Read all the offers slowly before you decide because you will always wish you got something additional once you unpack your haul. The Facebook page updates regularly. I mostly go for the beef because that is a huge price savings and I can only cram so much in my freezer. But I am planning to make a more diverse meat grab next time. So many options! So many unique meats! Break up the packages into meal-sized portions in Ziploc freezer bags, label them well, then defrost one package a day for your family meals. It makes meal planning so easy and way cheaper. The wheel spin forces you to try things you didn't think you wanted or needed. Then you add it to your list for the next time. I came into the check out line with my friend who had a SEPARATE order (I had alcohol in my order) was preparing to take out my credit card and ID when the guy tells me he will needs both me AND my friend's ID in order to sell to me. Which is absolutely ridiculous and I have never been asked this before by cashier's here. My friend's product was just a burrito from the deli so she obviously didn't bring her ID for that. I confirmed that it didn't matter to him that all the items were for me and that I would be paying for them separately from her. Had to drive her back to her house to get her ID, came back and they had thrown away her burrito (after being gone for maybe 10 minutes max) even though they had promised to set it aside till we got back. This man tried to tell me it was so called long standing policy which is complete bs, if I had known his name I would have called and just straight up reported him to management. Put a giant bummer on my night for absolutely no reason, plus it's stupid how you gonna ask me to provide an ID for the person behind me in line? Yea we were talking but she literally could've been a complete stranger, so this guy wouldn't have sold me my products just cause I was talking to someone behind me??? Like what if she was actually a stranger, he's gonna expect me to ask her to get her ID just so I a complete stranger can buy my groceries? Make it make sense and train your workers better, even the baggers (who bring me my pick up orders regularly) knew this guy was in the wrong. And going so far as to throwing out my friend's burrito after not being gone for long at all (she literally lives three blocks from the store) then trying to offer to make another in 15 minutes while the store is closing? It shows me this guy didn't expect me to come back and was simply just trying to get rid of me and my friend, like I thought you guys wanted to sell this stuff? Seriously guys you can do better. Everyone smiles and anything you are looking for most of the staff can lead you right to it or will find someone who can. This speaks greatly to their culture. I'm assuming that the administrative team set up an expectation of service excellence and will have nothing less. I don't know if the are rewarded with better pay or conditions than any other grocery employee, however the genuinely look as if they love their job. Now to the less that great side of things, their selection leaves one wanting. They have just the basic produce, onions, carrots, potatoes, and the like. Their organic selection leaves a lot to be desired as well. Their prices would make you think that they are very proud of their product. They truly are the only game in town, which is why they can command a bit more along with their amazing staff. They are probably a solid 3, but get a 4 for their dedication to customer service.

Late in the afternoon/evening went on my lunch break to buy some healthy snacks. I bought three apples, one of each variety.. a pink lady, a honey crisp and a Fiji. I told the cashier to weigh them each individually because they were different varieties different prices. Chad, the Cashier weighed one apple the scale waited close to 2 pounds and the price was eight dollars. I said there's no way that Apple weighs 2 pounds. Chad was like whoa that's not right and said out loud. I need a new register. The scale is off. This was at register #1. He took my bottle of tea to weigh it for reference to confirm it. He said to be fair is $.80 an apple good? Compared to eight dollars for one I would think so. Everything was so rushed that when I got to work, I forgot to get that bottle of tea that was already scanned. That was such a hassle to have to go back the next day to get a tea that I paid for. On my next visit one Cashier help me on the App. He saw my points and told me that I needed to redeem them or they would expire. So he said there was this trick and he started just tapping on the coupons for $15 off $10 off $20 off five dollars off four dollars off one dollars off. He said the next time I shop I should be good and get close to $40 off my bill. Weds 8/12/26. I go shopping after work. It's after 10 PM. The store closes at 11 PM so I head to the register. I'm attaching a picture so you can see what I bought. So I entered my number and I'm watching the total and the yogurt that they have advertised a four pack for $3.99 didn't show up on sale so the manager had to go back and give me the sale price. He's continuing to scan. I'm watching the numbers. The total comes out to $92.92. The only thing left is the watermelon. He put the watermelon on the scale., I looked at the screen and I just saw numbers spinning. The total came out to $167 and some change. I was flabbergasted. The manager saw it and said that's not right. Cancel the transaction. Grab the receipt crumpled it up. Now we're looking at every item and he has the the staff to take everything out of the bags because we are going to redo this transaction differently. This time he tells me do not put in my number, so I don't put in my number for the rewards. First, he scans all the fruit and then the remaining items. He asked me how many points did I have redeemed I give a figure about 1800. He says that's about $16 off. I will attach a picture of what was charged on my AMX so when I got home, I did the math I ended up paying more about $126. So if the original math was $92.92 before the watermelon with this new total. It appears I paid approximately $35. For this watermelon. This transaction happened at register 2 Something is not right . I filed a claim on Fresno County weight and measures. I contacted other government officials because I know this is a big deal going on right now with AI dynamic pricing. If the scale is off for me, it was off for everybody who went shopping. I don't believe this is isolated to the store. I do believe it's probably happening at all their stores. Save Mart encourages customers to use the app. They have barcodes at certain sales items and their sales ads, but the software program is not designed for us to save money. I believe it is designed for them to increase their profits. I posted this situation online to a community group and one other customer had similar issues with the app not giving sale prices for advertised items
