My children gave me a 6 month unlimited car wash pass for Mother's Day. So I don't know the cost. I like that it is truly unlimited and I can go as many times id like. I've only gone twice. It was quick and my car was (mostly) clean and dry when I left. I do wish they paid more attention to the windshield. I'd really like if they did more than just spray cleaner. A quick scrub of some sort would go a long way towards making the windshield truly clean. read more

Wifey wants her car washed at least once a week. So we purchased one of those monthly passes which allows unlimited car washes every month. Definitely worth the price because she goes here at least once or twice a week. More than makes up for the monthly price. Car always comes out of here nice and clean. No streaks or water spots. No scratches. Such an easy process to go through this drive-thru car wash. Vacuums work alright. Not the best, but gets the job done for the most part. My truck sustained some minor damage 2 weeks ago when my tailgate emblem got knocked off. I let them know right away and the mgr asked me to come back at closing that evening so that they could look for it once the cars stopped going through. In the meantime, I printed a picture of the back of my truck and circled the emblem that was knocked off, including my name, phone and membership number. I went back that evening as instructed and the evening shift mgr told me there was no need for me to drive over there and that someone would call me one way or the other in the morning. By noon, I received no call and went over to the car was. Same morning mgr said he never got message to call me but they didn't find my emblem. I told him to call me because they have my contact information if it turns up. I went home and searched to order a replacement part which I was able to do and replace my part for $86 and some change. A week went by and I had zero communication from the car wash. I went back one week later and checked with same morning manager. He said my lost part never turned up. I had the receipt for my new replacement emblem, and he said we normally don't reimburse for things like that, but I could fill out a claim if I wanted to. At that point, I went ahead and went to the corporate office. When I went to the corporate office, I was told it was their day off, but spoke with the manager on duty, who said he would speak with the manager at the Olive Drive location about the issue and help me get a claim started. He said someone would call me. It has now been one week after that and I have had again zero communication. Yesterday, I canceled my membership. It is very disappointing to not feel like a valued customer, and I should also have an expectation that I can go through the car wash without damage to my vehicle. So, I decided to cancel the membership for the amount of months that it will take me to recover the amount of money I had to spend replacing the missing part on my truck. It's my only recourse and it makes me feel better about things. Zero communication is never acceptable in a business, especially when it comes to customers, especially when you are telling the customer that you will call them. I am so disappointed with you guys and not keeping your word. The one star represents your ability to communicate with your customer when you have said multiple times that you would. read more

I wanted to get the monthly services again. After a few years of taking a break. I met an enthusiastic lady by the name of Christina Hidalgo. This experience gave me the impression of meeting someone that truly cares for her job and position. She made is an east transition and also made it fun because of her enthusiasm. I loved our interaction it didn't feel like she was forcing any other service even though she went thru all of the offered services. In my personal experience her personality made her likeable and her professionalism made me feel like an important consumer. I used to have a monthly pass for this business. Last year or so I canceled it because I wasn't happy with the washes... The fact that they shortened their operating hours to make it less convenient was annoying but much less a factor than quality of service. I stopped by yesterday because I couldn't make it to my new usual spot. The visit proved that I made the right choice by not making this my go-to.... Front and sides of the truck are mostly clean (if you don't count the water spots from the supposed spot-free rinse), but the tailgate and back bumper are still filthy. This is exactly why I canceled my membership, which I told them at the time. Good to know my feedback was heard. And of course the prices have increased. Want to pay more for a substandard wash? I purchased an unlimited month car wash and the car wash damaged my 2013 camaro. I let Christina know my car was damaged by there car wash. and she took my info and took a few pics and I told her I would want a refund. She said sure that would take five days and they would look at the cameras and get back to me in 72 hrs . 4 days later I still hadn't heard from her so I called and left a message. Christina then called me back and said they seem previous damage in the same area and that they wouldn't be fixing my vehicle. I told him that is not true because I just got this car and there was no damage to my car until I came to their car wash. She disagreed and said she would give me a refund, I waited two more days and then I called back asking for a refund. I spoke to a different manager I don't know his name I told him what had happened and he said he would look into it. He then called me back a few days later, and said that he also seen damage to my vehicle, which is a lie and I told him well, whatever I just want my refund, it's been two weeks and I haven't received a call back a refund or anything this place provides the worst customer service and it does damage your car. I've talked to some of my people I work with and they also have had problems with their car being damaged in the car wash, I know they won't be getting any of my business anymore and I've told my friends and family what has happened. I don't recommend this location and I won't be going back with any of my three vehicles. read more

This time I didn't get the hot wax so I stopped and asked why I didn't get the hot wax and they told me to run it through again so I ran it through again and I still didn't get the hot wax or the undercarriage wash or the tire shine. So he told me to run it through a third time . He told me that it was because the orange light was broken and I just couldn't tell that hot wax was falling onto my car and I laughed and told him there was no hot wax or anything it fell onto my car at that time. And so he told me the undercarriage wash was not working and he wasn't sure about the tire shine but I could run my car through again. I told him never mind and he said, sorry. I told him I was a rideshare provider and needed the wash that I had ALREADY paid for STAT. He said no. So on my way to the second location, I called the number. The rep on the phone did not ask ANY identifying information, just told me that I should go to another location. It wasn't until I asked her to look up my account that she decided to lift a finger. FINALLY, after throwing a level 5 fit downtown, they put me through and said they would call me with an update. They have no idea how it happened, but assure me that everything is fine now....yeah right. Wish there was another place in town with as many locations. I have been an unlimited member for over a year at this location. I have been thru 8 times or more a month ever since. About 2 weeks ago I went thru and all of the sudden one of the spinning brushes hit my car very hard, I thought I was struck by the car behind me. The brush hit so hard it pulled the entire driver side tail light out of the car body. It pulled the fasteners right thru the sheet metal. They originally refused to fix the damage because they claimed that the screws used to mount the light were wood screws!!! I laughed and explained that all of the fasteners are FACTORY machine screws and push in clips. These factory screws look absolutely nothing like wood screws. Now the management says they refuse to fix the damage because the tail light itself is not the original light, it is aftermarket LED installed by the DEALER. It is dimensionally identical in every way to the OEM light, this one just happens to be LED. This company has no morality what so ever. They WILL damage your vehicle, its only a matter of time. And when they do they wont fix it. My car went in in perfect condition, it's less that 1.5 years old, it came out damaged and in need of repair. The business that damaged it ADMITTED that their equipment was responsible for the damage but refuses to pay for the repairs. Take your business elsewhere. read more

This is the car wash over on Olive Drive. It is also the the brand that bought out the chain of car washes in town known as Cruz Through... It is a car wash. It seems to be somewhat modern and clean. The staff is polite. The value (for me) is on par with what one would expect. If you are in need of having the mud and dirt knocked away from your ride, then this place will work... Don't take your cars here! The last time I went it broke off a back reflector but I decided to go back on Saturday 7/25 to try again for some reason. Big mistake.. the sweeper somehow pushed in my right rear view mirror giving my Camry a rough push from that side. It caused my car to go off the rail jerking my hands off wheel. I also felt a push from behind which ended up damaging my bumper with deep scratches and even cracked it. The machine then shut off. Employees on site that saw what happened said that no one hit me and mentioned the sweepers have pushed cars roughly before. I was assured they would take care of it but 3 days later I get a call from the manager that they will be denying the claim. I don't understand how management came to such a quick conclusion when they weren't even on site that day. Also I see reviews of the same situation below so I guess I'm not the only one. Well I just canceled my membership after I tried a NEW LOCALLY OWNED car wash that just opened and believe it or not is just like Cruz Thru EVEN BETTER!! They actually treat and clean the bugs like Cruz Thru did but they will also HAND DRY your car!! After I tried it the first time my truck came out looking WAY BETTER than it ever has with mister and more shiny! So today I went down and cancelled my membership here and signed up with the new one. And its only $16 for the first month and the same as Mister every month after! The vacuums are MUCH BETTER and the EQUIPMENT is WAYYY better!! This car wash has solid vacuums they're strong, but man does this one scratch the paint. I'm not too sure but it's like a hit or miss, the one on the east side has poor vacuums but that one doesn't scratch the paint. So it's a toss up for me really...sometime I have to go through the wash more than once because it doesn't get all the dirt. Depending on who's working some people are super chill about and just lift the gate no issues others will make it a huge deal and say they gotta calll the manager. Honestly one of the best carwashes i've been to so far! There is always someone there to assist you, the greeter are very nice and polite. They are always answering my questions politely and if they don't know the answer, the management are very nice to assist me too. Plus if you get the membership there it comes out way cheaper and it a bang for you buck! The vacuums work great and they have a lot of trashcans. I love how my truck comes out every time! Bought a new SUV August 11th. On Friday November 1st I went to the Bakersfield location located at Calloway and Brimhall. Went through the car wash and it ripped off the cowling over my rear left wheel. They went back inside the car wash to pick the piece up that was ripped off of my car. They took pictures, told me to call the manager on Saturday since she wasn't there. Instead, i went over to talk to her and she looked at the damage and said she would call me in 30 minutes which she did to inform me that they were disallowing my claim for damage. Her logic was "We wash a lot of cars every day and none of those has had this happen". Unbelievable. I am currently waiting on a call from her boss as I vigorously protested their unbelievable decision to not take credit for the damage their equipment made to my car. read more
