    When the guy that owned it before Covid was always there this place was the best. I have had the…read moreultimate car wash with gate privilege since before covid. I had to show that owner I was capable of pulling up into the touch wash safely to get my pass. Since the new owner took over I no longer have privilege to use the touch wash I pay a subscription fee for. In fact, it is now closed most of the time. This is even during business and weekend daytime hours. So I am being forced to use the lesser wash almost every time. They also stopped stocking the vacuum tokens. I am supposed to get one per week. Most of the vacuums don't work, but aren't labeled, so if you do want to use vacuums you can lose money finding out they don't work and no way to get money back. If something doesn't change this month I am canceling my subscription and going to one of the new, state of the art car washes that actually are maintained. Employees have told me the owner now doesn't care that things don't work.

If you would like proof of my purchases with this company for the last 2 years since I moved here from out of state, plus any other documentation to make an informed decision on this incident please send me a message and I will help you the best I can. *** continue to my review*** I used to enjoy this wash, been here so many times, so much that I figured I'd go ahead and sign up for the monthly unlimited package. That is until the day I had an issue and was told to basicly go away. I called with an issue I had with a wash and was told to bring in my truck to show them what had happened. I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. So if you love your paint job beware! Also read the other low star reviews of issues with scratched vehicles. Thank you.

I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. The owner called me and said she would give me a gift card if I took my review off Google so I did. She sent me a $10 gift card... so instead of paying $30 dollars I could pay $20 for a shit job. Today I went back hoping they improved. Absolutely not. I wish I could upload photos because there is so much dirt, hair, and crumbs left on my dash, floor, and center consol. It's no wonder you can't leave a review on Google for this place anymore because all of them would be bad. My advice to you is pay the $10 at Kwik Trip because you will pay for the same amount of service for a third of the price.
