Went to Mister today . I only go when I need the salt and dirt rinsed off my car. Their car wash isn't very good for getting heavier dirt off of your car. Well not only have prices gone up again, but the clerk had the audacity to ask if I was going to tip!!!!! Tip for what for driving through an automatic car wash? Now, if you are going to hand dry my car with nice soft towels and vacuum my car for me and in general do extra cleaning or portering for me, I would definitely tip. But not for a less than 5 minute drive throug6 . wash that doesn't remove all the dirt and I have to dry and vacuum myself. What a joke. You just lost me and our other 2 cars business. When this establishment first opened several months ago, I kept telling myself that I would try it after a few months, just to see if the business lasted any time in our neighborhood. Then one day, my mom told me that she had come here to get a cheap car wash and was excited about receiving a free vaccum service. That's when I was like, "Okay, if mom liked the service, then I have to go and check it out". I was only looking to renew my license plates and get an emissions test so I looked online to see nearby service centers. That's when I saw this business and thought to myself that this was the perfect opportunity to stop by. Initially, I was just going to get a car wash (a rain cloud came thru the day after I washed my car), renew my license plates, and get an emissions test. When I drove up, the attendent was very polite and offered me a bottle water. When it was my turn, he asked me to step out of the car into the waiting area. While waiting, I noticed that the snacks in the vending machine were pretty cheap and that they sold various car-related ítems including windshield wiper blades. Once they were done with the emissions test, the attendant reminded me about my headlight being out and offered to replace and install it, all in the same visit. I was pretty excited about this because that was one less than thing that I would have to worry about towards the end of the month. They also recommended that I replace the oil filter. I decided to go ahead and get an oil change as well since that was due pretty soon. I did not feel like they were trying to offer additional services just to get more business because I actually did need these things and would have been disappointed if they did not mention that these things needed to be replaced. So when everything was finished, I walked away with a $15 service rebate for trying the Mobile One Oil, $7 off coupon for car wash for getting an oil change, $5 coupon to get their best car wash for having my emisisons testing and car registration, and free vacuum. I needed the vacuum because it has been several months since I cleaned out my trunk. But hey, as long as you get a car wash, you get a free vacuum! You cannot get a better deal than that (especially when the vaccum has good suction power and two different hoses)! I will definitely be back! read more

Great location, convenient, but I always leave feeling like my car isn't quite clean enough. I've been to other locations and not had this issue so I don't know if it's the equipment or something else... regardless it gets the job done and there are plenty of vacuums ready for use. Good for a quick wash but don't expect your car to be "spotless." Regardless I'll be back due to the good location and decent results. Works for me! read more

This is not your daddy's Scrub-a-dub! Well, since it no longer a Scrub-a-dub, that statement is a moot point. Here's what's new: 1. Monthly unlimited wash rate (two tiers to choose from). 2. Automated payment entry kiosk. 3. Emission testing!! (mine took three minutes) 4. Neon lighting that makes you feel as close as you can feel to being on Willy Wonka's chocolate river psycho-boat cruise. Trivia fact: the boat was called the "Wonkatania". I don't live in the area, but since I work near here, I make an effort to come here for car washes. They were even kind enough to order in an oil filter for my Range Rover so I intend to try them out for that too. With the prices going up on changed ownership, QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN. I've gone to this car wash for hundreds of washes over many years. Under Mister the wash AND dry is not as good. There's always a little water left on the car, but now there is MORE water remaining. OBSERVE as you go through the wash. How many wash nozzles are not working? How many brushes don't work or are defective? How is the drying... a LOT LESS POWERFUL than it was. The manager defended the drying... he actually said "its a car wash and you only dry for seconds, it's gonna be wet". Said that like I was some dummy. Liked it better when it was Scrub A Dub. Their blowers are constantly broken leaving you with a wet car. Recently they increased their basic was up to $7.00/wash from $5.00. Over all though the car wash has friendly staff and the was does leave you with a clean car. read more

I literally just chose to this business because it's a couple minutes away from where I reside. My car failed emissions, (which I had just done and paid for registration), taking someone off of my car title forced me to do all of this over again. DMV money making scheme. After failing, I paid a lot of money to get my car back up to standard and it failed again! This time, Adam, one of the employees, took the time to call and get me a much needed extension, which he didn't have to do. The DMV just suspended the plates and didn't help me At All. Quality has definitely has gone down hill since change of ownership, the greasy oily crap is left on your car after a wash, I go here almost daily an I wouldn't recommend going here. The washer wipes don't work that well, an the vacuums only half of them work properly because of poor suction. read more

I went to scrub-a-dub a few weeks ago to get an oil change. It was the first NICE day we had so everyone was out getting oil changes, car washes, etc. So the place was packed! Usually I do all of my own car maintenance, but to avoid spending too much time exposed to the elements, I decided to go somewhere to get my oil changed. My girlfriend goes to this location to get her oil changed so I decided to give it a try. The wait was about a half an hour. Longer than I would have liked to wait, but the employees were very efficient & got me in and out quickly! One of the employees came out to do the light inspection for all of the cars waiting in line. This definitely sped up the process. Once I got inside of the garage door they started right away. Gave me some options and didn't waste any time! The saved my customer info in their computer & got me in and out! I will DEFINITELY return to this location! Great experience! So I went to get a five dollar car wash and the car wash took off my whole cover of my back left tail light and didn't notice till I went home went back to the place to see if they found it and they said it would take a while for them to find it and then I asked what if you don't find it and the manager said then they won't find it and I was like well are you guys gonna reimburse me for the damage your car wash did to my car and they said no they can't so the cost for a whole new tail light is 200 something dollars but at the junk it is 89 so I had to pay for it though their car wash damaged my car don't go to this car wash they should be liable if their car wash damages someone's car spread the word please thank you read more

Went for a simple oil change. The attendants have me all sorts of updates on my car without trying to charge me more. They even fixed a loose hose for free. They really weren't above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was doing well! Definitely will be back!! read more

Yesterday was my first and last time ever using this place. Immediately after going through there I noticed giant white scratches on the trunk of my car. I filled out a damage report and was told that the manager would contact me the following day. The next day I was contacted by the manager, brie, and she asked me if I could come in so she could take a look. Just got done going through the car wash... worst experience ever. We paid 15 dollars for the top wash, and as we were going through the car wash, the car wash stopped at least 4 times when we were in the middle of the wash. I've been a customer of this business since they changed it over from Scrub-a-Dub to Mister Car Wash. I've used this place exclusively for my oil changes because it's always really quick and convenient since I live just up the road. But, after my visit here yesterday, they lost a customer. My husband and I stopped in for an oil change on my car (I was a little overdue due to the holidays/travel) and they got us in with very little wait time. They did the usual of checking headlights, brake lights and all of that. It was when they started checking the fluids that we started to get really frustrated. He showed us my transmission fluid and stated that "it almost completely black, which is really bad for your car and you need to get that changed immediately. It will cost this amount and we can have it done in a few minutes". I informed the guy that I had just had my transmission flushed at this location earlier this year and I've never been told it needs to be done this often. He replied that he didn't have any record of that being done here and again suggested I do it. I declined the service and he continued on with the oil change. I always keep my invoices so I pulled it out and it shows that it was completed in February. My husband then presented this to him and he then started to back pedal stating that the "transmission fluid has just stained the inside so sometimes it appears black when it's really not. So, let's just forget I said anything and we won't worry about it today". My husband and I were already fed up at this point and then when he gave us our total it was $15 more than the normal oil changes I always receive. We mention this to him and he rudely says "IT'S THE SAME AS IT WAS LAST TIME". He gave us a total of $82 for my oil change (with taxes and everything) when it's always been $59 before taxes. We finally just paid the total to get out of there and I compared my invoices again and there's a $15 charge for something that we have no idea what it is. It's just a bunch of random letters and gives no explanation as to what it is. All in all, the guy tried to take us for a ride and was clearly getting upset when we weren't having it. It's hard enough to trust car places because you want to believe what they're telling you is true, but in this case he was clearly lying to us. I take my car to Monro just a little farther down Packard for everything else I need and they are AMAZING (ask for Don). I've just used the Mister place for oil changes due to the convenience of getting in and out quickly, but I will definitely never go back. read more

Seeing as this car wash changed from Sudz to Mister around the first of the year it might be nice if they removed all the reviews on this site from the Sudz days. Sudz was awesome. Mister....not so much. No more free wash with purchase of gift card, no more $4.00 wash. In fact there are hardly any people working there any more. They have installed a parking ramp style gate that you pull up to with a touch screen and dozens of options up-selling you various extra services.....no human being. I can only imagine how backed up this is going to get on a busy day. Only one lonely guy directing you into the wash. away you go, not even a thank you from a human being. Really would like to know how many people were let go after this idea was installed. Oh and by the way, if you were a Sudz oil change customer, all your previous info in the computer has been wiped out with they new system. read more

Beware of the bug wash that is brushed on to the vehicle before the wash, it will leave a filmy residue on your paint that can only be buffed out. The manager will call it just hard water marks from the wash. If you get the spot-free rinse, that should prevent the hard water spots. read more
