Horrible! They signed me up for a subscription. I did not even authorize. I even asked them are you sure you will not be charging me for this sticker and he said no you have to come up here again and sign up for it. I called multiple times with no response and I also sent emails. They did not respond at all. I would not recommend this location at all very much felt like telemarketing. read more

Wish I could say zero stars. I drove in one side of the car wash and then drove out the other side my window blew out and glass was everywhere. I talked to the manager and despite seeming pretty cut and dry he denied any claim. Additionally and more interesting is that I asked to see a video and all he could provide was one outside of the building when the window finally shattered. When I asked to see the videos from inside to see if the glass was struck by anything he said there was no videos from inside? I then proceeded to ask for any video copies he had of my vehicle going through the building and he got very defensive all of a sudden and told me he would not be giving me anything without a subpoena. Clearly a very expensive trip and a sketchy encounter with their General Manager at Mister Car Wash... The previously well-run and very friendly American Car Wash is now a well-run and friendly Mister Car Wash chain. They say that the new boss, same as the old boss! Drive up and follow the instructions on the touch screen, a helpful masked up staffer will offer to help. Basic is $7, and you can join their monthly club for unlimited (and go to all the Misters in the city). Vaccuum and air sprayer afterward is nice. No windex or car scents available like at the car wash on 27th/Rawson, but this Mister is a-okay. read more

I was always very skeptical going to one of these Mister Car Washes I see everywhere until I was sick of the car wash down the street from me not cleaning my car properly. I decided it couldn't hurt to try this. The only thing I dislike is how expensive it is and that there is a person trying to sell you an annual car washing membership... like is that necessary? I'm just trying to clean my car and get out. But anyways, I decided to pay a bit more to give my car a refresh and I'd say it did a pretty good job. Well this was a first... I pull up to the terminal for a single wash, and there's this kid who's standing between the terminal screen and my car. I can't move forward because my mirror will hit him, so I motion for him to back away. He takes one step back to the side of the terminal, and plants himself there. When I take out my credit-card and reach for the terminal to select a wash, he leans in and reaches over to touch the terminal. Now...I'm immune compromised and he's unmasked, so this freaks me out a bit, and I ask him to step back. I try a second time to select a wash...and *AGAIN* he reaches for the terminal--appears as if he's going to select the "Platinum Wash" option (which I had planned to select anyway). I tell him this time that I really need him to step back, to which he responds, "...you look like you need help." I respond that I'm just fine, but that I need him, " ... *TO STEP BACK*". At that point the kid gets pissed off and tells me he doesn't like my attitude and that maybe I should go somewhere else for my wash. I look at the other two dumbfounded attendants, to see if they're going to intervene...and...nothing. So I back out and drive away. It's pretty simple: If you put arrogant, short-tempered child in front of the customers, you'll probably lose business. Mr. Wash apparently doesn't understand this. read more

This car wash is the worst of the mister car wash group. Half of the time the washing components are not working. Soap barely soapy and wax watered down. I used to be able to wash my car and not have to come back for a couple weeks. Now every day at this location. I suggest your try the other locations to see what I mean. Also I was going thru the wash and was bumped by the car in front of me and the manager dismissed my claim and said it was impossible. But hold on. I have a Tesla and it recorded it when I honked my horn which she the manager never heard. read more

Worst 22 dollar car wash I have ever gotten. Soap didnt do much, it doesnt rinse the soap off before drying, and the whole thing goes so fast that it never gets a chance to remove dirt. Car was barely dirty before I went in, was just as dirty on the way out. read more

Sometimes the workers are nice the line goes by fast, but I've had to many times where no one has been outside or even by the garage door once I've pulled in? I pay every month to get car washes so idk why they make me wait to get helped at this one when all the other ones get you through right away. read more
