You dip the brush into this smooth blue liquid in a big container. Whatever's in the liquid takes the dirt right off the windows and bumper with ease. You see, I drove from Atlanta to Jackson, catching so many bugs that my front window and bumper looked a mess. All I had to do was dip the brush in the liquid, and with one wipe and two wipes for good measure, the bugs came right off. I even cleaned my back window. Once inside the drive-thru, the grime and dirt melted right off to the ground. I added the extra blower to dry my car, which was a treat because I didnt have the streaks on my window or tried round dots on my windows. What was super shocking is that I received all of that for the low price of twenty dollars.

This job was about 2 steps higher than I would get from a car wash establishment. Five stars for professionalism three stars on what I expected.

I said you ran out and quickly ran back in and didn't remind me. He started arguing with me how I looked up and we could get cameras to prove I looked up. I said I would go somewhere else where workers don't argue with customers. I drove to the Lakeland Mister carwash where there was a worker at the entrance to help make sure the gate went up and one when you entered the car wash. He made sure I was not too close to the car in front of me and gave me a thumbs up to make sure my car was ready to enter. I have had awful experiences at the I-55 Mister carwash. I will drive out my way to another Mister Carwash in the future.

I said that's fine I'd go get the rest of the money from my car. I left the froster and $1.25 with her. I came back in and there were a few people in front of me. I was prepared to wait patiently while she served her customers. When she saw me, she said she took care of it and motioned for me to get the drink. I gave her $0.50 which she took. Assuming I'd heard wrong, I returned home. My brother said the frosters are $1.38 but they are certainly not $1.75. I was very surprised and disappointed they would overcharge me. It's not that much, but I'm not sure I can trust this store anymore. In another incident, my mom dropped her credit card in the parking lot. It didn't occur to us it might be there until we got home. I thought I would call to check. The cashier answered and said someone did try to turn the card into her. They said they found it outside, but she wouldn't take it. So the customer left with the card. This is unusual to me. I believe it would've been safer with the store than a stranger. The customer could have maxed out the card. I'm not sure I understand this method of doing business. I used to stop at Kangaroo Express for everything (snacks, drinks, pickles, etc.) I was a devoted customer. I loved the frosters, but I can give them up. In light of the recent treatment, I have decided not to return to Kangaroo Express. I will be taking my business to Chevron or Shell.

They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. But their first loyalty is to the customer. I would say that George Paul's Body Shop is the very best place to take your wrecked automotive needs.

This particular event was very special to us, since it was the first time in six years that all of our family would be together in one place for Christmas. We had spent the night at a local hotel on Dec 22nd, we rose the following day and after loading our luggage, placed the vehicle in drive, however the transmission would not engage. After turning off the vehicle, and restarting it, we were able to drive to your shop. Where we met Bob Rogers. My husband explained the problem we were experiencing, but Bob went right to work. He quickly ran a diagnostic and then took the vehicle for a test drive. The prognosis was pretty grim. The transmission needed to be replaced. But Bob assured us that if he could locate the necessary parts that he could make the repairs. You found a transmission for us, and put two men to begin the repairs. A short time later, you offered us the loan of your truck, in order for us to grab a bite to eat. We had arrived at 8:00 am on Dec 23rd, and left your shop at 2:00 pm that same day. We consider what you did for us a "Christmas miracle"! We have shared our story now with countless friends and family. Their response has mirrored our own. We cannot say thank you enough for the fantastic customer service, and immediate response to our travel needs. We did arrive in time to share Christmas Eve, enjoying the hugs and smiles of each member of our family!
