Sadly, I was already thinking of finding a different place because her staff are unprofessional. This was confirmed last week. I couldn't remember my appointment because I usually depend on a text notification confirmation. I didn't get the text until after I called. I called 24 hours in advance to learn it was the next day but I already knew I would need to reschedule for the following week. The lady on the phone wanted to know "what was going on" that I could not come and would just cancel my appointment. Why do you need to know this and why won't you just reschedule? I learned that I would be billed because I did not cancel 48 hours in advance. That's fine however, It doesn't make sense to send a text notification 24 hours in advance when your cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance. You should maybe send it 48 hours in advance so people will know the policy and not get billed when you have not provided a service. That's TACKY!

They ask about $50 Deposit for your next appointment, but when we came the deposit just disappeared, and administrator said that she know nothing about it. They just wanted me to pay again this amount. 2. Teeth Cleaning: after visit we found that we still have dental plaque in the mounth. The quality of cleaning was awful 3. The doctor wanted to extract 4 (four!) healthy teeth just without any reasons for it. 4. The doctor doesn't recognize the reason of inflamation and decided to make biopsy when there wasn't need in that. 5. Administrator is not friendly and never smiled for two visits we have. If you want to risk anyway and visit this dentistry, you will be disappointed and you will spend your and insurance money for poor quality service.

Do not go to an Aspen facility for referral work. They force you to have xray when you are there…read morefor a specialist limited exam. They charge you for a full workup even though I wouldn't allow it. You have to pay upfront, I had full approval for a limited exam, but was charged for a new patient. Rotating specialist wrote something to effect that it was a limited exam, office would not honor billing correction. I even called a higher level of administration, to no avail. I suppose I should have gone to the state agency & reported their operating, billing & customer service policies. BEWARE! They may have some decent dentists, but they are a national or multi state corporate operation.
