Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. Do NOT hire these scam artists. Highly unprofessional! **Updated for review since Stephen Kelly has added a comment with dishonest information. Stephen: I know you go to wild lengths to avoid taking accountability for your actions, but lying on the name of other people is not needed. After calling you approximately 6 times (remember, I had to present phone records at court for this one sir) you continued to place a total BS restraining order on my partner which contained a huge amount of both lies and SLANDER against my partner and MY business.This is why your order was thrown out without you even getting a chance to speak for yourself in court that day. I know being the owner of such a shabby business is embarrassing, but I will continue to stick up for myself to avoid you having ANY opportunity to screw more people over because you're incompetent. Everything that he says in his ad is…read moreexactly what he does, he has the supplies needed for the job there the next day, and starts the work exactly when he says he will. Our deposit check took time to clear, but Brian bought the supplies out of his own pocket so that we wouldn't have to wait to get the job going. He did a roof for us, and he purchased really nice shingles, it looks great. They even did some repair on two of our chimneys and added a pitch to a flat roof we have over the end of the house, for a nominal amount of money. I had researched ways to improve a flat roof and found out that building in a pitch is the best way to do it, but that it was expensive. But as they did for the whole project, they gave us a great deal. We had recently had a tragedy in our family and Brian worked extra hard to help us out, so I would call that being an overall good person, someone you can trust. I would highly recommend him for whatever project who need done !

No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stelar reputation. I've had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up.

When problems were pointed out. -items we asked to be avoided weren't respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging ) Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn't know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying "ok" and paying because fixing items was a hassle. "It's a 100 year old house" -yes we know. We're trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.
