Laux had the same with colors reversed for $115 but I prefer the jacket to be more of the blue than red. *The one pictured is the Laux one. Unfortunately, due to a flight issue, I wasn't able to return to the store as planned before leaving town. On January 2nd, I emailed the store explaining the situation and inquiring about having the jacket shipped. I received no response. I sent a follow-up email and again got no reply. I finally called the store to explain what happened and asked if they would honor the sale price since I had tried contacting them earlier. The woman said that they don't ship if it's not listed in the website, which is fair.I even mentioned I have a relative who could pick it up for me. The response? They wouldn't honor the sale price as the sale is over. I understand policies, but the lack of response to my emails and unwillingness to assist a repeat customer felt like poor customer service as I attempted to get in contact with them during the sale.
