Cheapest smokes and always friendly! My only complaint is never knowing if the drive thru will be open.

I've fueled here several times and have been able to reap rewards (discounted fuel) which has been great except for my recent experience on 11/11/25 at pump #12. That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious. read more

I started coming here about 2 years ago when I moved into the area. My fiancé has been coming for years due to the good gas prices and to buy chew. They have the drive-thru for smoke shop items if you don't want to walk in. My man quit chewing, but we keep coming! There was a short time that the gas pumps started pumping REALLY slow, but this appears to have resolved as I just filled up the tank last weekend and it was fine. The pumps usually get pretty busy during normal peak hours but there's decent space to accommodate long lines and I love that the pumps are covered by a very high roof. We generally stop in to grab a few sodas before running errands and there's a decent selection. They also have hot food items that always smells and looks so delicious, but I usually try not to eat out since I'll pig out on stuff like that. I've come close quite a few times and will probably breakdown and try some things soon. We've also had pretty great luck with customer service when we stop in. There's usually 1 or 2 people who are just kind of blah as far as attitudes, but most of the employees seem happy and upbeat. I swear their best recent hire has been Roxy -that chick knows what she's doing, is quick and SUPER friendly. I always look for her when I go in so I can say hi. If they don't make her a manager soon, they're just wasting her talents. It's hard to come by great employees and she's the BEST. Genuinely cares about making customers happy and treating them well. And obviously really cares about the company. I really hope they appreciate her. Overall, this is our favorite local gas station and market and we recommend. read more

My husband fueled up gas was priced at 3.79 a gallon, they charged him $55 he received 10.14 gallons, math aint mathing

I used to love the convenience and selection of this one stop shop since it was just down the road from work. I would park my dump truck and heavy equipment behind the store in the empty lot and run in to grab a quick snack or items to start my day 2 or 3 times a week, fuel our company rigs, and get propane for the forklift. Until December 27th, 2023. It was my birthday and I just started my day for work. Down to my last 20 dollars, I decided to get 20 dollars in lotto after grabbing a energy drink. The two tickets dispensened were completely blank on the front. I told the staff and the manager on duty did not even show their face or do a single thing to make it right. I was told to contact the lotto number on the machine. I called and began working with the sales rep of the area. She said the store refused to reimburse and that a claim would have to be opened and it will be 8 weeks for reimbursement. This was infuriating and absolutely terrible customer service. Yeah yeah.... you get what you pay for--but here's the thing, any time I hand my money to someone providing me with either goods or services, I expect some kind of customer service and to be treated like I--as well as other customers--am the reason that they have a job in the first place. Today's experience has officially ended my families once a week stop when passing by. My money will go elsewhere. Word of advice if you plan to stop in for a snack or anything from behind the counter. Speak S L O W L Y and as LOUD as possible, if THEY make the mistake of hearing you wrong, and you only notice after you have paid and gotten into your car--they will deny any responsibility, deny an exchange for what you did intend to purchase, and flat out refuse a refund. I can understand how one could mix up the words 'crispito' with 'crisp burrito'-- but how do you mix up chicken with beef!!?? This is not the first time that I have walked out with items I did not ask for, only to find myself miles away and unable to eat any of the snacks because I DON'T EAT BEEF... so I thought I had been doing quite well with my slower than normal, enunciated perfectly words. No mistakes or thrown out food in the last couple months. It just kind of blows my mind that even when the smug-power-hungry-gas-station-employee could not be bothered to even consider that he was mistaken, that he could have possibly been a human and misheard something. I have learned my lesson. Stay away from the deep fried garbage--buy my gas and snacks elsewhere. They could have simply exchanged the freakin food and I would have went on my way. Instead they left an awful taste in my mouth--worse than the indigestion that those fried CRISPITOS would caused. A simple exchange would have probably led to me being a little more understanding--sure, they would have had to toss the food that they got wrong in the trash, and given me the correct food--leaving them out a whopping $12+/-..... I would have returned per normal next week and been daMn sure I enunciated even more clearly, maybe even double or triple check before paying... Instead, when I left the bag of food on the counter, I left knowing I would never return and share the horrible experience with friends/family, and now yelp. I also cancelled the charge on my debit card immediately unpon returning to my car. You are now out the cost of the food that now sits in the bottom of the trash can behind your counter--out the money that you refused to refund, and out a customer. read more

The gas station is going down hill fast. Pumps 2,4&12 do not allow you to use rewards so you need to go inside to pay also the pump took a long time to pump gas. Until gas station fixes the pumps I will not be back. read more

They have Shell brand gas, and unlike the Puyallup Tribes Shell stations, this Nisqually tribe station takes the Shell rewards card, and the Fred Meyers card, I just saved 20 cents a gallon- added to they have one of the lowest prices in the area paid $2.53 (253! Go Tacoma Stars!) a gallon for gas! Where most stations its 2.99+ Most of the time I go here I get my cup refilled with Pepsi, they charge me $1.09 for it. read more

I should have just went through the drive thru rather than going in but had to pee only to find out the restrooms were closed... closed? I would think if you're still allowing paying customers in your facility you would at the very least allow them to pee! Since I have no damn poker face miss attitude little cashier chick instantly turned nasty by barely reaching my hand to hand me my change and not even making an attempt to hand me my cigarettes! Such an ugly, UGLY way to treat customers!!! All because I got SAD because I couldn't pee. I didn't give you an attitude at all little girl! I really just had to pee! Let my 13 year old run in for a slurpee while taking my truck through the car wash near there. Being 13 and it being a loud crowded store he got confused and used a coffee cup for his slurpee because he did not see the slurpee cups. Cashier looked at him and made him pay double for the slurpee and he had no idea what to do; not wanting to cause a scene he paid $5.45 for a single slurpee, did not find out till I pulled away. I'm not sure how to write this review. I'm frustrated. I enjoy this store but if you have a issue about something the management doesn't seem to care or make any attempt to make it right. I recently started drinking the bang energy Keto coffee. I found it here for what I thought was a great deal compared to other places. I was buying them 2 at a time with other items for several purchases and never realized I was being overcharged until I bought only the energy drink. Their shelf display makes it appear like all of the bang drinks are 2/3.50 when actually they charge $3.79 per coffee drink. No where in the store do they have the price marked for the coffee drinks. I asked to speak with a manager about this and was told that there wasn't anyone working that could do anything about it. They took my name/number and said they would have someone contact me. A new gas station with amazingly low prices and great customer service to boot! The gasoline is Shell and they have free complimentary full service if you need it. There always seems to be a line to get gas which is significantly lower than the local AM/PM across the street. It's new, so everything inside is great and wonderful! Despite having been a loyal customer since they opened, I was shocked today when I walked in to buy a beer and 2 packs of cigarettes. Although the mask law just went into effect, and having signs all over the place explaining that masks are now required, the person ahead of me and behind me didn't have any sort of covering (I've got the pictures to prove it). When I asked the cashier why they were serving people without masks, she did not answer my question. Instead she said that I can't take pictures and I said,"I just did" She told me I can leave so I did. When I called to ask why they were not enforcing the law the manager said," um well they might have medical issues and we don't want to have fights with our customers." Obviously they only care about the$ and not the health of our state or following the law. Makes me wonder what other corners the have cut. Especially in their food an beer prep, cooking, and service. I stop once a week to fill our 35gal diesel tank...we don't live nearby but have friends we visit frequently so this is a convenient. Today was the worst day ever. The station was very busy as always, waited for available pump (diesel is only available at the far end pumps). An older guy moves from a right side pump to the left side and pulls into pump we were heading to..parks his car and gets out to go inside the store. My husband beeps (and yells--through closed window) for him to park in a parking spot. An "employee" Nick who was standing outside with another employee and yelled at my husband about yelling at older guy who has been a loyal customer for 3 years! Ok this guy is too old to be military or student, driving a car w brand new SC plates and btw store opened in 2018 (3 years?). Too add insult to injury Nick kept escalating the situation and eventually were forced to leave since he convincing manager to turn off pump if we attempted to buy gas. Thanks for sending us off w bad taste on Thanksgiving! We will find another place to spend our money. read more

My sister and I stopped by this store and accidentally went in the wrong entrance, and instead of the cashier(Laura) politely informing us about it she called us out in front of all of the other patrons in the store! Talk about embarrassing and totally uncalled for. This was my first time stopping here and will be my last. They might want to put in some better signage or repaint the arrows in the future. If it wasn't for your customers your store would not be in business. Employees might need a little more training. read more

We have spent a lot of money at this place on food, gas and cigarettes. We stopped to purchase a Carton of Pall Mall Light 100s/blue carton, and food. We pointed at the the exact carton on the shelf to cashier as she could not see them, showing her which ones they were on back wall. She said they are under counter too and proceeded get that carton and put in bag. Cashier rang us up and we had to ask for receipt. We left market and when i got in car and was driving I opened carton pulled pack out opened and took drag off cigarette realized they were the wrong cigarettes. They were Pall Mall shorts/blue carton. They look just like 100s carton. Big headache. We have a medical child at home to care for and have to make arrangements for someone to care for her while I'm away. The next day after making arrangements for child I went back to exchange for right Carton of cigarettes. They refused to exchange period because carton was opened and pack got opened. As this has happened before they just exchanged the 9 cigarette packs that hadn't been. Management refused any exchange. After explaining we even pointed out the correct carton and the cashier took a carton from a different place and sold wrong one to me. We will not spend another penny at this store as I'm stuck with a $80.00 carton of cigarettes no one smokes. Used the gas we purchased there to drive all the way back for terrible customer service. You also have to make sure your not overcharged and your never offered receipts unless you ask. Fortunately I had asked for it, but it did not matter in this case. They reason I'm giving this place 3-stars is due to the level of customer service! Most of the people there are unfriendly and some have the whole entitled attitude! This gas station/market would be my absolute favorite unfortunately, every single time I go there the employees inside are extremely rude. They have zero customer service skills and almost every employee I have encountered (aside from the gas station helpers outside) have attitudes constantly. This evening when I went in I needed to fill a gas can with 2 gallons of premium gas. I was paying cash and had a few other items as well. She then proceeded to tell me, "2 gallons of premium I don't know how much that is." I told her I had a can I needed to fill with that amount. She then said "well how much money do you want to put on it I dont know the price of 2 gallons." Had I looked at the exact price per gallon before going in I would have told her an amount. They work there and I am sure there was an extremely easy way to access this info or to just type in amount of gallons. I cant be the first person to request this for a can. Another time when I went through the drive threw to purchase cigarettes the employee I asked for my id which was not a big deal and expected. When I went to grab it out of my purse it fell on the side of my seat. I was apologetic that I was taking a minute to try and get it out from in between seat. She told me, "you don't need to have an attitude. I'm tired of people getting an attitude when I ask for ID." I told her I did not have an attitude and I was sorry if it seemed that way. Never in my life have I had someone working in customer service speak to me in that tone or say something rude like that. I've been here lots of times and none of the employees (aside from maybe 2) are ever friendly or smile. Constantly act annoyed to even have to speak to a customer. If it weren't for the good prices I would have stopped coming here a long time ago. Now though, I will not be returning. I'd rather pay a little more money and go up the road off 160th where the employees are extremely friendly and actually make my mornings better with their friendly attitudes. read more
