do my brake inspection, my warranty would be void. I later found out this to not be true. I asked 3 people at service department and got 3 different answers. I recommend nobody go this place. I was in for a service for the first time at this location as I always go to Dixie Honda. I pull in and the service guy checking my car in for a regular oil change was very friendly but I wasn't happy with the service here. He didn't explain properly the extra thing he made me add on by through the "warranty losing card" as my car is under 3 year warranty. Although the service was done but as we both were on a separate page on thinking what is happing I wasn't happy once the payment lady stated what was done on the vehicle. If I understood what was done properly I would have opt out as this would have been covered in my next service as I would have required a Service B for the next run. The waiting area is decent but is quite open and in the middle and does have complementary tea and coffee. The good thing here was the complimentary car wash which Dixie Honda does not have. read more

Never buy a car from Mississauga Honda. We've had a nightmare experience dealing with them. My husband bought a 2011 Honda CRV from Missasauga Honda purchased April of last year. The car was sold to him certified, and it had a bent frame at the time of purchase which renders it not only unsafe, but it needs over $3000 in repairs which they refuse to accept responsibility for. The air-conditioning completely shut down due to this as well. He's been in several times to try and resolve the issue, and the un-returned phone calls, nonchalant customer service, and the fact that they offered at best a 15% discount has caused a lot of stress and worry for us. Don't trust Mississauga Honda. Honda's a good car, but this is a bad dealership to buy one from. read more

I leased a shiny new 2017 CR-V in August (when I rated this place 5 stars) upon my return to Canada after living in US for 5 years. A week or two later, one of my passengers noticed that the left rear passenger door handle was making a squeaking noise. It wasn't a bid deal for me, and I figured I'll get that taken care of next time I'm at Mississauga Honda for a free car wash. I ended up there a week ago over the weekend because my brother was financing a 2017 CR-V and I was co-signing. I brought my vehicle to the service department, requested a free car wash, and for someone to take a quick look at the door handle. I was told that the service department was too busy, they couldn't accommodate me without an appointment, and that I would have to leave the vehicle for the entire day. I insisted that I will not be leaving the vehicle for the day because it's a small issue, and someone just needs to look at it to assess. They argued that it couldn't be done without an appointment. I was already irked, but I didn't argue much and booked an appointment for this morning. Today, I was running a little late. The first person, a lady, I spoke to in the service department told me that I would have to leave the vehicle for the entire day since I was late. I said, "Can someone just take a look to at least assess the issue?" She begrudgingly walked over to a service rep, Felipe, and after a quick word told me that he'll take a look but I'll have to leave the vehicle for the day. I said, "Let him take a look and then we can figure it out". He then walked over, started tinkering with the door handle and I asked if I really needed to leave the vehicle for the entire day for this. He said, "Yes, if I have to take off the door panel". Then he walked over to the mechanic shop, got some grease and greased the handle within 2 minutes to stop the noise. For a 2-minute job, not only did 2 different employees make me book an appointment a week out but then 2 more employees were about to make me leave the vehicle for an entire day thus inconveniencing my family to pick me up or forcing me to get a cab to go back home... WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT ONCE!!!! This has to be THE STANDARD for PISS POOR SERVICE, and ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDES!!! I have often said that customer service, in general, is horrible in US. I have, in the past, had no issues with Mississauga Honda as I have leased two different vehicles in 2007 and 2011 before I left for US. And then I'm forced to deal with this. Adam, to respond to your comments: after the service is done your technician gave the vehicle a car wash as per my dash cam video and parked it in your parking lot. It was then the damage was caused. If it's before the car wash I won't be able to see the white or light colour powder in the spot of damage. If you don't have video pointing to the spot where it was parked, at least you can check the video of the vehicle in and out of your property and you would know the damage was caused while the vehicle was in your custody. I agreed with Sales person Navjit (Nav) Singh on the details for buying a new Honda and trading in another near month end. I however preferred to wait two days in anticipation of better lease rate. Nav assured me that the current rate is for two months and therefore will not change before end of the following month. After picking up the car with one business day Honda reduced the lease rate by 1%. I feel misled to have incurred over a thousand dollar in additional lease interest expenses as a result. I suddenly discovered a warning light for the air bag system. When I took it into Mississauga Honda Waqas Sarwar and Phil Harding were excellent. It was an issue caused by rodent infestation then when Honda Canada stepped away from me because of liability issues . The local dealership assisted me with the cost of the repair and a complimentary detailing. At a time when I was most vulnerable Mississauga Honda helped me out. I will be taking my mother's car for service to Mississauga Honda because I know I will get a fair deal from the service department. read more

Liars ans scammers. Signed lease deal in August 2018 and they keep told me that they cannot find any car like the one I wanted and they have to order it. The guy I dealt with (Mazin) keeps postponing delivery until November when he told me that they ordered a 2019 one and they will keep the price we agreed. Long story short, it's is March 2019 and the car is still not delivered. I emailed the sales rep and I put in CC all the managers to inquire about what is going on. The Guy called me back right away that the car is coming the next week. Of course next week passes as well without nothing happening, but the most outrageous thing is that he said because the car is a 2019 model the price will go up by 15%. Two weeks after car finally came. I tried to negotiate with them to keep their promise without success so I took my deposit back and went to Meadowvale Honda. We had a number of items that needed to be done on our 2014 Odyssey which included two recall items, a sticker change (technically a recall as well), the 50k transmission oil change (not a flush) and we were experiencing a "whining" type noise when exceeding 50km per hour. It was our first time dealing with Mississuaga Honda and my first point of contact was with Janet (not sure her position) when I called to book the appointment. Janet was very friendly, polite and professional when coordinating the appointment. Before booking the time, Janet verified that all the parts where in stock and ordered those that were not. Janet also arranged for me to obtain a free rental replacement once the diagnostics were completed for the whining noise and it was determined that the car would have to be in the shop overnight until the parts could be obtained. Janet was very pleasant to talk to on each call during this service activity. My second point of contact was with Philippe (assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor). Philippe processed the service order and assigned the appropriate service technician. Before doing so he verified the work order items and had a technician join me for a quick test drive in an attempt to identify the source of the whining noise. Philippe was respectful and professional throughout his interaction with me. The third point of contact was with Said (pronounced "Syed" - Service Technician). Said joined me for a test drive to identify the source of the whining noise and we discussed all the things that I had already investigated (Brake pads, calibers, Transmission oil levels, Barring, etc, etc, etc). Our dialog was interactive and respectful and I was left with a positive impression that Said would be able to identify and correct the issue...he did! Best of all, it was a warrantee item that would be repaired at no cost to me! The last point of contact was with the car rental company located within the Mississuaga Honda dealership (sorry, don't recall the individuals name). Again, very polite individual who processed the rental quickly and clearly explained the process as the paperwork was being completed. I was given a 2017 Honda Civic and what I appreciated was that he checked with me to ensure that I was okay with the car - Yes, he would have provided me with one of the other 8 cars if I was not. As it turned out, I didn't drive very far that day and was told not to bother replacing the gas I had used (I was going too - really!). All in all, as you can see from this review, very satisfied with Mississuaga Honda and the work they did on the car. I will certainly be taking our two Honda vehicles to them for servicing again in the future. read more

Mississauga Honda absolutely sucks. AVOID THE SERVICE AT ALL COST. I have been using them for about 5 years and have been noticing their behavior changing for the worse over the last couple of years. The service quality has been going going in the same direction. After the last D check the car started to have all sorts of suspension noises which it never had before. Had to get it fixed at a master mechanic. The braking point was when I took my car to change timing belt. I choose the dealer because in my stupidity I thought the dealer would know how o do this right the first time. Bad mistake. The car did not run smoothly afterwards and suddenly stalled in the middle of the 401, 2 days later. I got it towed and the service guy was trying feed me a line of some other problem but when I raised the voice he agreed to have a look at it. It was "fixed" at their cost. Then after another two days stalled again and would not start either. Again I got it towed and then finally they admitted the time belt was loose and had slipped. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! will never be going back. walked through the shop to see 5 mechanics huddled around 1 car and multiple customers waiting to be serviced. Went in for a "quick oil change" that lasted an hour and a half. Then had a stupid technician try to tell me that I needed multiple services. Went to a certified mechanic later to see if any of these issues would be brought up to me again. The certified mechanic only addressed the two issues I had. A cracked mirror and light out in the back. Two things Mississauga Honda Technician never even mentioned. I agree with another comment I read. We had my wife's car serviced twice, first in November 2013 and Now in May 2014. I inquired how much service costs were and what time frame would the car be ready? We had the summer/winter tires changed both times. Prompt service. Thank you Dave. They asked if we needed a shuttle pickup/ Dropoff and I requested one to pick up the car. The lady was prompt in calling me back to confirm the pickup time and Peter was at our place at 5, as promised. Car was serviced and washed and I didn't have to think twice. I went to this dealer to get oil change done for my 10 years old Honda Accord which I drive about 100 to 150km daily to and from work. Service guy convinced me to go with their "winter Package" which included inspections, etc . After few hours when I came to pick my car, Service guy said my car is too dangerous to drive and recommended over $2000 worth of repairs (my car is worth less than $3000). He even said my car should be towed since its that bad. I declined all repairs . I went to them again after 3 months having driven my car over 10000km . The same service guy recognized my car and refused to do oil change. Citing the car is "too dangerous" to test drive. I told him to skip the test drive , he still refused and my car was returned to me . This guy was very rude and arrogant . Obviously he is trained to use scare tactics and up sell , perhaps just an oil change is not lucrative enough for them. Perhaps an Old out of warranty car is like hitting the lottery for them??? I was told they did however I keep getting sales calls and solicitation. Today I called in and wanted an answer as to why. The customer care rep proceeded to YELL at me because I tried to calmly explain to her if I'm not in your system like you guys have told me then you don't need my phone number to look me up. I would recommend buying a vehicle absolutely anywhere else. I had a great experience, until I purchased the vehicle. Once the deposit went in, there was a lack of communication and I was lied to about additional fees. When I refused to pay these fees because I was never informed about them, the dealership (conveniently not the salesman [Jhon] or manager [Daniel] that I had made the purchase with) told me that "I" had misunderstood, and that I was told about the fees. Firstly, I do not believe that a customer should ever be spoken to in the way that I was (the sales manager, Anna, spoke to me so condescendingly). Secondly, I am a person of integrity - and to be told that I was lying, when I had documentation proving otherwise, is outrageous. Thirdly, when I purchased the vehicle they told me that they would ensure that the body of the vehicle was buffed. I understand that some scratches (because I am a logical human being) cannot come out of the vehicle, but there were certainly others that could - which were NOT buffed. When I confronted them about it, they told me they could not get them out, despite that fact that the salesman repeatedly told me that they could definitely get them out (that they were surface scratches). If I was in a position to return the vehicle, I would have. In the end, I left the dealership feeling terrible. When you invest in something of significant cost, you want to be respected. I was not respected. I will never do business with Mississauga Honda ever again and I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your next car. read more

Went in for a 2004 V6 Accord power steering hose replacement under service recall. Very disappointed. After job completed in 4 hours, found all (total 3) feed line holders were gone, not to mention the bushing. The hose is basically hanging in the air, on the frame, on another hose. The only 1 holder that was installed back was reversed pressing on the spark plug. The fluid tank was almost empty. God knows who trained them, no wonder why they are so busy. read more

Absolutely Awful, it's unfortunate i can't give this place NO STAR. Bought a Honda Civic there in 2009 and later on it had Paint Defect (Clear Coat Defect). Never knew about the extension of warranty for it. NEVER got anything in the mail or any sort of communication regarding it. It expired August 2016. I found out on December 2016 about the extension because I joined a honda civic facebook group. Spoke to Honda customer relations and was told to bring in my Honda so they could take pics of it. went first thing in the morning and someone named Waqas Sarwar takes out his phone and takes a few pics and then asks me for my case number so he can forward the pics for my case. 2 weeks go by and i call Honda customer relations and they got nothing. Apparently he went on vacation and DIDN'T BOTHER to forward the pics. I ended up sending the pics in myself. After a bout a week or so honda customer relations call me back and say unfortunately there is nothing we can do to assist you. They said it normal wear to the vehicle. I could not believe it. It is BEYOND CLEAR its a paint defect and the FACT that i see SO MANY 2009-2010 honda civics in Black, Urban metallic with the EXACT Paint DEFECT in the EXACT same place (Roof, Hood, Trunk) should tell you something. Well once i heard that i told her that was totally wrong of the company. I NEVER knew about the extension!! Well i know I WILL NEVER EVER buy Honda again, my mother is waiting for her lease to finish so she can more on to another brand like Nissan or Toyota. My girlfriend was supposed to see Siona Lim to purchase a Civic at the Motorway location and she will NOT be purchasing anything Honda as well. My sister and her hubby where supposed to go there as well due to their interest in purchasing the Odyssey, not happening either.
