Highly disappointed in my wash today. I told the attendant what I really wanted was the inside of my car cleaned. My weather tech mats were muddy and my interior needed vacuuming. I was surprised the mats were wet and so was the exterior of my car. Southland used to be a great place for an inside and out wash. Not so much anymore. I won't be hurrying back. Plus, I was charged and extra $10 because I wanted the doors wiped down. read more

Great place to get a car wash. Every time I've gone there hasn't been a line but I notice they put cars through fast so I wouldn't imagine that lines would take very long. The basic car wash is $8 which I think is fair. I leave satisfied with the way my car looks after each wash. I haven't not noticed any scratches or lines in my paint job which is sometimes the case in car washes. There are extremely visible signs in the wash that tell you when you put your car in neutral and take it out. They have an option to get your interior cleaned which I would like to try soon. You can also choose to get your car hand dried at the end of the wash for an increase in price that you can choose on the electronic screen at the front when you pay. read more

This was the worst wash I ever got. Most of my Jeep was still dirty. Additionally, they broke a light on my Jeep. I went inside to complain and they told me they were not responsible for it. After consulting an attorney, the attorney said they will be paying for it. Stay away from this place. It wasn't worth it. read more

Mister does a nice job, much better than Tommy's Express. I have (4) cars that we have on the Platinum plan. Sometimes I go to one of the locations that does interior cleaning, too. One thing I'm not a fan of is that, when they clean interiors, there is an up charge for everything ($2 for rubber mats, $5 to wipe the doors, etc). Wow I use to clean my own car but I wanted to pay a little extra to get it cleaned by professional's wow this was a big mistake they cleaned my car worse than I do clean windows no the windows had so many streaks like they cleaned it with a dirty towel especially my back window I could not even see out of it my seats were wet my two mats that I paid extra for them to clean were soaking wet and when they dried all the dirt was still there and also my car was suppose to be hand dried the back of my car was completely wet if they don't have the employees or the time to do the extra little things that I paid for then they should shut it down until they can do a better job that was a waste of 32 dollars that I could of did myself wow terrible terrible effort read more

so my last review was based on my first experience which I was very happy with, so I was posting my positive reviews while waiting for my second experience. when opeing my car door to leave I had noticed my inside door panel, cup holders, e brake areas, and such hadn't even been touched with anything but a dry rag. because there was NOTHING cleaned! now maybe the added spray on the rag with cleaner is something above my expectations but given the interior cleaning purchase I would definitely consider that to be included?? so I had pointed out the areas, a guy sprayed his rag and re-wiped the areas and I was on my way but I couldn't help but notice they never even opened the back hatch or vacuumed it. now I am returning today for round 3 and I am posting while waiting again, hoping for the best but judging from the man before me that didn't even see they had vacuumed his floor on his drivers side I am kinda expecting the same thing...... read more

If you're a member of Mister car wash DO NOT go to this one‼ They do not have a member lane, it was irritating waiting for people that had to pay with card , which was bottle neck while watching 3 employees just watch it before I gave the eye. No place to vacuum n right out the door on to 28th st. with no drying off. Not again. read more

I went to the Mister Car Wash at their Greenville, MI location today and purchased the $14 wash. I drove from there to my home in the Grand Rapids area and saw the car for the first time since the wash. It is covered with white soap sediment in streaks and spotting. I won't go there again! I got the SUV washed because I'm probably going to trade it in and wanted it to look good. No such luck! I gave an extra star because of the nice, polite young man who sold me the wash. read more

This is one of the few mister car washes that does a good job. No free vacuums which sucks. But the wash is good. And they key part: they have guys at the end that dry you off leaving no spots. Without those guys this would be an average wash. But the dry is key. If you're using Mister, use this one read more

Terrible car wash. Mister car wash bought out two of my favorite car washes that I used to go to. Southland Auto Wash and Jenison Car Wash. I decided to try the unlimited for a couple months. It was ok nothing amazing. Still left spots on my windshield. As well as a crappy dry job. The last time I went through my windshield cracked. I complained to the car wash they filled out an incident report and told me the regional manager will be in contact with me. NOPE! AFTER TWO WEEKS NOTHING!! Unacceptable for a company. I called three times. The third time I cancelled my membership and the lady on the phone didn't even care or ask why. I told her why anyways and she didn't even apologize. Crappy customer service. I am going to my third favorite car wash from now on. Integrity auto wash. Their $5 car wash crushes your overpriced $10 wash. Gets my windshield spotless every time!
