My biggest complaint is that this place is BUSY. I drive a pretty large truck, and the way the entrance and car wash line are laid out can make it difficult to get lined up properly. There just isn't quite enough room to make the turn comfortably. Every once in a while, an eager beaver behind me pulls up too close, and then I can't back up a little to straighten the truck out. A little more space in that area would make a big difference, especially for larger vehicles. Price-wise, I think the membership makes sense if you wash your vehicle more than once a month. It's only a little more than paying for an individual wash, and then you can come back as often as you want. For me, that makes the value pretty reasonable. The wash itself is fine. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done. It's convenient, consistently busy, and the membership makes sense if you use it regularly. Not perfect, but good enough--and apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so because there always seems to be a line.

I've tried most car washes in the area, including this exact location. My vehicle is always wet and…read morethe rims are rarely cleaned well. I don't want to spend 10 minutes cleaning and drying my car after I pay to get it washed. The towels they provide for you to clean and dry your car (that should already be cleaned and dried), are always damp. To top it off, their prices have gone up 30% over the past few years and it feels like they have actually taken away some things from the cheaper wash. Want your rims cleaned a bit better? You have to pay for the more expensive wash. Want the underside of your car sprayed? You have to pay for the more expensive wash. It's some ridiculous stuff that you have to overpay for something that you should already get. Their premium wash is like $28 which is nuts for a drive through wash that requires you to get out and dry and clean your own car afterwards. You can go to HEB and get their premium wash for $13 and it actually dries your car, cleans your wheels and rims and has an undercarriage spray. The staff is almost always friendly, so no issue there. The vacuum suction was often bad in the past, but some time in the past year it looks like they redesigned and or fixed that system so the vacuums do work quite a bit better now.

I brought my 2019 Lexus LS 500 F Sport to this location for a car wash on 07/18/2026, 2:00pm ~ 2:30pm One important point I want to clarify is that the "before" photograph(purple line on the pic, provide by car wash) I am referring to was NOT a photograph I took myself. The photograph was taken by the car wash inside the wash tunnel/CCTV system during the wash process, and the car wash provided that photograph to me after I reported the damage. Therefore, the company itself has photographic documentation showing the condition of my vehicle before it completed the wash. Immediately after the wash, I inspected my vehicle and discovered damage to the front bumper area(see pic / yellow line /red arrow) and front rim(drvier side). I immediately reported the damage to an employee, and the employee personally inspected the vehicle and took photographs of the damage at that time. When comparing the car wash's own "before" photograph with the photographs taken after the wash, there is a noticeable difference in the condition of the front bumper area. The damaged bumper area is directly in front of the front wheel. There is also a deep and significant scrape on the front wheel/rim in the same general area. Given the location and severity of the rim damage(see pic), I believe it is reasonable and necessary to investigate whether the same contact, equipment, or obstruction during the wash could have caused the corresponding bumper damage. I provided this evidence to the car wash and asked them to properly investigate the incident, including speaking with the employee who inspected and photographed my vehicle immediately after the wash. Unfortunately, instead of conducting a meaningful investigation, the company has continued to deny responsibility, stating that nothing in their wash could have caused the bumper damage. That response is extremely frustrating because the issue was reported immediately after the wash, the car wash itself has a photograph documenting the vehicle during the wash process, an employee photographed the damage immediately afterward, and I have a professional repair estimate totaling $1,627 for the wheel and front bumper repairs. I even offered a reasonable 50/50 settlement to resolve the matter without further escalation. I offered to pay 50% of the repair cost and asked the car wash to cover the remaining $813.50. Despite this reasonable proposal, they continue to deny responsibility. At this point, my concern is not only the repair cost. It is the lack of meaningful investigation and the way the company has handled a legitimate customer damage claim. I have retained the original photographs, including the photograph provided by the car wash, the post-wash damage photographs, the repair estimate, and all communications regarding this matter. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision. If you use this car wash, I strongly recommend carefully documenting your vehicle before and immediately after the wash and inspecting the vehicle before leaving the property. I hope management will reconsider its position and conduct a proper investigation based on the actual evidence rather than simply denying responsibility.

The vehicle was so clean on the inside. They did a very great job detailing it for sure. The outside was superb, sparking even as I entered it to leave. Parking it at the house, it looked almost brand new. Despite my dislike for the attendant not wearing his mask, I saw others that did and still would have given the place 5 stars because my baby was durtttttty! The next morning however, the thrill was gone. Spotty dirty! Only thing that was clean was the tires shining and the top of the vehicle. The rest, a dusty mess! Granted, it did rain the night before, but usually a through car wash and shine with hand dry will withstand a little rain shower. This car wash visit to Colonial did not. Another wasted trip to the car wash! I'm not washing my car until 2021 or until the inside needs vacuuming at the rate and luck I've had with car wash places lately.

Instead, I left with approximately $800 in damage. They chemically etched my headlights, gouged the paint protection film on my hood, chipped my infotainment screen, and somehow still couldn't even properly clean the wheels. When I returned, I was repeatedly told to come back later or the next day. After obtaining repair estimates, I simply asked for a refund and either reimbursement or their insurance information. Instead, I was told I was being "aggressive," ordered to leave, threatened with the police, and refused their insurance information. Rather than take responsibility, they chose to stonewall a customer whose vehicle they damaged. Now they'll have to deal with it through the legal system. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.
