Will not recommend to anyone. If you want be sold to go here, they will sell you additional unneeded things. Anything other than typical service listed on the board like oil change, wheel alignment, filter change, etc., they will over charge you by around 400 dollars. On top of this they will say you need new shocks and struts which won't even fix your problem. They will say brakes need replacing even if it has 30-40 % life left. This is not a mechanic shop it's a sales place. awards on the wall are fake a bought from somewhere. It doesn't indicate who gave these awards. read more

Took my Toyota Sienna for a break job,expensive to say the least. They actually charged me for a tire rotation. Wow I thought that the Tires had to come of to do the breaks. Weeks later I took my Volvo S40 for a engine shutter.The diagnosis was that there was to compression on Number three cylinder.Low compression on remaining cylinders. I was told that it would need a rebuild or a engine swap.$ 4000.00. I was charged for this so called professional work. Took the car home and decided to get a second opinion before calling the wreckers.I had it towed to a place in Toronto,one day later.I had a call from the mechanic, 105 % on number three cylinder all other about the same.Broken spark plug on number three cylinder was the main culprit. I had all five plugs and coils replaced.Needless to say this car is running smoothly. I wasn't going to write a review about this location,however I almost scrapped a perfectly good car on there professional diagnosis. read more

Have been going to this Master Mechanic for more then 10 years and they are a shop you can TRUST. There have been times where I went in for some electrical issues and they fixed them without any charge! They have quoted on jobs much cheaper then the dealerships. Great value.
