Early in the morning it's quick and easy to get back to life. They do okay with finishing. Double check work and they'll fix on the spot.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Cypress Pride Car Wash…read more I paid $50 for detailing and an additional $40 specifically for vomit cleaning, expecting a thorough and complete service. That expectation was not met. After pickup, there was still visible vomit residue left in multiple areas of my vehicle, including the sun visor area. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a defensive response from Gabby, who stated that sun visors are not included in their cleaning process and claimed she had informed my husband of this beforehand. That is not accurate based on his interaction. He explained the situation at the entrance, was handed a ticket, and directed inside to pay--without any disclaimer or explanation that parts of the affected area would be excluded from cleaning. If there are exclusions to a paid service--especially a $40 specialized cleaning fee--they must be clearly disclosed before payment is taken. There is nothing on your website or service description that states sun visors or any interior surfaces affected would be excluded from vomit cleaning. More concerning is that the service itself was not performed thoroughly even beyond the visor. The presence of remaining residue shows a lack of attention to detail and raises serious concerns about the consistency of the work being done. I had to take time off work to return and physically point out what should have already been properly addressed. At this point, I am requesting that a manager contact me directly to resolve this matter. I expect either a proper re-cleaning of the vehicle or a discussion of appropriate compensation, as the service paid for was not delivered as advertised or expected. I hope management treats this seriously and responds promptly.

Not sure if there is supposed to be a corporaial body assisting me with selection, but at this time, there was not so it was all self serve. The person guiding me in...lets just say didn't appear to even want to be there and no pre-spray was put on the truck. They do mean basic wash. I entered the wash which was done rather quickly...read that lightly OK-ish. Did not get the wheels or running boards clean at all. The "Drying" mechanism was like being coughed on by an asthmatic mouse. So the truck was still quite wet. Knowing I was going for a wash, I always bring my own towels. Apparently, Rodeo "supplies" towels complimentary after your wash. I visited no less than 4 drying bays and all were devoid of towels. They do have neat little cleaner and window cleaner sprayers and floor mat cleaners. But having Husky liners a simple vacuum worked fine for me. The best part was the competition being held in the drying section between who could play the loudest trunk open R&B, "gangsta" rap so loud and vulgar I would not let my kid out of the truck for their ears to be assailed, and...Tejano. This was like going to a "free" concert you would not have paid for in the first place...or gone to at all. Quite the unique combination, just not something I wished to be forced to listen to just to dry my damn truck. And I got no free assistance from my kiddo that loves helping me out for sake of their ears not being dismantled. So. The TL;DR. OK-ish wash...the truck did get wet. 0 personnel interaction so cannot rate. No complimentary towels. Had I known what was in-store during drying, I would have just left. Considering I had to respray and wipe the now dried dirty parts of the truck when I dot home...rock solid 2 stars.
