they tried to over charge on everything when we denied there work and they still tried to charge $50 for putting a tire back on not even back on the rim just back on the vehicle and they were even extremely rude before they knew we spoke Spanish they were calling horrible things read more

I needed to have 4 new tires I had been gifted a year ago for my birthday installed and balanced. Called Carlos and he said just bring them down & he would install. Got there and was only one customer in front of me, so I parked in the empty bay. They had my tires replaced, balanced & installed within a half hour. Thought the cost was fair. We did a serious curb Check which rattled the entire truck. I gently asked my husband to pull over all I heard was "ssssssssssssshhhhhh. Dang, I had to find a tire place quickly." We were on our way to pelican island, but decided to instead turn back and find a tire shop. I hit up my maps and sought tires. I found Carlos Tire shop less than 3 miles away. As we drove up one of the guys told us to pull all the way forward. I spoke Spanish to him and let him know that i wanted good price and he told me that If he had to patch it; it would be $20. From the sound of the explosion; i knew that it was not going to be repairable. Once he pulled off the tire he called me over to look at the tire. Sure enough, the tire had a gash in the wall. I asked whether it was a full size spare and was happy when it was. I asked him to put that on and put the busted tire in the bed of the truck. He invited us to wait in the office. The place had all the prices annotated on a sheet. I liked that. We were greeted by two barking dogs. They seemed annoyed, but not aggressive so we proceeded into the office. In about a minute the dogs were on the seat getting love from my kiddos. Just then, he was done. He told us that it would be $10 for the tire change. We literally spent less than 15 minutes in the tire shop. I paid (with my card) and headed out. Before we left, we got the pleasure of meeting Carlos a very pleasant man.
