If you're accustomed to modern day car wash performance this location is not good. The car is always left with spotting, and the pre-spray does nothing to remove the bugs. The heads of the vacuum are always coming detached. They have also stopped providing towel service. Tri-Cities needs a good car wash that addresses the above. I love washing my car, not just here. read more

They've gone downhill since Bush: 1) Photo of my car taken after I went through - I ended up washing it again at home. 2) vacuums didn't have enough suction - again, I will have to vacuum again when I get home 3) no attendant wiping afterward but you're prompted to tip before you start (which I did, not sure for what) read more

Was having a wash done at the Richland location by Fred Meyer. I was lined up by the employees at the car wash, everything was going fine until my vehicle was off the track somehow. The vehicle behind me rear ended my vehicle because they were still being pushed by the tracks, they had to honk to get the employees to hit the emergency stop. the damage was done. They were very quick to file an incident report, as well as to say that my insurance was responsible because they had no proof of fault on their cameras. Even though the location has switched from Tim Bush Car Wash to Mister Car Wash same issues with the position of the car blowers. They are not position right and leave water spots. So we have to get out of our car and wipe down our truck even though we just got out of the car wash. They use to have the wipe down of the windows included in the price. We still pay the same monthly price and lack the great service and quality! May have to switch to a different company. I have been a customer for years :( read more

Problem is this place use to be great! Popcorn, receptionist where you could get other products while waiting at reasonable prices. Get change for a cash tip. Then I guess they sold out. It went down before COVID then got worse. Last time there on the prewash the young lady just did one pas by my front end with the wand! WoW I asked if it may of needed more and she said no! So we went through the wash 3 times because she was to lazy to spray it right the first time. I get my car washed weekly and I have Zero time for that crap. Summary, Lazy Staff. This car wash went downhill after Mister bought Bush car wash. The girls don't even bother trying to spray or scrub the bugs on the front bumper, nor do they come out and dry the windows or creases. Does a good job of washing your car, but the Mister Carwash on Aaron Drive is very hard on front license plates. It's bent/pulled off the front plates on both of our cars. read more

I have a small car and was in between two pick ups. The one in front of me had a trailer hitch. When we were in the middle of the car wash something happened in the truck in front of me stopped which I ended up hitting and his hitch Put a small dent in my bumper. I bounced back and started to hit them again so I put on my brakes. About that same time that truck behind me hit me and then therefore I hit the truck in front of me again. They turned off the machines and told us to drive around and they would take our statements. They also told us to give each other our insurance information in case it was found that it was not their fault. I got a phone call for days later saying that it was not Mr.'s fault and I would have to file a claim with my insurance to go after the truck that was in front of me because they could find nothing on their cameras to support that they did anything wrong. The truck in front of me must've put on his brake lights. The truck in front of me did not put on his Brakes and it just infuriates me that they would not take responsibility for what happened. Michael car was the only one that was hurt and if they would have taken responsibility and fixed my car I would have been raving about how good they were but instead I'm telling you that they are all cheap!! read more

Last week I went through like I do at least once a week, only this time it cracked my windshield. The worker there said that they knew it wasn't broke before I went in, so that it was their fault and that they would replace it. She apologized multiple times and assured me it would be taken care of. She told me the manager would call me the next time to give me the next steps with the claim. The following day at 6:30pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the manager at the number the worker gave me. She was short with me and had an attitude. She stated that she hadn't looked at the case yet and was going to have to send it to her regional manager after she did. The next day she called me and asked me to come in for more picture because the original worker hadn't taken "good clear pictures." When I arrived she informed me that she was taking pictures because her regional manager believed the crack was caused, because I had a rock chip in the window. I told her that I definitely did not have a rock chip before going in the car wash. That my car is only a few months old and because it's pretty much brand new I check the car regularly for any damage. I definitely would have known if my windshield was damaged before using the car wash. They contacted me several days later to inform me that they wouldn't be covering the damage, because it was a "rock chip" I had that cracked further in the wash. I'm quite disappointed in the lack of responsibility they are taking in damaging my car. I used to recommend them, but I would not recommend anyone go there anymore. read more

Waste of money. Car didn't come out clean, entire backside of vehicle still dirty, spots on side missed and whatever they are using to wash the cars with smells horrid. Don't know if it's recycled water or soap, but it smells like a dirty sneeze. Save your money and go else where. read more

Back in August Mister Car Wash began charging me twice for unlimited wash, their only solution was to cancel the fraudulent "Debbie" account and offer me a complimentary month, NO REFUND WAS OFFERED, they don't even care to look into it at all to see how this happened. I've been with them since Tim Bush opened up and have been very disappointed since the change over, now I have to go through my bank and submit fraud claims to get some of my money back. The absolute worst place to get your car washed. They will damage your car and refuse to pay for it. My friend bought A NEW CAR and when she went through, they put a freaking crack in her windshield. The managers refused to call her back so she had to call them and they were absolutely snarky about the whole thing. Blamed it on her saying a "rock" chipped it and that they weren't reliable. The best part is that the employees take pictures prior of the car before washing it (which in itself is super sketchy and now I know why) and tried to tell her that there is a tiny rock in the picture that's barely visible. Yeah, suuuurrrrreeeee. Warning everyone I know not to go there and damage their vehicles. Trash company. read more

I'm leaving out of town and need my windows washed well so why not wash my whole car.. I filled up with gas at Fred Meyer and I was going to go to a different car wash due to all the HORRIBLE reviews I've read since Bush sold. I made the mistake of not going with my first choice! I pulled up, purchased the $18 wash and asked if my windows could be scrubbed sown since my sprinklers had hit them. I was informed that they don't have the brushes any more but they could be pressure washed. I pulled up and well the front of my car got sprayed with the pressure washer. I then had to make another request to have all my windows done. It looked like the lady had to ask/tell the people I payed about doing the other windows. She kinda sprayed them down and sent me on my way. I figured okay, the brushes should help.. HELL NO!! I was lucky if they even really hit more than half of my two front side windows! It had three chances.. Nope! Well then comes the rinsing part.. YEA, I get to have soaped baked on my car because it wasn't rinsed off and then the buffer didn't get rid of it but that's not what that's for in the first place.. I've had multiple back surgeries and if I could wash my own damn vehicle I would.. After pulling out, all my windows were still bad and with this out of town trip I'm making this morning, the sun is going to wreak havoc on me! I ended up getting out to scrub my own windows with a paper towel I had in my car. The paper towel was hideous by the time I wiped down all the windows except my windshield because I wasn't able to reach across to do it! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST car wash I've paid for in years! I should've just gone and done it myself at a different car wash. If I missed spots here and there where you can see patches of dirt, I would've been more satisfied than what I got here!! read more

The worst car wash, the highest prices, the least customer service. Tim Bush what have you done? After being a customer of Bush Car Wash since the day they opened; having all my expectations met, they sold out to Mr Car Wash. Pity! Mr Car Wash has inferior equipment and protocol, not to mention complete lack of customer service. Took my Honda Odyssey thru $13 wash. When I got home I saw the tail gate still had the field dust on it, and the bugs on the front were undisturbed. I went back, with my minutes old receipt. I was informed they no longer have the courtesy dry at the end. They did rewash. If I weren't SO angry and upset, it could be funny! It's NOT! The exact same areas look as if they have never been touched. Passenger side of tail gate still dirty. Back window and rear side windows appear to be untouched as well. As for the bugs? I was told "we have no brushes, this spray should dissolve the bugs." The bugs are undisturbed as well. Save your hard earned money...drive thru the sprinklers at the park. The result will be the same! Couldn't post without adding a star, guess that could be for the almost impossible to access free vacuums. Last time after 3 trips thru $18 wash I gave up. Went to two different locations this time. They are consistently bad! NEVER AGAIN! read more

my car was covered in sap in large areas and all over the windshield and they were the most helpful. very kind and great service. they told us methods to get it off in case the car wash didn't work but they power washed it first and let it sit to help and it got 99% of it which we didn't even think it'd get any off. regardless of it working or not they were so very helpful and the girl outside was so very kind and helpful! it was on 5/4/23 at 6:15 pm. read more
