Terrible customer service. My vehicle had damage to my passenger side mirror when going through the tunnel. The workers made a claim to my vehicle and said the manager would get back to me. After calling the manager and leaving voicemail for 2 weeks straight he never responded. I showed up to the car wash and said that there is nothing they can do. He claimed that it was something wrong with my new truck. I was a customer for years. My wife and I ended up canceling our membership. Riley Diamond was the manager. read more

So today I went and got a basic car wash at the Oshkosh WI location right next to Pick N Save off South Park.. i'm not even kidding. I've gone to that car wash eight times total and last five years and four out of those eight times I've left that car wash dealing with front tire issues and I'm not entirely sure why that is, I think it's maybe how the workers inside of that place instructed me to drive up to where the tires get locked in and then I put the car in neutral but I just got this car that I drive now and now I have to make sure I take it to get realigned because if I don't, my tires will be uneven when I drive and it'll fuck up my tires. I'm done. Now they close on a weekend to do repairs? Did you ever think of maybe doing that on a Monday rather than a busy day. Took my truck to be washed when I got home from holiday weekend on 5/5/25. After leaving wash tunnel I noticed damage to the side of my truck. The store manager filed an incident report and today informed me that it is their decision that the car wash did not damage my truck. So it looks like I'll be eating the damage unless corporate steps in. We have been loyal customers for a number of years as this seems to be the only " game" in town. This review is meant as a warning that these people will damage your vehicle and then avoid responsibility. Guess the customer isn't always right at this business. read more

$22 and the car was not clean! Underbody was not rinsed. Dirt remained everywhere! Will not return!

This was my first experience there and I will be going back! The man at the payment lane was very kind and friendly, brightened my day! The price is reasonable for what you get, and my car looks really clean! Bring your own microfiber towels and spray for the exterior, and the rest takes care of itself! There was a time when you went to a car wash to get your car cleaned. But on my recent visit, I went through the wash twice and still had a dirty car. It's fine for a little road dust or some rain spots, but to get a card actually clean, go someplace else. Something else that I didn't like is how the new payment system works (or in this case, doesn't work). You like up in either of two lanes, and then proceed through a couple of gates. The problem is, if you get behind a car that is paying with a credit card or cash, the lane comes to a complete stand-still and it can take several minutes for a person to get through. To make things even more frustrating, the lane with the most cars with automatic codes can move much more quickly, so cars that enter much later than you do can slip ahead of you depending on which lane you're in. And finally, when I asked the person guiding cars into the wash if she could please use the spray hose to wash the bird droppings off of my window she informed me that they no longer have that ability. So when I asked her how to get the stubborn bird crap off my car she said: "I have no idea, just keep going through the wash until it's gone I guess." While going through the car wash, my car was hit or jolted. As a result my driver's side mirror was pushed away from the car and my driver's side window was heavily scratched. I was able to move the mirror back in place. An incident claim was filed and denied. The general manager, Joe Prellwitz, left me a message that the car wash equipment wouldn't cause the scratches. He never mentioned what he was found when he reviewed the car wash tape. He never mentioned what caused my mirror to be moved. Just no cause for the scratched window glass. I love this car wash service. I have the premium plan and use it several times a week. What a deal!! The attendants are always happy and helpful. The only thing I wish they could do is clear the parking spots of muck from the dirty snow. When I vacuum my car I always come back in the car with dirty boots. read more

We used to like this car wash, they used to do a good job. They are ok for a quick rinse off, but not a really cleaning. We needed to SCRUB bugs off ourself. Bumper didn't get a prewash from the attendant. Weak dryer left water spots on the windshield and car. Needed to hand dry entire car with towels. One vacuum worked well the other was very too weak to suck much up. When I told the attendant about all the bugs left on the car they did't offer to run the car through again, just said I would need to talk to the manager. read more

When there were numerous people using the vacuums today, the one I was using didn't suck very well. Which sucks. Cuz, you know, vacuums are supposed to suck. Also, the wash left water spots on my windshield. Also, the soap smells like icky peppermint tums, not angel food cake like it used to. I always used to look forward to the smell when I came to victory to wash my car. Now that it's changed, I'm assuming the soap has changed. I don't like it. read more
