This is my go to spot for a quick drive through carwash. There are 2 lanes to enter and pay which both take cards. On the left lane there is usually someone standing there to assist you with selecting your preferred wash, swiping your card and giving you your receipt if you want it. They also ask if you have or want to a car wash membership plan. After that it is on to the conveyor belt and into neutral gear. You'll get a little sudsy precast wash if you've paid for it. The wash itself is the started spraying of water and cleaning fluids while beating your car with those long wet car wipers. After the rinse you get your super gust of air that is strong enough to blow off your windshield wipers of they've skipped leg day at the gym. Afterwards you're free to pull into a stall area to vacuum and clean the interior. They provide Terry cloths, window cleaner and a cleaner for the hard surface. There is also an air gun for blowing the sand and dust bunnies out of the hard to reach areas. Often one of the workers may be out there restocking the cleaning supplies and will give out logoed air fresheners. Overall, it is a decent way for me to clean my vehicle. read more

I love this car washing place. It has covered vacuuming and detailing areas to use with products available at no extra charge. You can clean your floor mats with a machine, they have glass and interior cleaning sprays with cleaning cloths and the employees always keep it freshly stocked. I love the quality of the car wash and the monthly membership is a great value $40 a month for unlimited washes. read more

Went in for 1 car wash, they kept asking for me to sign up for a membership, and I kept saying no. When it came time to pay, they added the membership fee and I didn't notice. Unfortunately, I didn't notice for a few months. They refused to refund the money even though I never used the membership. read more

First I'm surprised with the low stat reviews with the customer service and cancelation aspect. I can't inform you on any of that so my review is based solely on the car wash aspect. I was originally a Mr Car wash mostly subscriber, but decided to switch to Caliber because it is closer to where I live. I will tell you the three upsides to Mr Car Wash and that is their multiple locations, two different types of vacuum nozzles and slightly lower price. Knowing all this Caliber is definitely better in so many ways. First the scan in process I believe is quicker as it goes by your license plate and not a little sticker on the front of your window. Second they have towels, glass spray, and interior spray. I love these amenities and never knew I needed them until I had them. Third there is a matt cleaner machine for your car. You put the matt in and it comes out vacuumed. You might need to put it in a few times. Fourth there is an air pump for your tires. All these extras for only a few dollars more than the price of the Mr Car Wash! While I do miss the long thin rectangle nozzle that Mr Car Wash provides for the heard to reach spots, it is easily forgetting with all the extras Caliber provides. Oh they also have an air gun as well. And lastly the air blower at the end of the car wash is sooo strong it lifts my front windshield wiper up every time! Very good car washing experience. They do that pre-clean thing where people wipe your windshield before you go into the wash. Then after you get out you have vacuums which most places tend to have but what I really liked about this place is that they have tire pressure checks, a mat cleaner, two types of sprays and cloths to wipe your car. A lot of places claim to have that but it's always empty so it was nice to see they replace the wipes. read more

Caliber Car Wash is on the corner of Forsyth and Aloma. It is next to Jeremiah's Italian Ice. It is a typical drive-through car wash, but the staff was friendly and the car wash did the job and the price was what you would expect from a drive-through car wash. read more

Horrible customer service!! Been going there since they opened on Aloma, several years ago. "Ricky", who said he was a supervisor, has horrible customer service. Claimed my card expired, which is not true. From there, I went to the bank, my card expires in 2028, (today is 9/19/2025). For all these years, it has debited my card on a monthly basis. In June 2025 I went to this location for a basic carwash. I was notified by the attendant that Caliber had a special on any package from the remainder of June Free for only $7. She repeadetely told me, it wont charge your card again. This is not signing up for a membership. Well to my surprise on 7/7/2025, my bank was charged $42 and change. I think it is disgusting that this employee lied to customers to make her sales goal. I want a refund immedietely. I have sent a request on the website for your company, I will contact BBB, and I will leave a negative review on any platform I can find. I dont mind paying $42 per month if this is a service I would use often, but its not. I am highly dissapointed that my card was stolen and signed up service without my consent. its even more disgusting that i cant get ahold of anyone to correct this situation. Needed to wash my car and was waiting for my Daughter to finish up a proctored test nearby. They were friendly. The car wash did its thing and the vacuum area was actually solid. They had rags and spray bottles and even air fresheners. Big garbage cans and people actually refilling and checking on the area. Workers actually working! Caliber Car Wash is quite a good setup for a car wash / self service station. I appreciate the tools they provide you, but would like to definitely see more. They definitely will try to sell you their subscription but I just say no and move on. I like there $20-30 options for types of washes as well. Overall, a decent place to go. read more

There is always someone to help you when selecting your car wash on the screen, my car gets super clean, and the vacuums have good suction. I enjoy the towels and cleaners provided at every station. My first impression was a good wow!! Great friendly service as I pulled up and they had a great monthly deal going on. Outside wash went smooth. However, the do it yourself section was eh. The vacuum was sooo weak. The vacuum I have at home is so Ku CV more powerful. So cleaning the inside was hard... and time consuming. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I was rear-ended in their tunnel due to THEIR EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONING, I was told "whatever happens in the tunnel is not their responsibility" which is absolutely ridiculous considering we're following their directions and the car is in neutral the entire time until it releases you out of the tunnel. We were told to exchange information since the other driver hit me but again, that was not the other drivers fault, it was 100% Caliber Car Wash's fault. We cancelled our memberships due to such poor customer service in how this has been handled. We asked for a refund for our 3 vehicles we were bringing here and it was refused. With so many car washes popping up in the area and how hard they push for reviews here you would think they'd have better customer service! Their equipment in the tunnel doesn't work half the time either, just a convenient location but it's worth the drive for better customer service and piece of mind that you won't be put in a dangerous situation of being hit. I highly recommend going with a company that values you as a customer and your business, this place does not!!! Took towels from clean basket I notice they were damp, when drying the trunk I notice swirl marks and stop using the towel and notice that all the clean towel were damp. I ask for the manager and show him what happened. He did not even apologize to me and was careless. I am under the impression that they are not cleaning the towels and I am sure it had some kind of residual chemical that damage my new car I honestly do not recommend this car wash. read more

I purchased the subscription with the Custom Wash limitless plan as I've had a service like that in Texas previously. The wash was good, but my rear wiper on my Subaru Outback got pulled backwards. It wasn't damaged, but concerning. The car wash in Texas would put some masking tape on the wiper before the car went through, something I'll have to start doing before I pull into the line. Made a good faith effort to cancel my membership prior to renewal as my car was involved in an accident. I was told I had to come in store. I could not make it in time before the renewal and have not used the service in the renewal period. Tried to talk to the manager who said he will not refund money because I was told to come in and didn't come in the same day. No, I did not come in the same day because I work and I could not drop everything to come in and cancel a membership. That is why I called. Terrible customer service and policies. I have found it to be an Excellent value so far especially at the intro promo price. I don't mind washing my car myself but I do not like cleaning the mag wheels. The machine at Caliber does an outstanding job on the wheels. Also the "ceramic" coating has made my vehicle look like new again (2014 Lincoln MKT) Finally I think the self serve complementary detailing stations are really good. A good strong central Vacuum a mini blower for dashboard and crevice dust and some cleaners with microfiber towels. Considering you can go everyday its pretty awesome. I have been going to caliber for over a year as a ultimate subscriber. It was my first day after a long hospital stay washing my car. As I went through the car wash it first is to guys starting me off I didn't sit right in the track and I was like ask him through the window of his all right. He told me to continue it as I went through the beginning the wash the car started in front of the track which later I learned was broken and as I left it was the last of the tag and I just I was in a rush so I drove off and went home. But I've two hours I came out of my apartment and realized my bumper cover was gone. Went back to the car wash caliber when I see my bumper in the middle of their sidewalk. And then the manager came up to me as I was asking for him and he said that they're not liable. That the fans must've blown off my cover of my Mercedes 2006 350 LS bumper cover. He kept reiterating that they were not liable for this damage. However he said that the liability statement was on the receipt there was no liability statement receipt and then he pointed to a sign in the middle of the trees on their property they talked about the antennas on the cars not the bumper covers or body of the cars. We went into watch the cameras inside the wash and it was very vague to see the very end it was like something that pulled the bumper it snapped off my car and when we went to see what was at the end it's the tire cleaner and I just got the clip on my bumper and just pulled it off as I drove off. They have given me the runaround. They have told me over 10 times that they were handling This for me. They said they were gonna take care of it that we're gonna fix my car. And now I have gotten nothing but the runaround while goose chase. read more

This morning we went and the " store manager " ( who didn't really seem so sure of his title ) told us we had to leave because we didn't wash the car before we vacuumed.
