I'm just leaving this as a beware. Long story short, the girl took my credit card, created another account for me under my phone number. I already had an account created with the same debit number which I canceled due to bad service. But the account she created was still charging me for four months and didn't realize it. They wouldn't refund the last four months so I did a claim with my bank and got my money. Lame. read more

Heyyyyyyy you guyyyyyys! I've had a monthly membership for a little over a year now. I come to the location because it is closest to me. The vacuums do not work well, they do not pre-wash or brush the car before entering the actual car wash, the automatic car wash is mediocre at best. The suds hardly suds up, the dryers are pointed in the wrong direction or there are not enough, you leave and your car is drenched in water, including the windshield. They need to step it up, they have a lot of clients and this needs to get better. read more

I have a monthly membership. Staff seems friendly but not much interaction. They don't always spray bug remover and sometimes the wash misses stuff. Vacuums are free and never seem broken. Just wish they'd scrub the bugs off or spray remover more frequently. read more

You need to improve on the managers there never out side when there supposed to be helping the sales associate at least and for the sales associate that I met there supper nice and even 2 gentlemen's which are not the store manager or the other one because I never see them working. That's bad company if I don't see good management at all you need to be more careful on who you hired to keep these young kids motivated . And if I go back there I better see improvement. read more

Horrible! I have a expensive Tesla and when I left I noticed my left side mirror stop functioning properly, you see it's supposed to tilt down when I in reverse and there's buttons to adjust the mirror tilt, this no longer works. I noticed as soon as I left the car wash and took a right and got to the red light. My mirror angle was so far off and when I tried adjusting the motor no longer works. I have cameras around my car and the mirror was functioning correctly prior to the car wash and it precisely articulates an object hitting into the side view when on the conveyor belt. My cameras documented it working fine prior to the car wash and non working after the car wash. On top of that if they accept liability I have to go through a partnered body shop with the car wash..... I HAVE A VERY EXPENSIVE TESLA WHICH NEEDS TO GO TO THE TESLA SERVICE CENTER NOT NO RANDOWN BODY SHOP. I have a premium unlimiited monthly membership and go every week, sometimes 2x a week. It used to be a pretty good place to go. Staff was nice and they used to automatically wash the grill and windshield for bugs before going through the car wash. They dont do that anymore and if I ask for it, they get irritated and feel like its a chore to do their job. One girl even rolled her eyes!! Once my truck comes out of the carwash, I always have to pull to the side to finish cleaning it. The grounds are always dirty. People come their to use the vacuums because its free and they throw their trash on the grounds. I said something to the 19yo "manager", that was inside, and she said sorry but they are understaffed. I told her she should go out there and clean it, lead by example! Then to top it off, all of the vacuums are broken. Either they dont work or the end is broken off from the hose! I am cancelling my membership and going to 5 min car wash down by Lake Mary Blvd. I hear amazing things about their staff and the car wash actually works! Same old thing with Sanford location, no brush to clean the back side of my SUV. It's always completely missed. The staff is not very nice, and said they don't have a brush at that location, how is that possible? The vacuums are almost useless if you can even get to them. To many people using the vacuums, and not even getting there car washed. I am ve7ry close to ending my membership, horrible service, at the Sanford location. So this happened about a month ago now. Spend as astronomical amount to drive through car wash right before I went in the guy is cleaning my windshield and hit my wiper with his brush breaking my wiper which was brand new tried to put it bad on and said wiper was defective.. needless to say I let it go and left wrote a review on Google which was replied to by so sry about this we would like to fix this pls email blah blah blah. I emailed twice never even got a return email. It seemed as though they replied to make it seem like they care and was going to fix it but nothing now there getting a bad yelp review as well. Tried the location near lake Mary. Was average. 31 dollars for platinum wash. Not worth the money. Brought my truck to this location today. Same thing platinum wash inside and out. Waste of money. Windows are worse then when I brought it. Streak marks everywhere. Inside wasn't even wiped down. Still had the same little pieces from a scratch off ticket in the console. Honestly it was a complete waste of money and must be a company wide crappy car wash. Feel like I wasted my time and my money. Very dissatisfied. Only reason I gave 2 stars in staff was courteous as far as greetings. The car wash that was there before was 100 times better. Not to be overly picky but for $31 not worth it read more

Avoid like the plague. Expensive ($20) "cloth" car wash. Did not even get my car clean as there were still bug spots all over my windshield. I paid for tire shine and hot wax, neither of which I got. My tires still looked filthy after exiting. And the cherry on-top is they don't hand dry the car so hello spots. This also means they water they use is not properly treated. I won't ever go back. Purchased the ultimate package and upgraded to inside cleaned as well i was charged outside waited for my truck went to get in when it was done and i was treated like inwas stealing it because i did not have the correct ticket. I called for the manager who finally told me i had to go inside and pay for the add on and then i would get a ticket to pick up truck. Should this not have been said when inpaid earlier? Anyway it was embarrassing and confusing. The truck was very clean though. If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible service! Every time I come I have to go over their work and have them correctly clean things. I tired to give it a chance and see if it was just some workers but this last visit has me mind blown. My car was vacuumed and sent threw the machine wash. Once my car was parked to be hand dried and cleaned I was waiting over 20 mins for my car and they had not even started on my car the sun had dried most of my car before they even started. I would have understand if they had customers that were there before me but they were servicing cars that had got there after me. Made me feel like they didn't value my business. read more

I think it's a no for me I took my car to this place tonight and paid $34 for them to vacuum wash it and when I got at home I still had to spend another hour cleaning it putting more tire shine on the wheels cleaning the wheel wells. The back seat look like it didn't get vacuum very well there was still debris. I would say if you go here check your car very well before you leave. read more

I just had the most positive experience at Mister Car Wash!!!! The staff was extremely courteous and professional!!!! And they provided excellent service!!!! It also looks like they remodeled since my last visit. I did miss the inside receptionist. I paid outside. The inside was beautiful and comfortable!!!! And guess what???? They provided Free Keurig Coffee!!!! It was wonderful!!!! And the price for the car wash and wax was very reasonable. read more

I will admit I came in 5 minutes to close but my 18.99 was was absolutely horrible. They dried the hood halfway on my way out and wiped the driver's side window. My car is still very dirty and I am not a happy customer. The cleaning process is short. Not at all worth it. read more

The automated car wash portion needs to be repaired. The lower door brushers were not working the last 2 times I have been there. The short prep was lacking the last time I went also. I needed to wash my windshield AFTER I went through the wash. read more

Last week, I signed up for the monthly car wash membership for $29.99 per month. This service allows for unlimited car washes at any Mister Carwash location, as well as an interior service for an additional $8.00 per cleaning. I received a receipt for around $40, which would include my first month's membership and my interior cleaning. I also noticed what appeared to be an additional $32 charge on the receipt. Upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed that both charges were showing on my credit card account. I returned later that week to see what had occurred. The gentleman that helped me both days, Jason, was extremely professional and was quick to provide fantastic service. Jason determined that both charges had been made to the account, but was unable to issue a refund at the location. Jason emailed the corporate office to obtain a refund, and for the inconvenience, issued me a coupon for a free wax, which I used today, as well as a free detailed interior cleaning. What I appreciate the most, is the company taking responsibility for a clerical error and going out of their way to make it right. Thank you for your superior service! read more

I bought their unlimited package and have been twice now. So far I love it! I wasn't able to get my free full serve clean when I signed up so the manager told me to just come see him whenever I have a chance and he will be sure to get it done for me. Awesome customer service! I just went this morning too but unfortunately it rained literally an hour later. Will be going again this weekend to get the full serve clean. They are super fast too! If you want hand drying you have to buy their full $60 package though which was a bit disappointing. I know Angels Auto Spa includes that for $29/month but they do hound you for tips every time you go which can get frustrating. read more
