They assured me that I didn't need to be at the property at all. Later that afternoon I checked to see if they were done and walked around the perimeter. I was beyond disappointed when I saw this mess, especially the very old, dead rat that was at the corner of the roof line. I immediately called their office around 3:30 the same day and they assured me the same crew would return by the end of the day to clean up. Thankfully they removed the dead rat and cleaned up the mess. They did follow up 2 days after I left a review from their email survey with a phone call.
