I have had great success with the Misters Car Wash in St. Cloud. But it was my twenty year old Dodge pickup truck I took there. All good But then I took my 2023 Bolt EUV through the one on East Colonial. The brushes that come down on the liftgate, knocked the rear wiper way down off the glass. It was pushed onto the black trim then down on the painted metal. The wipe scratched the plastic trim and the paint pretty bad. I had to run the car to Starling Chevy to get the wiper put back in place. Their body shop guy going to look at it this coming week to see if scratches can be touched up. Sad to have that great big scratch to a car with 7000 miles on it in just 30 months. I knew to take the removable antenna off the Dodge. But never suspected the brushes would damage the rear wiper and liftgate. Not going back at all. The one good thing about the BASIC $10 wash is that it doesn't have undercarriage wash. Something not advised on EV's. read more

There are so many car washes that have popped up everywhere but there's something special about this location You don't really have a lot of interaction when you go to a car wash. This location was garbage compared to other locations, although it did have 3 gates vs 2 at my local version. The worst part is the uncovered vacuums. You're in FL where it's hot AF 9 months of the year. Who wants to vacuum their car in the GD Sun. The soap dispenser barely covered the windows and I felt like it was just washing the car with water. Kinda lame. Then the dryer was even more odd with a weird magic deflector carpet drying the car. It didn't do a good job. I'll skip this location as there are two more on the way to my house. read more

I hate to have to write a review just for this but I only go to this carwash if I absolutely have to because I HATE that there is an attendant at the computer when you select what wash you want. I don't need help! It's super uncomfortable to also have to select a tip when you have to tell them what button to press. The actual car wash is fine, it does a good job but the fact that there is an employee standing at the machine to pressure me into getting an upgrade or giving a bigger tip is such a turn off to me that I stopped going. read more

I think the car washes at gas stations do a better job and are cheaper, but with this you can use the "free" vacuum, so that's a plus. Just a side note, if you go to the self-pay kiosk, you don't get in the car wash line as quickly. I had to wait for 4 cars to go before I was finally able to get in line to get my car washed - the cars from the line with attendants just kept driving past me - like they had priority or something. For a long time, I was really stubborn about paying to get my car washed. I just didn't see the logic in spending money on something I could do myself, but let me tell you... This year, the pollen and ragweed has been so brutal that if you spend 2 hours washing your car and leaving it looking beautiful one day, the next day you'll see that nasty yellow pollen film over the car and realize that 2 hours of your life were wasted for nothing. Ultimately, time is money, and I ended up doing the monthly unlimited subscription service. What's really great about that is that if you're not satisfied with how your car was cleaned the first go-round, just drive up again. I've done it a couple of times, and if there's an area that's especially dirty, let the attendant know and they'll scrub it down. I admit that the first time ever going through was a bit of a challenge, having to drive your left wheels through the track and then putting your car on neutral felt really awkward but after going so many times it's no big deal anymore. I already recognize the workers and wave to them when I go in. I honestly can't see myself going back to cleaning my own car anymore, the convenience and time saved is worth more to me. read more

I stopped here for a quick car wash...I desperately needed to wash the bird and pollen party off of my car. It was a busy time, however, I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount if time. The attendant at the pay station was helpful and upbeat. The end result is that my car was clean enough. I didn't use the vacuum stations so I can't speak to those. Overall not bad for a quick drive through wash. read more

Mister Car is okay - I don't mind the approach of taking my car through the wash (the kids love it) and then being responsible for vacuuming it, but they're missing basics that I think should likely come with the $22 cost - some towels (the thick recycled paper ones?) to dry the water off so you don't get spots, and cleaner so you can wipe down your dashboard and windows and door trim. I'd like the car wash to be done once I leave vs. going home and finishing it up there. read more

We were in the area and our Jeep needed a bath, and my hubby brought here here once before and said it was great. We paid $18 for the platinum wash which includes wax for the tires. At the end there are also free vacuums to clean out the inside. They have a monthly membership you can sign up for to get unlimited washes. We opted out because we don't live close to this location, it wouldn't be convenient for us. The staff was very friendly, and the location was clean. If we're in the area again I'd be sure to stop by to give the girl a bath! read more

Paid $10 extra with subscription to get my car cleaned but they didn't do a very good job. Forgot to wash my rubber mats clean and didn't clean my trunk. Also didn't wipe down my doors. I'm an Uber driver so I need my whip spotless. I told them that but still didn't do so good. read more

Been coming to this car wash under various owners for 15 years. Came in today to get lovebugs off. Manager spent alot of time trying to up the sale to Platinum or a pass. He squirted the cleaner on. Guy at controls spent just a little time for a very quick brush off on front and only driver side mirror. He missed some spots and passenger mirror. After wash, I noticed still some love bugs that I could just flick with finger nail. on the spots he missed to brush. Mentioned this to worker who said oh ok, you can run thru again and they'll come off. Let me just get the manager. Manager, young and inexperienced in customer service, came over and with a phony smile told me if they do anything else it will just make it worse. I'm like oh so I just need to pick them off with my fingers? He said running thru again would make it worse. Bulloney. He had a phony smile , waved and walked away. I went and got a standard car wash from this location, and at the front they tried to shove the annual membership down my throat. Then I went through the car wash and I noticed a scratching sound. I got out and checked and sure enough, my hood and the right side of my car had scratches all over it. I took it up to talk the the employees and the one in charge said he looked at the camera footage to see if it was there before hand. After he saw it, he came to take pictures and get my info. I was told to expect a call, but it never came. I called, but no answer. So I went back and the manager told me that there was no way that the car wash could have damaged my car. I asked to see the footage but he refused. He absolutely refused to take fault for the damage, and I never even got a refund! Devon, the manager, completely accused me of trying to frame the car wash, even though the other employees seemed to agree that the car wash damaged my car. I have gone to several car washes and NEVER have I had such an amazing experience. I drive 120 miles a day, to and from work, and I needed a car wash that's on the way. I was looking for a membership and I drove there with the intention to try it out before I purchased the monthly membership. I was so impressed with the customer service when I rolled up that I bought it right then and there. After going through, I got out to vacuum and the manager came up and introduced himself, and handed me his business card. He then asked me if I wanted to go back through because there were still a few lovebugs stuck to the front. He PERSONALLY SCRUBBED the front and sides of my car for like 7 minutes. Really disappointed with the service today. car was washed and the out for wipe down and drying. went out to get the vehicle and water spots all over and several areas of the interior not cleaned. additionally one of the employees had something on their hands and put stains on my leather seat. Pointed out several things to the lead they had outside. Hand them redo the wipe down only to have to point out issues when I went back out again.
