This is a popular location so it is usually pretty busy. They do a good job of cleaning the front before you go in but sometimes I have a lot of soap on the back window. They have plenty of spots to vacuum and dry. One time a worker even offered to help me with the bugs on the front. Good customer service just wish it wasn't so busy at times. read more

I went by to get my truck washed which I do regularly, and the sales guy who always bugs me and has been getting more aggressive and rude lately, came over to harass me again about a membership which I have told him I don't want. I told him I can handle paying for the wash myself and that I don't need help, and he told me I should just go over to the carwash at HEB since I don't want what he's selling. I put it in reverse and left. I will never be back. The staff at this place are rude, aggressive, and downright nasty when you don't want to buy a membership. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. You'll find less aggressive sales staff at your local used car dealership. read more

Took my Tesla in for car wash and the car wash damaged my paint and my car accessories. The manager takes no responsibility and they blame it on your vehicle stating that the machine never malfunctions. I would take a step further to sue them, but I would spend more money and time on trying to sue them them repairing the damage myself, I will not come back to this car wash and definitely will never recommend it. If your car gets damaged or the front left rim gets scratched, forget it. Management never contacts you back, even if you reach out multiple times. When someone gets back to you, they tell you it was already there when reviewing the video. Of course, you can't see the video... A few staff members have said management will fight all claims and rarely compensate. The Fairfield location has not been trustworthy. read more

So I have been using their service now for a couple of months. Overall I am very satisfied but there are a couple of items that I must say. I drive a truck and the mats are large and the mat cleaner that is available is not large enough, the only other complaint I have is that the air hose did not work the last time I was there, I also do not like that the basic package does not include tire shine and it is extra, i purchase a bottle of tire shine and spray on myself. There should be a family plan, I have 3 vehicles that I get washed their. Other than that I will continue to use them. read more

I went to the Cypress White Water Car Wash Express. I waited in line, when I got to the front, I spoke to the young man at the gate that i had a lot of bugs on the front end of my vehicle. He said he'd see to it that the front end was powerwashed so I wouldn't have to go through twice. When I was finished with the wash, I pulled in in the bay to dry off & vacuum my car. That same young man, whose name is Javier, met me with clean towels for my car & he even worked on the front end of my car & got the bugs completely off. Do not recommend. Used service on July 25 6pm. My side view mirror was damaged while washing. They showed me how their machine damaged my mirror in the video but insist not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. Be careful, their machine may stop for some reason and then start working. This process will cause the damage. They may don't care my complain since they have enough customers. If they don't fix this issue, more side view mirrors will be damaged in this location. read more

I have requested in person to cancel my monthly service back in April 2021 but they kept charging my credit card every month with the amount of $25 (not sure what package this one is) till todays date, that is almost 17 months and close to $420 . once I asked these guys they simply refused to address it and no refund at all on top of that they ask me to go to my bank and file a dispute...and today they simply deleted all my records from their system...so be careful and keep eyes on your charge.. I am very disappointed with their staff attitude. Highly not recommend and not sure how many other people will be having the same issue so please keep checking your statements. read more

The lines get backed up and rather than guide the traffic in it becomes a feeding frenzy with people trying to cut in line. The lady out there guiding traffic did a poor job. She went to the back of the line guiding customers over which forced those waiting further up the line to get cut. The vacuums are getting backed up with people now waiting in parking spots for things to free up causing yet another opportunity for people to cut in line. Sorry but my time is valuable and I don't appreciate someone's mommy or daddy getting preferential treatment. Disputing today's charge because I didn't get adequate service. Christian always does a great job when I come through! Extremely polite and a hard worker. He deserves a raise as he will not accept tips. Great value for the unlimited package especially when you drive a black vehicle. They use a "prep gun" and brush to start the cleaning before going through the tunnel. There are free vacuums, mat cleaners and air hoses to clean the inside of your vehicle. A microfiber cloth is provided when you sign up for the speed club. read more

I selected a $9 express wash and it was "okay". Not great, not bad. You have to pay additional for tire shine. There is an employee that washes off the headlights and windshield before you go through the carwash, but it was more of a gentle glide over rather than a scrub. I prefer the $12 Buccees wash (tire shine included), or the $12 Cypress Station express wash where the tire shine is also included AND an employee HAND DRIES your car after! read more

Tried this place out and got the monthly pass for the $29.99 one. Not bad, I was hesitant that my dirty car would not be really clean after one pass. They do have a person at the entrance to direct wheels, and to wash/prep your vehicle before entering. Did a good job, just the backside may need hands on to wipe the small areas. Overall happy with the service. The vacuum are great and works well. They have the mats washer if you need mats washed for the fabric. They stated if have the plastic covers they can power wash it as well. They have tags that can be placed on windows to speed things up if a unlimited package is purchased. We stopped by to get off the army of love bugs that had attacked the front of my white vehicle. We bought the $9 wash and they were adamant about scrubbing and getting them off before sending us through the car wash! The floor mat machine vacuums AND shampoos the mats which is awesome. However, the real five star rating is our car wouldn't start when we tried to start it because of our battery! We informed an employee that we were going to walk across the way to get cables and another employee said, "I have some!" And they jumped our car and we were on our way. So friendly. Just have to say thanks and what an amazing job Jorge B. and Chase C. and the other guys do at this location (Fairfield)! I take my 4x4 Ram 1500 truck through the car wash at least a few times a week. The guys may put in some long hot days but they are always polite and friendly. And the last couple of days I've been driving through some gross mud. They guys made sure to hose off the sidesteps and the wheel wells before sending us through the wash.
