I had an appointment at 11:00 AM. I dropped my car off to have the inside detailed and they did not call me back to pick it up. I waited until 30 minutes before they closed and went in to pick it up. I do not think they even started detailing my car until I got there. They did an okay job but I had to wait past closing to get my car back done. I'm pretty disappointed. They literally had my car for 5 and a half hours. I didn't even get carpet shampooed. read more

I had my car fully detailed on a Saturday--- the detail job was ok at best. The worst part is they lost 1 of 4 floor mats, and I had to track down a set of keys they removed from my car. I've gone back for missing items 3 times. I called and left a message and called for help finding and retrieving my keys and mats and no one called me back. I had to take time off work to personally go down to get a response and action from someone in the shop. All I got was excuses that we hired new people and ...... I don't care about the new employee excuse, I just want my items in the car when I pick it up. I will find a more honest and reliable detail shop. read more

I've had my car cleaned here a couple of times, but when there is an issue and you need to speak with a manager, they just happen to be busy every time or never around. This last time I had a full exterior cleaning done, and my carpets shampooed, as well as the roof liner cleaned. It honestly looked like someone just vacuumed out the car. They said they didn't have time to do the roof as the appointment after me was already there yet I still had to pay for it otherwise he refused to give me my keys. I asked to speak with a manager because the carpets looked the same as they did before, and I wanted them redone, well they gentlemen that was supposed to go get the manager took almost 30 min, just to come back out and tell me they are busy and I need to call tomorrow. I've been calling multiple times a day every day for a week with no answer or the same response of "the manager is busy at the moment, try calling later" They do have some new people so I'm not sure if they have new management as well but I wouldn't waste your money. They charge +200$ to have a basic 4 door car fully detailed just to have it look and smell like nothing but a vacuum was done. read more

ASK if the outside mirrors are powered or not... OK? After driving from Tacoma to the tri-cities my car looked like I drove through one of the seven plagues of Moses. It was covered in insect death. The nearest place to my in-laws was Autobahn so I went over the next morning. Overall good service.. however one of the attendants without asking JAMMED my driver side mirror into the 'closed' position on the car. When he saw me flip the switch to reset the 'breakaway' connector and get the mirror working again the way it was supposed to he barely acknowledged it. IT'S A POWER MIRROR YOU NIMROD. ASK NEXT TIME. I get it, not your favorite career move. But while you're there put in the best effort you can on the job. It speaks volumes about your character. An "I'm sorry" would be nice.. read more

After a stressful and messy car ride with my cat in the back seat, my car was really in the need for a shampoo. I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk in and they were really accommodating. The appointment took a little less than an hour and for only $11, they shampooed my back seat and cleaned the inside of my windows. If you have a cat, you know that cat urine has a really strong and stubborn smell (sorry if that's TMI) but they were able to get my seats looking and smelling brand new! Went in for a full interior detail and when I got my SUV back the seats still looked dirty. Iggy, a gentleman that works there also noticed as he happened to walk by and was kind enough to say bring it back later that week and have it redone, so I did. I had an interior detail only and all in all it was average. They missed some spots and kind of looked like they were just in a hurry. There were several spots on my center console that I could even rub off with my finger after they were done. The detail itself wasn't so much my issue. The real problem was the estimated time they said it would take and the workers lack of attention. Problem #1: When I drop my car off for my scheduled appointment on time they said it would take a few hours. I waited seven hours before I just came by myself without them even calling and it was parked in the back ready to go. Problem #2: They didn't put any of my things back in my car. I had to drive back three times to get things that I noticed we were still missing. Problem #3: The hook on the floorboard of the driver side for the floor mat was ripped out and nowhere to be found. Problem#4: when I pointed out a couple areas that I think could be done better and didn't look like they were finished the employee just brushed it off and said they did it. No offer to do it again or anything. In conclusion, even though it may be a bit more costly to go to other detailers. The cost is well worth going elsewhere when it comes to my time and attention to detail. Needless to say I will not be back here. read more

Our family went to the Benton Fair Parade on Saturday. A nice lady sold us a raffle ticket to win a Rav4 lol. Autobahn donated an $8 carwash for free. All we had to pay was the price of $5 for the raffle ticket. I thought that was awesome and a selling point. As soon as the parade was about to end, my family left and went straight for the car wash as our car was a hot mess. All of the employees were super friendly, kind, and hardworking. My 3 year old was happy to say that the blonde girl who cleaned his side of the window smiled and said hi to him. She was super sweet to our whole family. Usually at other carwashes they just ignore him lol. Anyways that was just the cherry on top of the Sundae. Our car is clean and they pay attention to detail when drying your car! Waaaay better than Mister Car Wash - I'm an Autobahn convert! At Mister Car Wash, I spent most of my time waiting in line, then my car was rushed through, and didn't get fully cleaned. At Autobahn, the line was much shorter, but I was there longer. The reason it took longer is that they took the time to actually clean my car. For the $26 deluxe wash plus, they spent minutes before the machine thoroughly scrubbing the bugs and grime away, leaving my car looking clean. Then they took it into the shop and spent more than 10 minutes blowing dirt out of the cracks and crevices, vacuuming under the floor mats, finding things that Mister would have left behind. Conclusion: Autobahn is a few $ more, and takes a few more minutes, but is well worth it! read more

Ok, I'm going to update my review. Previous one was after first experience and now that I have used them a few more times I am not happy. It's not that the work isn't good. It's that it's INSANE that it takes 4+ hours to do an "interior detail". That when you book an appointment they don't keep it. And the employees the last few times have had a MAJOR attitude problem. I've lived in LA for 14 years and used to get a FULL detail once a month. It would take then 2 hours, I drop off my car any time of day, walk to starbucks and then 2 hours later, go pick up car. This is with a full wash, clay bar, wax and interior detail. This place, you have to make an appointment and then they can't even guarantee that an "interior detail" will be done within 4 hours. This is CRAZY I don't have time to be sitting around for 4 hours waiting for my car. read more

Every time I take my COMPANY car there for an oil change, because I have to go there, they seem to do good work and pretty darn fast too, there's ONE guy in particular who's customer service is terrible. Not friendly at all, you can tell he don't wanna be there. This isn't just one time either, it's every time I've been. Don't know his name, 40 something, silver hair, always wears a cap. Decided to take my personal vehicle there to see if it's any different, NOPE. Still terrible customer service, just from the one guy tho. We bought the $16 Car Wash. It's the most you could get without them getting inside the vehicle. We brought the truck pretty dirty! Having just relocated from Western Washington and birds that decided to poop on our truck & I was side eyeing quite a few spots! I figured at least this would give me a good feeling about how well they did and if it was worth the money. As soon as I bought the car wash they got to the prep work/prewash. They work fast and thorough. I went through the carwash and when I got out they were ready to do my tires and dry it off. Everybody had a great attitude and my car and tires were spotless! I got out of the truck and inspected the entire vehicle. It's nice to find a place that does a quality job. They do accept cash tips although never brought it up. I just saw where they were accepted as a very end of the wash. I wasn't expecting to go through a carwash so I hadn't brought any cash and wished I had. read more

These guys aren't just car wash and detail guys, they are freakin magicians. My husband works out at a farm and for the last five years drives out to the farm with our fifty pound black and white dog in the backseat. Other than an occasional vacuuming this car hasn't had much attention. I took it in on Sunday for a late father's day present for an interior detail. These guys are amazing. The floor (which should be black) was practically white with dog hair, the car was stinky and dirty, just plain gross. I wish I had taken a before and after picture, the results were amazing!! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. I loved the free pick up and delivery and I could not have imagined the vehicle looking as nice as it did. It feels like we have a brand new car! I came here to wash a rental car before turning it in. "Just the basics" was $8, but well worth it. A REAL HUMAN sprays off your car before you go in the dive through. And at the end, REAL HUMANS towel dry off your car. (Wonder if they do this when the weather is FREEZING outside.....) If you paid for a car wash, you can go to the vacuums and get a free vacuum, but it's do it yourself. DIdn't gt this option. Don't drive your RV through here, not big enough. read more

I'm somewhere between 3 and 4 stars, but it could be 5 next time I go there. I'm giving 3 though. The first visit, was a 3. We took my husband's BMW in for a much needed overdue oil change. They were QUICK, EFFECIENT, and FRIENDLY. We've had cheaper, and more expensive oil changes for BMW. So it was middle of the line. It would have been a 4 or 5, but they didn't put enough oil in the car and we had to put MORE oil in it. I think the dude's name was "Stone" that helped us, but someone else did the oil change. Second visit was today, with my car. "Bubba" helped with the change and "Stone" was there. Both friendly. Bubba was so kind, very talkative to my little one. They were, once again, QUICK, EFFECIENT, and FRIENDLY. Again, I have paid less for my Hyundai's oil change but I also paid around the same amount on average. I love that they checked my wipers and that they replaced my air filter. It made it easier to not have to stop at a place later with my baby. (THE LESS STOPS THE BETTER!) Also, they had brought to my attention some other things that needed done. This visit was a 5. Then I went to get my car washed with the free car wash that I received with the oil change. I NEVER use the auto car washes. I usually do it myself. But I went through. The wash was okay. The attendants at the wash today (4/9) were so friendly. Overall, we will be going back. read more
