She has clear video and photos showing the difference before and after, so the damage absolutely occurred there. When she brought it to their attention, some of the regular workers tried to be kind to her, but the manager on duty, Taji Street, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of taking accountability, Taji refused to allow my mother to keep photos she took of the damage on-site -- almost like they were trying to prevent any evidence from being documented. That alone says everything about how this place handles responsibility. My mother filed a damage report and was assured someone from corporate would reach out. It has now been over two weeks with zero response. No email, no call, nothing. Total avoidance and neglect. At this point she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment from management is unacceptable. This car wash damaged the vehicle, refused to acknowledge it, and then ignored follow-up. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. If you value your car, go anywhere else.

My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

She vacuumed and cleaned my mats and she also wiped down all my leather seats in my vehicle, and my windows are so clean and sparkling. Needless to say I am super happy and I will return. Today they were running a special at $42 plus tax where I can come in anytime of the month to get car washes and I do believe she said detailing for 30 days and after the trial period if I decide to keep it, it will be $59.99 plus tax. I purchased a basic wash since my car is otherwise very clean. The wash barely removed any of the droppings. When I asked the manager, Lei, what I should do, she offered to let me go through again and suggested I ask the attendant to pre-spray the hood more heavily. I did exactly that, but the attendant barely sprayed the area, only hit one side of the hood, and just waved me forward. Unsurprisingly, the second wash didn't do much either. I asked twice -- once of the manager and once of a full-service employee -- if I could simply borrow a brush to scrub the droppings off myself. Both told me they had nothing available, which is hard to believe at a location that offers full-service detailing. When I asked about a refund, the manager instead suggested I purchase a more expensive wash package, and claimed it's "normal" for the wash not to remove bird droppings because the Florida heat bakes them on. Again -- the droppings were only hours old. I was a former member here and cancelled because the wash quality was already underwhelming. This visit confirmed that decision. Two trips through the wash, no working solution offered, no refund, just an upsell. This could have been resolved so easily with a pre-spray done properly or a simple brush. Very frustrating, and I won't be back.
