Do not take your car here if you do and something falls off they will find an excuse not to repair it This is horrible customer service they said my back part was slightly loose and basically the blower is what blew it off and they will not have to pay to have it replaced This is absolutely poor customer service please everybody boycott misters This is getting ridiculous. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The car wash is barely acceptable at washing the car. The traffic to get into the queue for a wash is a nightmare when busy. I had a man ask me to roll down my window and tell me you better go, or they will cut in front of you! Yikes!! Highly disorganized system. I have been to Mister Car Wash a few times in various locations. It is nice to see one here in Riverbank in a great plaza with a whole bunch of other stores and restaurants. Very convenient for the community here. Unfortunately, todays visit has been a major letdown. I did the $12 carwash service and came across my car to still be very dirty on the back exterior! I admit, my car was a bit dirtier than usual, however, for a service that I am paying for that SPECIALIZES in car washes I would expect a thorough experience every time. You can see in my photos the dirt and grime still left behind. As I was vacuuming my car I also noticed my front hood and top of my car still had some dirt spots that seemed to have been missed as well! Great..... More-so, towel dry exterior wasn't available to finish off the wash. I, for sure do NOT have a good "feeling" after driving a "clean car" as their company motto promotes. Yes, I could have said something right then and there, but I was too busy to even bother at the time. Very disappointed on this service. read more

The day was 102 degrees out at the car wash when woman bumped my car door closed causing my keys and phone to be locked in my car. The assistant manager Ewan let me borrow his personal phone to contact AAA and he kept me informed on their eta. I was invited to stay inside the a/c seating area while's I waited. Next thing I know, employee Jerry came over and offered me a cold bottle of water. These two men made a frustrating experience so much more cooler and bearable. Thank you both very much for your help! My car was sparkling clean when I left. Lesson learned keep phone and keys in back pocket from now on.. lol read more

Each time i leave this car wash i get NEW SCRATCHES! I looked at my car before I went through the wash and didn't have these scratches and came out with THREE new marks! I took my 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer through and the antenna snapped, I didn't file a claim because after I contacted the Chevy dealership it was only $18 for a new one, no biggie. I replaced it and I went through the same car wash about a month in a half later and I heard the "snap" sound and I thought oh man what was that. When I checked, the whole antenna was gone and part of the base attached to the car was gone too. We filed a claim with the car wash and we got a response saying they "reviewed the footage" highly unlikely, and that there were no other complaints from other customers stating they had any damage to their vehicles and they would not be covering my claim. I took my car down to Chevy to find out about replacing it and they said the whole base would also have to be replaced and the total would be around $630. I tried disputing with the car wash and they could care less! We had 4 monthly memberships from our household to this car wash and they didn't care and the lady said we have plenty of customers! Ridiculous and we will be cancelling all of our remaining memberships and finding a more reputable company to give our money to. Very disappointed! read more

I went to this car wash after work because my windshield was a bit dirty. My car came out worse than when it went in. While in the car wash I heard a scraping noise and checked my car at the end of its wash. There are 6+ new scratches all in a line along the side of my car going horizontally. I filed a claim which was denied for a variety of bullshit reasons like my cars age being susceptible to paint damage, the machine would have left a dent, or the line of scrapes was not large enough to be from the machine which in the managers words "is not capable of leaving such damage, as there is no part of the machine that could do something like this." I have heard of them denying several claims of scratching from different people I know. I wouldn't take my car through this car wash again if I were on the way to the scrap yard to dump it. I only left one star because 0 isn't an option. read more

I witnessed him berating and belittling his staff in front of customers. How this person got the title of General Manager, is astonishing. Bait and Switch! Pulled up for a car wash and paid the attendant. Went through the car wash and pulled up to use the air hose and vacuum to dry the outside and vacuum the inside. The compressed air did not work. I went and asked about the air not working so that I could dry my car. They said that the pump went out so there was no way to dry my car. Dude said "I can give you a rag". I asked why he did not tell me before paying that the compressed air nozzles were not working. He just smirked and shrugged while saying "sorry". I went into the office and asked for a refund, and the manager (a woman in her late 20's to mid 30's) said.. "Oh, the air nozzles are only complimentary". I said that they are part of the entire "service" and that I should have been told up front before paying that there would be no way to dry my car after washing it. She said that she was refusing to give me a refund, and I left and called their corporate office. They said that they could not help because the location I called about was "independent". They promised to send my inquiry to the owner of the location but no response has been given to date. They took my measly $14 and basically told me to shove it along with my spotted car. Have a brand new vehicle that is enrolled in their program. Unlimited wash, it is very convenient because it is on the way to work. But I have noticed that there are so many scratches on my new vehicle. Now I have noticed that the passenger side bumper was loose, separated from the headlight to the bumper luckily it just snapped back in when I pushed it in. I have noticed also that there is a squeaky noice that it makes when their rubber washer goes through the car. I have been a costumer since it was first opened, but sadly now I have canceled my subscription because it is not worth it. To all the costumers please check your cars you will see that there are visible scratches if you truly look carefully through. To the management and owner of this establishment, please check your quality, it is damaging our vehicles. I am trying to look for a way to see if we can get compensation. I personally KNOW people that have had bumpers taken off from wash machine , being misguides through car wash wrecking a car trying to cover up their mess, and other parts damaged due to machine. Which they state on signs their not reliable for damagaes from machine. Why? Because THEY KNOW some peoples cars WILL get damaged or they wiuldnt have the sign up to begin with. I just took my JEEP Wrangler through the car wash twice and it is still very dirty.

The vacuum nozzle tops tend to come off a lot but other than that this is a beautiful new car wash and location.

I'm giving a 2 star because I joined the promotional unlimited monthly the first week of their opening and was told I'd get first month free... I was asked if I wanted to give a tip for the first month so I did that too! I NEVER received my free month!!!! I even tried getting it resolved but the manager was busy helping another customer. The attendant was told to scan my membership and it would be taken care of.... WELL IT NEVER HAPPENED!!One reason I dislike giving out my account for automatic debit!!!! I have an unlimited membership with another location of misters, but from time to time I do go to other location. A benefit of having membership... go to this location, car was still dirty, asked what was wrong with a vacuum, worker couldn't tell me. Asked to talk to a manager, the person who came walking out was a Jackass that I dealt with at another site. I was told he was demoted or fired... then I see him here. So either I was lied to and they just moved him to a new location, or he was a higher position and got demoted to a basic manager. Saw him walking out and immediately left instead of dealing with him. Anyways, completely upset, will not go to this site again. Jordan can go to hell...
