My low rating is based solely on Gail who checked me and my friend out was slow in responding, and just flat out rude. She didn't even offer to show me the finished work. The frame and mat came out beautiful but her rudeness certainly distracted from the whole experience and even though I have two additional pieces coming from this artist I WILL NOT be taking them here to be framed and matted.

The faint, weak blue glow under 365nm light indicates another mineral involved but not uranium. I took photos with an actual uranium glass bracelet to highlight the difference. The vendor immediately refunded me which allowed for the removal of my 3 star review which was the goal - admitted by this vendor. I suspect the vendor knew it wasn't uranium glass and this product will now be sold in the vendors retail store. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
