My husband and I have maintained a membership with this carwash almost as soon as they opened. My husband and I commute to and from San Jose 4 days a week. So anything we can do to preserve the down time at home with our family is worth every penny. Who wants to spend their time doing chores in the little time allotted as "down time?" No one! So we were more than happy to pay $30/m for unlimited carwashes a month. We were a little perturbed when we inquired about a possible multiple car household discount and were told there was none. We just continued to justify it by reminding ourselves that we could use the time NOT working. In July we purchased a new car and it was a no brainer we would get a membership for it as well. Who doesn't like driving a newly washed shiny car? Anyhow, in Sept. before a day in Sacramento I decided to take the new car through the carwash. It seemed uneventful. Until the following day. All Saturday after driving to Sacramento, my car was parking in a parking garage until about 7:30PM when we drove home. Then the following day while my husband and I were on our way to grab coffee I decided I wanted to open the sunroof. Only about 1/2 way it made a really weird almost grinding noise. So I stopped and my husband looked at each other. We decided to further investigate after getting our coffees and getting back home. I parked in our driveway and attempted to close it and as I did it made the same noise but then we noticed the wind deflector was not attached. The car allowed me to close the sunroof completely and we agreed that I would call to see how fast we could get the vehicle in. After an estimate of $3,500 from a shop in Fresno and $4k+ estimate from Kia, that's when I decide to trace my steps. Since purchasing my vehicle in June we've maybe opened the sunroof a handful of times as the temperatures and the mosquito problem in Los Banos doesn't allow not using your AC or keeping your windows open. In any case, my vehicle is a 2021. I had a previous car with a sunroof for 10+ years with no issue. I've attempted to report my complaints up the chain of command to no avail. This has been a nightmare. I feel as if I am just being given the run around in hopes that I become tired and just let it go. I don't know about you but I don't have $4k just laying around. I've also been told that they offer the option to decrease the intensity by which the brushes clean the vehicles? Anyone hear of this? If that is an option then why isn't it more widely shared. You guys are on it come time to upsell to that new Titanium package, why isn't THIS just as widely promoted? This is the third time we've come by before 8 PM, only to find the car wash closed. Today, we arrived at 6:55 PM, and it was already shut down. Your website clearly states that the car wash closes at 8 PM on weekdays, which is misleading. As daily commuters, this has been a frustrating experience, and we're seriously considering canceling our membership if this issue isn't resolved. read more

We had a similar issue with the Los Banos location two times. The first, they were rushing vehicles through too quickly without proper spacing. The truck in front of my wife got stuck but the track kept moving. This resulted in my wife being forced into the ball hitch of that truck. It left front end damage to our new vehicle , and caved in the front plate. I took my truck there the next week and they were rushing vehicles through again. I refused to enter until I had a normal distance. The girl started yelling at me for not following her instructions. I calmly lowered my window and briefly explained what happened to our new car. BTW we got the run around after several attempts to resolve the new car issue. We let it go. The second, my white company car started to get a black streak that was hard to remove. Got the run around for one and a half months. Finally located someone who looked like a manager and she was. Did not bring up the run around. She matter of facts said "tire shine". Asked to turn it off on this vehicle. Said she couldn't so my only recourse was to cancel membership. This is simply our experience. I'm sure, and wish others a better experience. read more

Absolute WORST experience of my life, not only are the regular associates rude, management is 100000x WORSE! Shaela and Vanessa are the managers at that establishment and when I say they handled the situation I had poorly I mean VERY poorly. The tunnel ruins cars and they know it does, they push off your claims because they believe it's a lie. If you take your car there I recommend you find a different car wash because you may not see the scratches but they are there. Rainflow Car Wash is WAY WAY WAY BETTER. read more

I have used this car wash 3 times. All 3 times, my car was still dirty and this last time I went, my back bumper was ripped off and they claimed it wasn't their fault because my car had "pre-existing damage" based on their video footage. I let them know I did not have pre existing damage and requested to see the video and they denied my request and proceeded to say there is chipped paint on my car which is their indication of pre existing damage. The car wash ripped off my back bumper, and because there was prior damage ( nothing falling off ) they deny to cover it! Membership cancelled! Don't take your car here! They don't deserve your service and save your car from being damaged and costing you more than your membership! read more

This is the cleanest car wash in Los Banos. Staff is always friendly.. Shaela, who apparently is General Manager is always out there helping her team, always with a smile.. I go here at least twice a week especially during the summer and I never see the trash full or any trash in general. The soap they use always makes my car smell good from the inside and their vacuums are always good. Definitely recommended for best car wash. read more

Drive up to the location to pay for my car wash and all I had was dash on me , I asked the lady for the 8$ car wash and she refused to take my money and said she'd point me the way out! I asked her why haven't they have a sign saying Card only! And asked for a manager she began to say she was the manager and kept being rude . Her name was Glendora & because of her I won't be going back to this establishment. Horrible customer service and I've done customer service for 10+ years! Seems like they hire just about anyone now reguardless of there customer service skills . Overall rating . 1 star. read more

This place is convenient for me as it is down the street from where I live. We are super commuters and all our cars have a membership. I'm thankful that it can truly be contactless, I just pull up and pull out. One time I went through it twice since I had quite a few bugs on my windshield. Going twice in a month pays for the membership itself, and we try and drive our cars through once a week or every other week. read more

The machines were good however no one answers the phone though. The customer service number on the website is really nice and helpful.

We have the members deal. We go through 4x a month. On a couple occasions we have had something metal in the back of the truck that is heavy and clearly not going to fly out and they want to harass us. They have no common sense. Also every time we go there the water spots are left are horrible. read more
