She finally called me back and apologized for not getting back with me sooner because she was out of the office. Kim has always been able to solve my issues with staff in the past and I have no doubt that my feedback was heard. She took the time to listen to me and she genuinely cared. Not only did she resolve my issue, she also scheduled an another appointment with another Dr. in the facility. I will definitely give Chesapeake Health Care another chance just because of the way Kim handled the situation. I couldn't afford medications at the time and I was put down and yelled at because of it. I tried to leave the room and she blocked the door saying I would go out and make everything look like her fault. I was going through a lot and needed therapy and she wouldn't help me. I walked out crying. And traumatized... it was a while ago and I'm still hurt about it. People need to know. After that day I never went back and found a new amazing sweet doctor. And SHE CARES.

We sat and waited. Four people were at the desk working on the computer and we were ignored. Finally I asked if we needed to make an appointment to come back and I was told "that would probably be a good idea" since they were busy with computer problems. I called them back when I realized I never got our prescription back. I was told to "look in my car" since they gave it back to me. They did not. Returned a week or so later. Since they had lost the prescription, they said they were "calling to get it". We ordered his glasses and were told they would call when they came in. After three weeks passed I called today. I was told the glasses were never ordered since they did not get the prescription from the provider. I asked why they did not call them back or at least call me and I would get it myself! I was told "mistakes happen" in a sarcastic tone. My husband is still without glasses. Unbelievable.
