I called to see what my exchange/return options are for the $52 belt and am told that belts are considered jewelry and they are not returnable, even though I've not ever worn it and it broke. I expressed that I'd be happy with an exchange- but the sales girl was not accommodating in the least. As a small business owner myself, I'm saddened by the customer service here.
