I have had the same RDH the past two times and she does an absolutely wonderful job. I'm not a huge fan of the cavitron and prefer hand scale, and let me tell you this gal made my teeth feel pearly white and clean! Also sweet as pie to boot. Everyone else is great too, but I'm partial to my hygiene visit! Thanks love to smile team!

I have been coming here to see Dr. Ester on and off for years depending on if she is in my network…read more She's a very kind dentists and always remembers her patients. Sadly, I was already thinking of finding a different place because her staff are unprofessional. This was confirmed last week. I couldn't remember my appointment because I usually depend on a text notification confirmation. I didn't get the text until after I called. I called 24 hours in advance to learn it was the next day but I already knew I would need to reschedule for the following week. The lady on the phone wanted to know "what was going on" that I could not come and would just cancel my appointment. Why do you need to know this and why won't you just reschedule? I learned that I would be billed because I did not cancel 48 hours in advance. That's fine however, It doesn't make sense to send a text notification 24 hours in advance when your cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance. You should maybe send it 48 hours in advance so people will know the policy and not get billed when you have not provided a service. That's TACKY!
