I have never had a bad dental office visit anywhere until this office. I am always told my teeth are in excellent shape & very clean. Many dentists telling me my teeth are pristine. During my last exam it was sharp, painful & I bled severely. I complained that it felt as though the doctor was scratching my gums. I told them I have had deep cleanings that weren't as excruciating & didn't understand why this experience was any different. Once home I examined my gums & saw that he had in fact cut my gums in several places leaving red bloody lines of injury. One so extreme that it continued to bleed & was irritated all night. Very happy with my 2 visits to the Dental Practice they did an excellent job each time and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. The only downside was the the waiting experience as each time I was put in a put in an exam room 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and then I sat there for another 30 minutes listening to drills and suction devices from other exam rooms, not the most relaxing experience. Once the dentist started it was a great experience and I definitely recommend the practice as I am 100% satisfied with the work done. read more

I haven't been to a dentist for nearly 20 years. I was a little afraid and ashamed about the condition of my teeth, but Dr. Sidhu was nonjudgemental, quick and did amazing work. I had one extraction, 3 cavities filled, and a full cleaning. After so long, I can finally say my teeth are healthy, and I couldn't be more grateful. read more

My last dental cleaning at Mitchel Street Dental in December 2022 was ok. Some of the equipment got updated last year and it cleans my teeth well. It reduced swelling in my gums a lot. I still get swelling but the teeth cleanings and prescription toothpaste used twice daily make a difference. read more

BewareDO NOT COME HEREI've filed complaints with DSPS!! Dr. Jabid Papel DAMAGES teeth. He was only supposed to be doing a filling while he was at Village Dental and he CRACKED my crown that Dr.Soni put in. He gave me a temporary crown in JANUARY and now he is refusing to fix HIS mess up!! So I called twice today and they gave me run around after 24 minutes on hold they hung up and now I've literally been on hold for over 44 minutes and they hung up on me the first time!! I've contacted the owners via email Dr.Papel should LOSE his license!! read more

#1 I scheduled appointments for my 2 sons and I. I get here and the receptionist tells me we don't have ur oldest son scheduled for an appointment. Well I'm sure I gave you birthdates and spelling of the names for both kids! I remember celar as day! I had to pass him my time slot so he could be seen. #2 My youngest son had his teeth looked at they confirmed it was a cavity the doctor was with us 2 minutes before she left and instructed us to come back to fill the cavity. I'm no professional but wouldn't it make sense to fill the cavity right away? Just frustrated! Just plain ole crappy customer service. read more

The absolutely WORSE dental office!!! DO NOT go there... the entrance to the building is disgusting and looks broken down! You get put on hold FOREVER to try and make appointments - the front desk is rude and the service is abhorrent! Mirabel, the " so called" manager should be FIRED! She does not return phone calls and is a horrible manager! I went in for a bridge in November and didnt get it resolved until March. The only reason it was resolved is because I would not let them to continue to ignore me. The entire practice should be shut down! read more

I had an appointment for a bridge prep with Dr. Lee. She was amazing. The temporary bridge looks better than my original tooth! She explained everything she was going to do before hand so no surprises!! i have referred several people to Mitchell Street Dental because of the quality of work with prices people can afford. Very poor customer service I made an appointment to be seen for an assessment for implants which they rescheduled for some reason. I show up to the appointment and I sat waiting in the doctors chair for an hour and a half only to end up walking out frustrated, the doctor never even showed up! I told the receptionist at the counter who didn't seem to care. It was absolutely terrible! I recommend don't even bother wasting your time. read more

I have to say that Dr Lee is simply AMAZING. My son suffers from anxiety and depression and she put him at ease. He was getting his wisdom teeth out and she had him out of there in less than a hour from when I dropped him off! She is amazingly quick and knows what she's doing. I'm so happy to have such a wonderful Dr/Dentist in the community to rely on. My son came out of the office with gauze in his mouth singing her praises lol..she's def one of a kind. I am amazed this place is still in business! They never answer voicemails and never answer the phone! What company do you know that you call for 30 minutes back to back and noone answers the phone, this makes me mad because i am 6 months pregnant and in dire need of some dental work and noone calls me back! Some lady told me last week that they only do new patient enrollment on mondays first come first serve so i call back monday morning but noone answers the phone, very professional. read more

I had metal plates and screws in my jaw because it was shattered a couple of years ago; so they used needles and injections to put in my mouth to prevent an infection whenever they were cleaning my teeth and filling my cavities. I was still a new patient, but long story short, because of them, I got an infection which has never happened before until I went to them to get dental work done. I developed a huge bump under my chin from the infection, and every doctor, cosmetic surgeon, an orthodontist, and even the ER room didn't know what it was until I went to see an oral surgeon where they confirmed it was indeed an infection, and that I had to obtain surgery to remove the screws and plates, as well as remove the dead tissue inside my mouth and outside and sew up the hole where the bump was. My mouth was literally rotting from the inside out because of them; even when I went to the Korean dentist that works here, she refused to give me a referral for what she had done to me, and didn't support me getting surgery to remove the infection. She's lucky I didn't sue them and this damn place! I went through months in so much pain because of this; I dropped out of school because I was too ashamed to go back to classes and failed them because of how deformed my face was. I had to wait 6 months to get this surgery and over that period of time, the bump was gone but left a big hole under my chin that would never ever stop leaking no matter how much I cleaned it, as the blood and puss would completely soak every bandaid I put on it throughout the day; I was even embarrassed to go to work that I had to quit my job. I hate this place so much, and I hate their staff. read more

Worst experience ever! Told to get there early, got there about 10min early. Had my mom & son with me (fiance had work) so my mom drove me and was to keep an eye on one year old while I was getting my work done. Waited an hour and 11min before being seen, AND when I went up and asked the receptionist when I could expect getting called in, she had such an attitude and told me that I was next. When I got called finally, I got xrays first, explained to the DA the problems (cavities, wisdom teeth), then wait another 15min for the dentist to come in. No water fountains/bubblers in the waiting room, or bathrooms, you have to ask and go in back, plus it was HOT as h*ll in the waiting room. There was a lady sitting close to us fanning herself with papers. Well, after all this waiting, my son started getting fussy (I could hear him over this no-ceiling facility, plus it's been well over two hours at this point) so I ask if I can go check on him. I go out to the waiting room just as my mom is walking out the door to take him outside and the receptionist, what a f*cking b*tch, has the nerve to lean over the desk and ask us to make him be quiet. My mom turned around and said "wtf do you think I'm doing?!" THEN, I go back in to get my fillings. The dentist went too far deep into my tooth into my nerve!! I've had fillings done before (by my previous dentist before I had to get state) and never had this issue! It hurt so bad & I started tearing! Then she proceeded to OVERFILL it. Days after, it still felt like I was chewing on plastic! Finally found a better dentist 45min away, WELL-WORTH the drive, who was able to fix the over-filled tooth, pulled up my xrays and showed me what the dentist at MSD did wrong, and who made me and my kids feel welcomed!
