Very rude and dishonest staff. They apparently did not know what they are doing and put a tire that may not even match with my other tires. I purchased a used tire yesterday and I was told there's a 2 week warranty that guarantees the tire will work well. The tire makes my car vibrating which it never happen before. I took my car back today and they said it is a used tire and they can't guarantee anything. They are very rude and would not return the tire which could damage my car. They said their owner is not there and I should come back. However, another staff said the person who talked to me is the owner. The positive feedback is fake. Nobody should come to this shop. read more

Came here to get a used tire replacement because I heard it would only be around $40 versus the rental company charging us $600 for a new tire. After seeing the tire, they were able to patch it up for $10!! We tipped generously because we were blown away by the service, how knowledgeable they were, and we did not feel ripped off at all during the process. Would 100% come back. read more

Customer service is top notch! The owner inspected my tires and helped me make the best decision as to which tires I should get or how soon I needed to replace my current tires. I was in town for the weekend, drove 4 hours for the beach and somehow ended up with a flat tire. I looked these guys up on yelp, saw they had great reviews, called them up. The guy was really nice, told me not to worry, he would look and see what needs to be done and asked if I was ok to drive it to the shop. I showed up, 10 minutes later and $10 later, I had a plug from a screw in my tire and was on my way to enjoy my vacation. They were super nice and respectful. read more

These people are the backbone of small business customer service. I went in for a new tire and was promptly serviced with courtesy and efficiency. I was so pleased I came back an hour later and got another new tire. They charged me ten dollars less for return business. We got something stuck in our tire while on the beach, and this was the closest store to us. We pulled up and they started working on the patch right away. Always have a good experience here. If you bring the oil and filter, oil change is only $15. Their general mechanic can do a variety of repairs for a low cost. Typically you bring the part, he does the labor. read more

My daughter and I had just got to Galveston for a vacation and had a low tire. We googled tire repair shops and selected A & A because it was the closet to where we were. They were kinda busy when we pulled in but wasgreetted right away. We might have been there 20 minutes due to several cars were ahead of us. I don't know about you, but I get really nervous when it comes to picking a good mechanic/tire shop/body shop, etc. for my car. However, this place is just GREAT. They are the nicest bunch! I arrived not too long before their closing time, but they greeted me and offered to help right away. I got my flat patched and fixed, my spare filled with air, and they checked and filled the rest of my tires. They also put my spare and jack back in the truck in all the right places! Couldn't have been a friendlier bunch. Def will be coming back and referring anyone I know that needs car help! read more

I arrived at this A&A Tire Shop on Stewart Road in Galveston approximately three weeks ago with a bent rim and a blown tire. Instead of fixing the rim, as most shops would do, I was forced to purchase a new rim. They also informed me that they could not return the tire pressure sensor to me, or even place the tire pressure sensor back on the newly purchased rim that they forced me to buy. This part is worth $130.00 that seems to have been stolen from my car by this tire shop now, because they refused to give it back to me. After all of this, I learned that I was sold a bad used tire that blew out only one week later. Instead of going back to deal with this shady company, I just purchased a new tire at Walmart. Total wasted purchase was $80.00, plus the stolen tire pressure sensor worth $130.00 = $210.00. Please be cautious of places like this. read more

I have been to this shop three times now and each time the service has been wonderful, did exactly what needed to be done, and friendly staff. They are so fair in their prices. Today I needed new tire...took it to one place and they said $100 for new used tire..what???? So went to A&A tire shop and they gave me a new used tire (lol) in wonderful condition for $32 installed...it is great to fins a small local business that treats you well. read more
