I bought the monthly pass and canceled after a few months. My front license plate holder was bent and cracked. A woman that I parked next to at Wendy's even made a comment, " You must go to Mister because that happened to me". Don't waste your money, as my vehicle never got fully clean. read more

I was at the Riverbank location and the lady in front of me put in the brakes during the drying phase. I hit the breaks and started honking but she was oblivious. Visit on 7/9/23: Haven't had this issue at any other Mister location, but my front license plate was bent and the license plate frame was broken while going through this car wash. I saw a few other broken license plate frames near the entrance of the car wash; not a good omen for what was to come. Won't be returning to this location... seems the equipment was not adjusted correctly. read more

Car wash ripped my license plate off on 4/25 and I noticed on 4/26 and went to check if they had it. Employee told me they throw away all the license plates that get ripped off every night. EVERY NIGHT??? Don't you think if your machine is ripping that many license plates off a day there is something wrong with it. It's pretty ridiculous and they said there's nothing they can do about it. At least let people have a chance to come get their license plates before you throw them away. read more

I went through on Wednesday 4/14/21. Got home to towel dry as usual and for a moment I thought I had slept through the wash because my whole back window of my Jeep was completely untouched. I live less than half a mile away, main roads..no dirt roads or freak storm to dirty my vehicle in the short amount of time. First and foremost, the management has already been spoken to and basically laughed at us, so any response from the owners is NOT wanted unless they actually rectify the situation via my phone number at their location. I have been going to this location for as many years as I can remember when it was Prime Shine. I purchased a premium car wash at the gas station at every fill up (the gas station a couple blocks away gave $0.20 per gallon with purchase of car wash.) The very first time I went to the location after changing names and making other changes to the car wash, a rock smashed my window. I expected them to have reliable cameras to protect themselves and me from false claims and actual damage. I am 100% sure this vehicle had no damage. It had been stored for years and the tags not paid. We paid so much money to get it running and get the tags updated. It was the first day we could drive it. So friggen disappointing, I can't even express how angry I feel each time I drive it now towards their company or each time I see their name. There is a locally owned company with a great reputation a little further away. Far enough away that I usually didn't go, but close enough I will go there from now on. read more

Avoid this place like the plague the manager does not honor his word I had my vehicle brought through there and the brush ripped the antenna off the vehicle causing $1000 damage to my roof and antenna and the manager of the car wash refuses to repair it I've contacted the dealer and found out that seven other vehicles have gone through they're causing the same damage ripping their antennas off their roof and they are refusing to pay for any of it please be aware this place is a rip off they will damage your vehicle and the manager will not help you at all read more

This is my first review ever and I am sad to write this about my go-to car wash place. I commute 15-20 minutes avoiding my local one to come to this location because the vacuums work the best here, but lately they have been putting cars wayyy too close to each other and the workers are not aware of what's going on. The SUV in front of me was completely stopped at the dryer section waiting for the light to turn green and even when it did, they were still stopped there. My car ended up rear-ending him because the conveyor belt kept going although I tried to hit the brakes or even put my own car in park. I tried honking so he could leave but nope. Afterwards, he just drove away! Luckily, it seemed like both of our cars were overall fine but still! I feel like this could have been a much worse situation but completely avoided to begin with if the workers were to leave more space in between cars or if they noticed something was wrong, turn the conveyor belt off. So sad. Hopefully things can be sorted for future customers! read more

The only issue that I have is the car is not completely dry a lot of water after going through the wash the tireshine only covers half of the Tire and a lot of soap left in my truck bed when I run my truck through. Doesn't seem to matter which one I go some issues they need to get straightened out with the wash rinse and dry. read more

The best thing I can say about Mister car wash is that they get the big chunks off. I think they removed some of the wiping machines when they switched from Prime Shine. The car is just not as clean as it used to get. I have to remind the attendant to please hose off the back of the car before the machines, otherwise it just doesn't get clean. It's been so bad that I had to go through twice. Even the attendants don't seem as cheerful as they used to be. Maybe Prime Shine set a high bar but Mister doesn't even come close to meeting it. read more

Are used to pay $12 for a full complete car wash. This new company came in and started charging $18, and they took away so many extras that prime shine used to have. I will never come back to any of the Mister car washes. I've been going to prime shine since 1989 or 90 don't recall but they've lost a customer who's been going here all my life. All I can say is that I miss Prime Shine. This place is wayyyyy overpriced for what you get. The basic car wash was almost as much as the premium wash with Prime Shine. They do not provide you with a complimentary dash wipe anymore. My car came out not very clean and not all the way dry. Took our white car to get washed here and it was not worth it at all! Started with trying to vacuum... key word - try. The vacuums had no power at all. Thankfully it was "free" but would have been nice if they actually worked. Then comes the way over priced car wash. The back end of our car was still completely dirty after the wash. Unfortunately l did not realize this until I was parked at my next destination the next town over. I guess I learned two things today. Don't go back to Misters (felt this way the first time I went about a month ago but decided to give them one more try) and if I ever have to, take the time before I leave their parking lot to make sure my car is actually clean! Since Mister Carwash has bought PrimeShine I have not been impressed. The prices have went up and the car wash doesn't even get my vehicle clean. To top it off now every time I have gone through the car wash the employees ask for a $2 to $3 dollar tip? For what do they think they deserve a tip? They are not physically washing my vehicle. I've been a customer of Prime Shine since the first opened and they did a fantastic job. What the heck happened when Mister Car Wash took over ?!!!! They raised the prices , replaced some of the equipment and the blowers are horrible !
