Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.

You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

And, they went back and cleaned the glove compartment after I noticed it was dirty and untouched. However, under closer inspection, they obviously rushed through the job. The exterior mirrors were not cleaned, nor was the area beneath the back ledge were the license plate is attached. The carpeting was not cleaned, just vacuumed, and the area underneath the floor mats was completely ignored. Stains on the center console were missed, and the door jams were not properly cleaned. If I had paid $150, I'd say okay, you get what you pay for. But I paid $350 and expected a superior "detailed" job. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.

Then, in a last ditch effort, I call via another number that I found in a Facebook picture in the background. Finally someone messaged me back and told me to leave my key in the lock box. The lockbox would not close, so I left it in the mailbox instead. At this point I was also told that it would take eight hours instead of 2 to 4, but I was able to accommodate that time change. About two hours later, I got a text that the cost had been increased to $155 and it wouldn't be ready until the following day. At this point I gave up and was offered the opportunity to come get my vehicle. They left the key on the seat of my van even with someone in the office, knowing that the place is in a sketchy area of town this made me uncomfortable. This review has nothing to do with their services as I was not able to actually obtain them. But the fact that the price almost doubled from the original sale price, and the time frame also more than tripled, in addition to the difficulty of getting in Touch with someone leaves me unable to recommend this company.

I'm sure for the bigger cars like SUVs the quote is higher. I was asked about any specific concerns I had or certain areas they should focus on. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They do not take out car seats for cleanings due to safety concerns. Cleaned under my seats and vacuumed my mats as well. Spotless and smelled great! The car was done at exactly one hour mark of my appointment time.
