we've been bring our vehicles to Integrity for oil changes almost exclusively for the last 8 years or so and they have been so consistent with their detail. One of our vehicles runs hot and tends to burn through oil quicker than it should and they're always happy to top it off for us. With every oil change there's always a coupon for a free car wash but even without that it's still our first choice to wash and vacuum the van because the suction is always the best out of the local car washes (even the chain ones aren't as good). long story short, we are happy to support this locally AND family owned business! read more

I give the one star for the vacuums. Free & they never turn off. So much easier but when paying, staff was rude & obnoxious. They didn't pre-wash my vehicle very well as so much dirt ran down my vehicle that showed when I left. They obviously don't know the phrase "keep your customers happy so they'll come back"......NO MATTER WHAT. I'll use the vacuums but never again through the car wash. read more

Always satisfied with this car wash! Great wash for the money. Staff is generally friendly (today the guy that came out to the cars to collect money was very nice! 2/25/2015) They have many FREE vacs to pull up to after to clean out your car too! They are also a oil change place too. read more

Used a $5 off coupon for a full oil change. Service providers were friendly and efficient. If that wasn't enough, it included a free $10 car wash. The wash line was long, (nice day and lots of road salt), but the line moved forward at a pretty good pace. Free vacuums and towels to wipe your vehicle if desired. read more

My family drove my car cross country from California to Michigan, and along the way collected plenty of dust and bugs splattered across the windshield. I was worried that the bugs would basically be permanently caked onto my vehicle since I had tried using squeegees several times at gas stations and the dried bugs never budged, but I came here and asked for their most expensive package which included something called a 'bug blaster' (it was $15- kind of pricey) but it was super well worth it! My windshield is absolutely sparkling clean now. This place is about a 20 minute drive from where I live, but whenever my car gets dirty again, I will definitely make the drive to get my car washed here again. Mad! I purchased a gift card from them and now they will not honor it. I was told the place is under new ownership. I try to talk to the new ownership but he lives in Chicago. I had my oil changed here a month ago and within minutes noticed a strong smell of burnt oil coming through the vents. Turns out they spilled oil all over the exhaust system and as of a month later I am still enjoying the smell of that oil cooking off. read more
