The wash tore off the rear window on my 2025 Silverado with a premium Leer cap. I filled out an incident report and didn't hear from them for a week so I stopped in and the general manager was rude and said they would not fix it. I had unlimited monthly plans with them on 2 vehicles, cancelled both. Tommy wash is opening soon across the street and the guy that owns the leer cap dealer told me that he gets repairs paid for by Tommy Wash all the time so that's where I'll be going. read more

The manager, Quinn here is rude. i filled out an incident report twice and never received a call. very poor customer service. recently i went through, 2 scratches on my windshield when I pulled out I know they wete not there as I noticed it mmediately. i went right bavk and Terry said none of their equipment would do that. His only solution was Do you want to cancel, when I sad yes he said "awesome"- ill be switxhing over to Tommy's. I've been unsatisfied with their washes and the damage to my vehicle for a long time. read more

One of the best car washes in the state. Best quality for the price there is! There unlimited plans are amazing, but even their cheapest wash is great. I'd give 7 stars if I could. read more

Well staffed and clean facility. Very thorough pre-wash with hoses and then machine cycle. No damage or scrapes from the drive thru wash. Really good pressure on the vacuum system to clean your interior. No time limit on the vacuum usage. Great value. read more

I usually get the $10 wash, and the results are better than going thru the gas station washes. You pay a guys and as you pull into the tunnel, they will spray off ( quickly) some of the car by hand. Then you put it in neutral and get pulled thru. Wash rinse dry. The only bad thing I have had there was the last time I used their vacuums. Mine had no suction, and I looked behind me to the other vacuum to see that person frustrated with the same issue. It was pretty worthless, and I had to go somewhere else. read more

I've got a larger vehicle, a Hummer H3. So I am always hesitant at new car washes, however their equipment is very new and does a great job! Fair pricing for a great car wash! Very happy every time I leave and I will continue to give them my business! read more
