Their delivery service is also worthless. I provided VERY explicit instructions for how to find my apartment, including instructions to call me if there were any difficulties in finding it, and noting that they should ONLY leave the package directly at my door. They never called, and wound up delivering my purchase to someone else, effectively stealing my money. I would not trust this company with another delivery. Call ahead to make sure they have what you want in stock so that you don't waste your time.

The layout of this store is not intuitive. There were cricut items in 3 different aisles that weren't even near each other. No rhyme or reason. With a store this size, they really need to adopt the Home Depot model where you can look up an item and it tells you what aisle to look in. I was trying to make a craft that I had found on tiktok and I could not find most of what I needed. Spent an hour looking to just get 3 of the 12 things I needed. They were out of weird things too, like all of their scrapbook paper that looks like wood/flooring was gone. And they didn't have green paper. They had a spot for dollhouse mirrors but none available. They seemed to be out of stock of most things, other than the cheesy decor. The prices are great, but the customer service, ease of finding things, selection, and availability keep me dreading a trip there.

But it's fun to go through the shop to inspire yourself and see if any treasures call out to you. Some things were a great buy and some were not, so shop wisely. This was my first time picking up prescriptions at Ostroms and I have to say I was VERY impressed…read more My prescriptions were ready almost right away and I was able to give all of my insurance information through a simple text. The environment was very relaxing and there was almost no line inside (though I believe there were a few cars in the drive-thru). The lovely pharmacy assistant that helped check me out was very nice and helped set up my prescriptions to auto-renew. Heaven knows I'm horrible at remembering to call in my refills until it's too late so hopefully this helps future me! Mind you, I have been to SEVERAL pharmacies in the area--usually grocery stores (several Safeways, Fred Meyer, QFC, Costco, Walgreens--you name it) and average spending at LEAST a half hour in line in a severely understaffed pharmacy with a single stressed out pharmacist juggling multiple tasks. I got none of these stressy vibes at Ostroms. The shop was super cute too and I will definitely find something here next time I need to purchase a gift. The only thing that sucked was getting in and out of the parking lot during rush hour-ish time. That was a nightmare but not Ostroms fault by any means!
