However, during my last visit, my windshield wiper broke off while my car was inside the wash. I went to speak with the owner, expecting him to handle it calmly and help resolve the issue. The wiper only costs about $10, so I thought reimbursement or even a free wash for the inconvenience would be reasonable. Instead, he blamed me and said I must have turned on my wipers while the machine was washing my car, which I did not do. I felt like he was trying to make me look like I was lying. I also asked if there was any way I could get a free wash for the inconvenience, and he refused and said no multiple times. I was not there to complain about how the car wash works I was only there because my windshield wiper broke while using their service. I didn't want to write this review, but I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled and with the customer service I received from the owner. If something happens to your car here, don't expect them to take responsibility. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this place.

My car came out clean, as always. THE AIR COMPRESSORS ARE BACK! They're awesome for getting tiny bits out of the dash and vents, and for drying stuff I can't reach. The vacuum sucked up all the baking soda I used on the carpet to get rid of the smoke smell. The people who work there are nice and pleasant. I noticed the parking/vacuum area was clean. I observed an employee checking and emptying the trash bins. You know, if people actually put their garbage in the trash bins, the area wouldn't look sloppy. #litterbug I don't understand why customers don't understand the plans they offer? It's simple; don't make it difficult. I have had zero billing issues. IMO, it's the best car wash in town. You may not agree. There's always the self-wash open 24/7 down the road. Lol.

Years ago, I locked my keys in my car while it was running. I had them in my hand, and somehow, after I started it to leave, I got out, and it locked. I was freaking out!!! Oswaldo (the owner) said it's okay, I'll open it. I didn't think it was possible. It was a new (at that time) Chrysler 300S. Well, he did what he said he would. He opened it with his tools and did not damage any part of my car. I was so thankful. I respect this business, and if I ever had an issue, I know I could talk to the owner, and he would help resolve it. They get busy (like all places) and they are human. If you have a concern talk to him and give him a chance to fix it, before Condemning them, right off the bat.

I refused to enter until I had a normal distance. The girl started yelling at me for not following her instructions. I calmly lowered my window and briefly explained what happened to our new car. BTW we got the run around after several attempts to resolve the new car issue. We let it go. The second, my white company car started to get a black streak that was hard to remove. Got the run around for one and a half months. Finally located someone who looked like a manager and she was. Did not bring up the run around. She matter of facts said "tire shine". Asked to turn it off on this vehicle. Said she couldn't so my only recourse was to cancel membership. This is simply our experience. I'm sure, and wish others a better experience.

I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. Important to note I've had prior interior detailing done on my car at other places, and it's never looked like this after taking it in anywhere. The last time I had this done it literally was like a new car, even with a new car smell that lasted MONTHS! Interior Detailing: After inspecting the car I thought the seat stains were for the most part out, so I left. I figured it was better than before for the price I paid, which was like less than 50% what you pay in Bay Area (note that I inspected on a hot sunny day, so pretty bright outside). I figured at least someone cleaned it for me and I'd try to take out the stains myself later as I know it can be done. There was no car wash, no car deodorizer, and to be honest I'm not even sure what was used to clean the dashboard because there was no smell of anything. A few days later all the stains came back with a vengeance, and I felt super ripped off as a female as I now have to go spend money again to get it cleaned how it was supposed to. I don't have any pets, or kids, and literally just had some drive-thru food spills. The backseat was also still dirty, and that didn't even have food stains, just dirt/sand. The only thing that got cleaned or seemed much better were the carpet areas. After calling other places and telling them my experience, it seems like it boils down to the equipment being used. In this case it was not the type to do a professional deep steam cleaning, at least not on car upholstery. A coworker had asked me about my car as I was super excited to get it cleaned locally, but I seriously wouldn't take it back nor try again to get it cleaned if offered.

Only used low pressure initial rinse, foaming brush, and then spot-free mister for less than 5 minutes each. Stop button was not intuitive in selection to prevent racking up more than $4 charges so will have to report this to California and Federal authorities if I am not messaged with the phone number for compensation within a week or so. City of Los Banos is to be blamed to for approving a business permit to steal from the lower income locals and everyone else.
