Yesterday, the smoke from the Moraga Fire blew into town, and my car totally reeked of smoke. It looked like everyone in town was there, but the line moved fast. My car came out clean, as always. THE AIR COMPRESSORS ARE BACK! They're awesome for getting tiny bits out of the dash and vents, and for drying stuff I can't reach. The vacuum sucked up all the baking soda I used on the carpet to get rid of the smoke smell. The people who work there are nice and pleasant. I noticed the parking/vacuum area was clean. I observed an employee checking and emptying the trash bins. You know, if people actually put their garbage in the trash bins, the area wouldn't look sloppy. #litterbug I don't understand why customers don't understand the plans they offer? It's simple; don't make it difficult. I have had zero billing issues. IMO, it's the best car wash in town. You may not agree. There's always the self-wash open 24/7 down the road. Lol. read more

I usually like coming to this car wash because it does a good job cleaning my car. I never had an issue with how the machines wash the vehicle. However, during my last visit, my windshield wiper broke off while my car was inside the wash. I went to speak with the owner, expecting him to handle it calmly and help resolve the issue. The wiper only costs about $10, so I thought reimbursement or even a free wash for the inconvenience would be reasonable. Instead, he blamed me and said I must have turned on my wipers while the machine was washing my car, which I did not do. I felt like he was trying to make me look like I was lying. I also asked if there was any way I could get a free wash for the inconvenience, and he refused and said no multiple times. I was not there to complain about how the car wash works I was only there because my windshield wiper broke while using their service. I didn't want to write this review, but I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the customer service I received from the owner. If something happens to your car here, don't expect them to take responsibility. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this place. read more

I wouldn't recommend going here. Horrible customer service and don't expect them to return your calls or have any respect towards their customers. You will likely end up with broken pieces and scratches going here. I recommend CARES Car Wash or MISTER Car wash. I've seen my brother use this car wash before and it usually cleans the car fine. The problem isn't the wash quality it's how they handle problems when something goes wrong. While his car was going through the wash, one of his windshield wipers came off. He went to talk to the owner right away, expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, the owner claimed my brother must have turned the wipers on during the wash and denied any responsibility. The wiper part only costs about $10, so my brother wasn't asking for much -- just some type of help or even a free wash for the trouble. The owner refused and didn't try to meet him halfway at all. What stood out was the attitude. Rather than helping a customer, he was defensive and dismissive. That's not how a business should treat people when their equipment causes damage. Because of this experience, I wouldn't suggest using this car wash. If something happens to your vehicle, don't expect good customer service or accountability. read more

Ok so their hours kind of suck, I can't remember when Evelyn said they open, but they close at 5. That's gonna really limit everyone who works out of town, maybe they'll adjust as time goes on. First impression: HOLY COW there's a lot of vacuum stations! Drive up impression: this is pretty standard, prices range from $8 basic wash to just under $20 for all the bells and whistles. Staff: I only had contact with Evelyn, she was so sweet and helpful! Even though she was wearing a mask I could tell she's smiling and seemed to enjoy her job. Wash experience: pretty standard, went by quickly. Vacuum station: again pretty standard, they had a mat clip and air also which was kind of cool. They opened recently so there's lots of promos going on right now. Currently they're doing a $5 any wash and of course everyone is going for the premium. July 1-4, 2021 they're doing another grand opening promo so I'll be checking them out then again. Who doesn't love a deal? read more

Their staffs is friendly and always there if u need them. Price keep going up by $10 for membership is a little too much for increasing but to be fair for monthly unlimited is acceptable. They are new less than a year old so the machine is still good in cleaning the car read more

Took my Prius to the car wash for the first time after the wash I had scratch squirrel marks from the hood all the way through the top of the vehicle after the wash I drove it straight home to inside of the garage. This could not have happened anywhere else, highly recommend avoiding this car wash read more

They are never open when they are supposed to be or their equipment is broken. Been trying to cancel the membership for 3 weeks. They do not return calls, answer emails or are closed during their posted business hours every time i go by. Cant get my car washed and cant cancel the membership. Had to report them for fraud at this point and lock my credit card because of how awful their customer service is read more

Been coming here since it opened and I've loved it since. Staff is super friendly and they do a great job of getting your car pre-washed. Prices have increased some what since they opened but overall this is the best Car wash in town IMO. I've used Fast Trak and Mister Car Wash in the past as well. read more

the worst car wash ever! I went through it bought the most expensive one , and when I came out on the otherside all 4 or my wheels were ruined scratches and chunks taken out of the wheel lips , then the manager had the nerve to tell me they were already like that and refused to do anything to make it right and get them fixed . Then he even said he looked at the cameras and tried to tell me my wheels were already like that when I came in he flat out lied to me about trying to get the problem fixed i would definitely stay away from there the manager is a liar and does not care about anything but taking your money .I would not recommend if you have a nice car or nice wheels this is not the place ! read more

I have been here with both of my cars and I must say it's the best express car wash you can get! They mean it when they say luxury. I got the $19 wash because you can't review a place without trying out the best in my opinion.
