scammers who know nothing about the products they're selling and can't do simple math!!! i used to…read morelove this place until they scammed me. the woman worker wouldn't even let me look at the coils on the wall (something I've always done when the owner is there). she pushed me out of the way to body block it, then handed me one with the wattage i was looking for, but wouldn't let me look at any of the others. i purchased all of them despite the note i could see on the back saying "sell individually for $X". i paid for it, got no receipt and not even the box to reference, not that she even let me look at before. i figure I'm done and no, its the wrong size. i had popped one of the 3 out so i went back in saying these are wrong, I'll pay for the one i removed. i OFFERED off the bat. we find the right coils, at which point the woman STILL wont let me look at the boxes, tells me theres a difference between them, and after asking 5 TIMES to see the box because she kept going back and forth on if there was a difference or not, she finally hands me the box. sure enough, no difference. so i say this box has 3 at the same individual price, so just exchange them with the ones im returning and we're good. she proceeds to call the store owner, lie to him, then keep everything behind the counter telling me i need to pay an extra $5 for some reason that she wouldnt explain to make it even, even though the math didn't work out. i kept trying to explain that the math doesnt check out, thats wrong, but she wouldn't even give me back what i already paid for so i just paid the $5 and left. will NEVER be coming back here. fucking scammers putting hands on me and acting like I'm a thief when you stole from me.
