We ended up leaving bc we had our three children w us who were getting squirmy and told the lady we would be back. There was no follow up on her part and we ended up finding the same golf cart at a different location for $1k cheaper and could deliver next day. We called and asked if she could price match this but she didn't seem interested in trying. We ended up getting our deposit back and getting the same cart for cheaper elsewhere.

We were able to get a very nice, beach ready and well-running cart delivered within 30 minutes of stopping by and paying. Both the men that assisted us at the store and at delivery were super friendly. They also gave us a 10% military discount! We saved over $350 by going with these guys vs the other. Since our family rents a beach house every year at Crystal Beach, we will now only rent our carts from these guys and let all our military friends, family and anyone else who's looking to go with these guys.

That was 10 months ago, and now he doesn't reply to my texts or messages. Incident is reported to the local police, Better Business Bureau, and now lawyers are involved, with next stop being the Texas Justice Court. After paying him (via Venmo/Zelle, for which I have receipts) to replace the batteries, he was not able to sell the car in Summer of 2024. For every month onward, each text/call I sent him received a short reply (if at all) saying he was 'out of town' and I should contact him next month. It has been more than 8 months now asking for a few minutes on the phone and still no reply.
