Dale from Mr. T's Trophies provided outstanding costumer service. I came in to pick up my engraving order and the price was more than what I was expecting. Dale understood my tight timeline as we had tried to figure out the where the miscommunication on price was. Dale was more than generous and offered me a steep discount because of the miscommunication and tight timeline. In my opinion, this is a very reputable company that just got a little stronger. I have been involved in local car clubs for years and have learned to rely on Mr. T's for quality work on time and at a fair price. Recently I found myself in the position of running a major British Car show. I have learned that whether it is a one of a kind bit of laser etching or engraving, or, (like I did this past month) 270 trophies all alike plus another dozen individual AND 7 dozen printed T-shirts and some mugs and some money clips and... and... I came here to get a gift engraved for my boyfriend. The item I had done was only $3, but the engraving cost me a little under $40 (ouch). I wrote exactly what I wanted engraved on the piece of paper. I patiently waited a week to get my item back. I looked at it while at the store, signed off, and went home. When I got home (and in better light, stainless steel engraving doesn't show up well) I noticed two mistakes. I absolutely panicked because I had just paid $40 for engraving on a $3 gift. I called Mister T's and after explaining, they said I could either send it out to be buffed and re engraved or buy a new item and they will engrave it for free. I bought a new item and dropped it off. They engraved it all for free! Awesome customer service, only down fall is waiting so long to get the item back.. and it was a little expensive. I will definitely come back. Tip: When I called around, not many places will engrave stainless steel! Mister T's did it, no problem. Even with its odd shape! read more

Very disappointed. Last year we had 4 engraved plates made for our perpetual trophies. Was promised 3 day turnaround, which turned into more like 10 days. No phone call with updates or when done as promised. However, they said they would save the templates for the plates for simplified ordering this year. This year, was promised 1-2 day turnaround and a phone call when ready. No phone call again. The biggest disappointment is that they did not follow their stored templates so only one of my plaques has an engraved plate that matches. There is no time to fix this. There are much more reliable trophy shops around. read more

I have been working with this company for a few years. I worked with them at my previous company and now that I am in a new line of work I was happy to suggest them for a custom order of lapel pins. I am always impressed by the cost efficiency and speed of service here. Well, this was an experience. When I dropped off the family fantasy football trophy for a name plate engraving, the woman who took the order was unfriendly, barely spoke and it didn't seem like much care was being taken. I went to pick it up a full six days after the invoice said it would be ready and as the search for my trophy took the male employee longer and longer, it quickly became apparent to me that it had never been done at all. (How do you lose track of an 18-inch trophy with a life-size gold football on it?) Finally the man came out and said it would be about 10 minutes. I was offered a water (they do get a star for this) and told I could wait in my car and they'd bring it to me, but no real apologies were made. I waited inside. When the trophy came out, I saw immediately that the new plate had been engraved in a font very noticeably larger than the other five plates already on it. I asked for a new one done in the right size font and asked that they replace the plate they used up. He agreed to do it, but again... no apologies. It was as if doing it correctly was an inconvenience. It came back out again with the right font and I took it to the car, where I decided to check to be sure he'd replaced the nameplate he'd used up with his first try. I checked the stack of blank plates that my family has been keeping taped awkwardly to the bottom of the trophy the last six years and saw that they'd sent me back out with only one spare plate. One. I *know* when I dropped it off there was a very hefty, awkward stack underneath. My husband swears like I do that there were enough to fill the rest of the trophy there. I walked back in again. Asked them to replace the blank plates that were now missing. And that's when I got mansplained about how a thick stack of plates underneath would've kept it from sitting flush, and they'd "have noticed that right away," so I must be mistaken. Right. They'd have noticed that it has *always* sat slightly askew the way they noticed it sitting there for two weeks untouched... and noticed the correct font size... He gave me "all he had" of the plates in that size (a whole two) and offered to order more, but again... I was being treated like I was lying, like I'd just been one big hassle, so I gave up. I took the two he was offering and left. Opened the plastic around the spare plates in the car and saw that they were very scratched up. They are trash. I'll just replace them all myself through Northwest Trophy, where I should have gone in the first place. To top it all off I had at least thought the trophy would be cleaned up a bit and nice when I picked it up. Dusted well and clean of smudges. Nope. This was a terrible experience that could have been made a whole lot better with real friendliness, smiles, and apologies. read more

Not only were they incredibly fair with pricing, they had it done in time for me to hand it over in good condition. There was no attempt to upsell what I needed which was great. Owned by the Mr. T, the employees at this trophy shop are extremely nice and helpful. I bought an amazingly beautiful trophy for the pickleball tournament I was running. I haven't been to any other trophy shops around here but this is definitely worth the drive from Lynnwood and worth the money for the product.
