I had Marc Murphy here on a Sunday to give me an estimate and I gave him a small deposit. On Tuesday, the shingles arrived and then a few day later the crew arrived as expected. Team prepped the area, stripped the roof, installed the new shingles, as well as re-leaded and replaced flashing around chimney. They did a great job cleaning up! The night they finished the job, we had a major thunderstorm and down pour all night, and all is great with the roof! Looking forward to not having to do this again for another 25-30 years :) Marc provided great customer service and was on site for most of the time. Nice to have the owner of the company around, in case there were any questions/issues (and there were no issues). Based on my positive experience, I would definitely recommend Murphy Roofing!

Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I've ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he'd make it right and refund me for the job which I didn't expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund... instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley's job with the new proper job. I know being the owner of such a shabby business is embarrassing, but I will continue to stick up for myself to avoid you having ANY opportunity to screw more people over because you're incompetent. You might as well rename your business under a new DBA because I refuse to back down and let people like you negatively impact the lives of people of who don't deserve that. A Plus Paving was immediately responsive, coming out that Sunday (4/12) to give me an estimate. He was super detailed in explaining what his team would do and when he'd be able to come out to do the job. He also provided a written estimate detailing work to be done, which was useful for comparative purposes. Had to wait days to get an estimate from the other paving companies and not all provided written estimates, even upon request. After having all estimates and knowing that A Plus Paving was the company that I wanted to work with, I called to see if he'd work with me on the price and we agreed on a price. I was very happy with the price. A Plus Paving came out yesterday (4/29), aligned with the time he stated when he gave me the estimate. A Plus Paving did an amazing job, attentive to detail and professional. I would definitely work with Richard (owner) again and recommend A Plus Paving.
