People began honking at me well after my wash ended. I got out to let them know what was going on and then went back to my vehicle. A female that worked there told me not to get out of my vehicle for 'safety' reasons. I explained to her that I had to because people were honking their horns and I couldn't start my vehicle. She simply repeated what she previously said but more rudely. I didn't say another word to her but sincerely hope she does the same to someone that doesn't have my patience in the near future. I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to "fix" the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I'd just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they'd take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.

This time of year, when they're selling their Polar Pop styrofoam cups, when the kids are done with them, they just drop them wherever and when they get broken up, they make quite a mess to clean up. Even though the Exxon gas is 4 cents a gallon cheaper than the Shell on Williams, I go to the Shell, rather than the give Exxon/Circle K my business. So thumbs down to Circle K and their styrofoam cups.
